From the moment we arrived until the very end of the weekend, every single detail was executed flawlessly. Their team made us feel so cared for, allowing us to be completely present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, how seamless everything felt, and how special the entire weekend was.
This seriously exceeded every expectation we had, and so much of that is because of the Petite Acres team. They truly treated our day as if it were just as important to them as it was to us.
These are memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives, and we are so grateful that Petite Acres was where they were made.

We found the service at Petite Acres to be top-notch. All of the staff was very attentive to their Couples and did a great job of helping them run their day

Tucked among mature oak trees in New Buffalo, Michigan, Petite Acres is a French countryside-inspired wedding estate offering the magic of a destination wedding, just 90 minutes from Chicago.
At the heart of the estate is Château Aster, our signature stone-and-brick venue featuring soaring ceilings, exposed beams, custom chandeliers, and a magnificent 10-foot-tall, 18th-century French limestone mantel. Arched windows overlook lush gardens and the Great Lawn, creating a romantic setting for celebrations of up to 175 guests.
At Petite Acres, the celebration unfolds over an entire weekend. With exclusive access to the estate Friday through Sunday, early access to our four-bedroom Maison Foxglove on Thursday, and 12 private guest homes accommodating up to 55 overnight guests, there's time and space to truly be together. Think welcome cocktails, a beautiful wedding day, late-night conversations by the fire, and one last brunch before everyone heads home.
We've thoughtfully included many of the wedding essentials, from tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware to a dance floor, audiovisual equipment, and dedicated hospitality support. Less time coordinating the details, more time enjoying the moments that matter.
Beyond the celebration, the estate invites you to slow down and stay awhile. Wander through the gardens, explore the greenhouse, play a game of bocce, or unwind in the wellness studio and sauna. As the sun sets, the Great Lawn comes alive with warm, inviting lighting, while firepit lounges offer the perfect place to gather beneath the trees.
We host a limited number of weddings each season, allowing us to give every couple the personal attention and thoughtful hospitality their celebration deserves.
