l stunning—truly beyond anything we could have imagined. Guests were raving all night (and still are) about how beautiful the arrangements were, and we couldn’t agree more. Cyndi was a joy to work with from start to finish. She is professional, energetic, incredibly helpful, and wonderfully accommodating. We genuinely looked forward to our planning meetings, and her clear, thoughtful communication made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. She listened closely to our vision and then elevated it in ways that exceeded our expectations beyond belief. The entire Petals team deserves to be celebrated for their professionalism, flexibility, and genuine dedication to making everything perfect. Every detail was handled with care, and it was 100% worth every penny. We are so grateful for their talent and hard work—they played a huge role in making our day unforgettable. ! They were even so kind to help me add a charm to my bouquet last minute from a family member who had passed…They were really flexible with any changes we needed up until close to the wedding day and were super helpful, communicative, professional and friendly! Would absolutely recommend!

I liked the design process of being able to go into the shop and look through photos with them as well as sending them some of my own inspiration photos which they printed out and put in my file. My main complaint is communication around pricing. During our initial meeting they assured me we could work to find ways to get the total under my stated budget, but they did not really end up being helpful with that. The person working with me was generally friendly, but I felt they became a bit intimidating when I brought up questions or clarifications around pricing. In between when the shop gave me the initial quote and when I was preparing to sign the contract shortly after, they tried to raise the labor cost on me (twice) despite no additional products being added. Then I removed cake flowers from my original order and when I added them back later, they raised the price by saying the original quote was for fewer tiers than my cake had. I also really had to push back multiple times on paying for their team to flip items from one space to another between ceremony and reception since I was already paying a day-of-coordinator who could do this. It was also frustrating that I was forced to rent candles and vases from them for the centerpieces, when I could have bought them myself for a much lower cost, but I understood the shop's argument that without that my order wouldn't have really been worth it to them for a busy summer weekend, so perhaps this is pretty typical for florists. Lastly, their record-keeping could use an update. They keep track of all your order details on a hand-written order form which is a bit squished and difficult to read, especially after they physically whited-out and rewrote sections for changes in my order. This caused employees to misunderstand each other's writing at times. Overall, I was really pleased with how everything turned out and I would recommend them to other couples! I would just say be ready to advocate for yourself and budget in for a bit of surprise costs from them.

The week of our wedding, I had a request for another floral piece (it was New Years Eve and 4 days before our wedding when I called to ask for it), and they were able to accommodate it. The centerpieces were spot-on — exactly like the inspiration photos — and the mantle and sweetheart table were even more gorgeous than we dreamed. My bouquet was absolutely perfect, and the bridesmaid flowers were so elegant and unique. Cyndi and her team made our vision come to life and really were kind, courteous, and super flexible! We would definitely recommend them to any couple for their wedding and plan on using them again for any other events in our future!

e setup and delivery on the day of. Everything looked even better than I could have dreamed of. On the day of the wedding, we had a bit of rain (which, thankfully, was gone by the time our guests had arrived!), and Cyndi was communicative with us and the venue to ensure we had a rain plan just in case. All of our guests were complimenting her work, and so many asked if they could take arrangements home with them. Thank you, Cyndi, for adding so much beauty to my wedding day!

e venue of roses and ranunculus. The roses were much larger and open than I could have even dreamed — I wanted a specific look and Petals pulled it off. They made my husband stand out by having 2 ranunculus on his boutonnière. They made wrist corsages for the mothers. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were so beautiful and large without being too over the top. Everything was well worth the money. There’s a reason they have been in business for so long — highly, highly recommend.

I wish I could’ve kept my bouquet forever. They also helped me stay within my budget and gave the perfect recommendations I needed. As a bride who didn’t have a clear vision on colors or types of flowers, Cyndi and her team went above and beyond in helping me chose the most beautiful arrangements(our guests provided multiple compliments throughout the day and my mother loved the flowers even 2 weeks later- as she took them home). She was also helpful in choosing my bridesmaid dress colors :D As others have noted, they also are great at suggesting different ways to repurpose flowers from ceremony to the reception as well as flexible with all budgets. We are so thankful to Cyndi and the entire team at Petals!

tone inspired. The light blue hydrangeas were suggested to add volume for our centerpieces and ceremony flowers. They added just enough variation so that all the flowers were not exactly the same. I would highly recommend Petals to any bride searching for their flower provider. I also opted to have my bouquet and husband’s boutonniere preserved.

We received comment after comment from our guests and family about how beautiful all the flowers were. We were equally impressed with her suggestions as to how to repurpose flowers from the ceremony to the reception, which saved us money and decreased waste. Very few vendors actually look to save you money, and Cyndi’s thoughtfulness was a standout, making us feel that she really had our best interests at heart. Cyndi and her team went above and beyond for us, from hoping on calls with our ceremony venue to make sure they had the proper structures to hold our flower arch, assembling our cones for the petal cost, and making the quick transfer of flowers from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception. Our flowers were absolutely breathtaking and we continue to receive compliments on them months later! We are so thankful to Cyndi and the entire team at Petals!

When it felt like other vendors just said “yes” to every thing I mentioned I might want, Cyndi was the only one to provide her honest feedback and considerations based on what she knew our budget was, based on her experience working with our vendor, and based on her general knowledge as a veteran in her field. It completely made me feel like I would be in the absolute best hands working with her and her team. She was extremely detail-oriented and I left every meeting with her feeling so confident that my wedding would look exactly how I envisioned. And it did!!! Her team pulled it off and we could not have ben more thrilled with how everything looked. Would recommend Petals every day of the week!

eces were absolutely gorgeous everything was absolutely perfect and they were able to capture my vision of what I wanted 100%. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flowers for any occasion. Our color scheme was eucalyptus and greenery with whites so if you're looking specifically for that same idea I can tell you it was amazing and everything looked so good and it really brought everything together nicely, Cyndi was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole thing and I really can't recommend them enough! I had my bouquet wrapped with extra pieces of my dress which was absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend doing that for sure!

Cyndi suggested different flower types that worked so well together, and really helped to enhance my vision. We had a follow up meeting to solidify details, and if I made some changes before the wedding, there was never any issue, and every change was noted and remembered with care. The beauty of the arrangements greatly enhanced the evening, and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend this vendor!
