I came in with a broken zipper on my dress. I was in a rush and had to get the dress back for the Sadies Dance tonight. They fixed it within seconds and knew exactly what was wrong...
with it. Both of the staff were so helpful and so sweet. They even did it for free. Some of the best service ever.
My husband and I used Pin Tailor for my wedding dress and and his tux for alterations for our wedding this past September. Leah did a PHENOMENAL job. The dress I chose had off the ...
shoulder sleeves that I did not want on the dress. I didn't realize this when buying the dress, but by removing the sleeves, Leah needed to reconstruct the entire top of the dress in the front and the back. It was a ton of work and she did an amazing job. She has such an attention to detail and made sure everything looked perfect. My wedding dress was everything I envisioned and more! My husband also felt very comfortable in his tux! Leah was such a pleasure to work with and I felt like such a beautiful bride on my wedding day! I would absolutely recommend Leah. She is the best of the best!
