Cannot express how much Amanda truly made our wedding day the best it could be!!! We hired her as our day-of coordinator, and working with her was an absolute breeze from start to finish. From being super responsive throughout the entire process to helping us develop our timeline and asking all the questions we hadn't even thought to consider, she made everything feel so seamless! Her decor inventory is also SUCH a time and money saver! We were so thankful to be able to use her table runners, chargers, and other decor pieces. Not only did it save us time and money, but we also loved not having to purchase a bunch of things we'd only use once! On the day of, Amanda set up our space beautifully, kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, and was always there to answer questions from our family and other vendors. We genuinely felt like we could just enjoy our wedding without having to worry about all the little details, which is exactly what you want on your big day! Our family is still talking about what an amazing job she did weeks later, which really says it all. We could not recommend Amanda enough!!!

Amanda and her assistant helped my day go by without a hitch! My husband and I felt very comfortable discussing everything before hand and felt like she handled the day very well. If it weren’t for them, our arch would have blown down the mountain during our ceremony! I also didn't have to talk with a single vendor day of, which is exactly how I wanted it. Thank you Amanda!!

Event planning has been a passion of mine for years, and began when I worked on corporate events for my full time job. I realized how much I thrived planning weddings while planning my own in 2022! For over 3 years now, I’ve had the privilege of helping to coordinate beautiful celebrations that reflect each couple’s unique love story. I believe that every detail matters, from the grandest décor to the smallest personal touches. My mission is to make the planning process seamless and enjoyable, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: celebrating your love. I love making meaningful connections with people, so I’d love to share a bit more about me on a personal level. I was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and moved to Texas in 2013, then finally landed in Colorado in 2016. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 2 years, and we have a beautiful daughter who was born in July of 2023. We have one dog, Charley, who is a huge part of our family. My personality is funny and energetic, but am very calm in hectic situations. I love watching football and volleyball (go Huskers!), cooking & baking, as well as visiting our families in Nebraska. I understand that your wedding day is a huge event in your life, and putting your trust in someone to make your vision come to life is not easy! Rest assured that I will work as hard as I can to make sure your big day is everything you dreamed of and more.

we could enjoy the afterparty. It was really nice to be able to source a lot of decor from her inventory so we didn't have to buy everything. It rained right before our ceremony and she helped dry everything off quickly so we could still have our ceremony outside.

a great job of checking in with us and keeping us on task with the planning in the final month. She really wrangled all of our other vendors so that we didn't have to worry about that, and she handled so many things behind the scenes on the day of so that everything ran super smoothly. Everybody said it was one of the best organized and run weddings that they had been to, and I have no doubt that Amanda played a big part in that. She was very willing to help me with things like picking up our alcohol and cupcakes at the bakery so that I didn't have to manage that as well while I was trying to get ready. She knew exactly how to organize and run a wedding and deal with anything that came up, from rain and lightning delays to teaching us all how to get through a rehearsal because we all had no idea! She was also very easy to reach and communicate with which is always a big plus to me.

She lived up to every promise and she truly goes above and beyond for every bride. My family loved her, even the decor rental company we used said she was the “best planner they’ve ever worked with”. Amanda is someone that felt like a friend, a supporter, and everything in between. She came to every meeting organized and helped us come up with solutions to every problem. I felt comfortable the entire process and the day itself was perfect thanks to her. We had some pretty strange requests such as bringing a piece of cake with us since we were leaving straight on her honeymoon and WOW she was just… amazing.
