I was stressed out about finding a florist who was within my budget but would also be able to deliver on my vision; that may have been a little more complicated to understand, and ...a coworker recommended I check out petal and stem.
I couldn’t stop “awe-ing” at my florals and I got so many compliments on them all night. I wish I could have kept them alive forever.
It started with a phone call with the owner, Emily, who is highly involved despite having a wonderful team. I told her my budget, which seemed to be impossible for other florists to work with, and she didn’t even blink. She knew she could make it happen for me.
My husband and I loved the warehouse walk through where we walked around the floral warehouse with Emily, getting inspiration, checking out colors, flower variations, and vessels.
Petal and stem is also more than just a florist. I didn’t do this, but you are able to rent decorations from them. Candles, mirrors, signs, etc. You can either do an all-inclusive package or rent by the piece and if I hadn’t had the time, I absolutely would have utilized this service.
In the end, I had a bouquet, 13 aisle pieces that they moved to table arrangements for the reception, 6 bud vases, and two small alter pieces that they also moved to my sweetheart table for the reception (Note that the team will do set up, tear down, and moving in between).
There was nothing “small” or “budget”about what the petal and stem team did with my florals and I cannot wait to post pictures when I get them back.
I highly recommend petal and stem!
