My wife and I used Peppe’s for our wedding recently and the experience was awesome! Being 2 women can make it a little intimidating to go into a suit shop but they never made us feel uncomfortable. We purchased my wife’s suit and they custom tailored it beautifully to fit her perfectly. They were even considerate enough to make her a fit button down for the day, without us even asking (as it was honestly a detail that completely slipped our minds). We also rented matching 3 piece suits for 10 of our party and family members and they made that effortless. Everyone’s suits fit perfectly, they were organized when we picked them up and they even helped us load everything into the car! They have very competitive prices so before going with a “big box” company, consider this amazing tailor in Price Hill. Thank you for adding to our beautiful day! We will definitely be repeat customers.

Overpriced and under-impressed. Paid $430 for two tuxedos that needed alterations. This will be my first ever internet review, and with good reason - After bringing the sizing issu...
e to the attention of the associate, I was told the tailor was not in so the jacket would remain excessively long in the sleeve for the wedding day. The man at the counter handed me a needle, thread, and said good luck. The store seems rather dated and unclean to boot. Exercise caution when planning a wedding or event with this operation. Apparently I could have bought the suit for $50 more than the one time rental but after the groom went with the rental option I was informed there was no way I could buy the suit despite my repeated offer to do so. I offered to pay for old inventory which was obviously used and told no. Business sense would say that when one offers well beyond salvage value for a fully depreciated and utilized asset that the business would jump at the chance to make way for new inventory at a subsidized rate. I love supporting local business, but there are reasons larger operations continue to gain market share and operations such as this go the way of the dinosaur and Microsoft Zune.

s lower pricing! Your suit rental was $195 and to purchase a similar suit would be $275. My understanding when you came in on Saturday about an hour before closing you tried on your suit and the sleeves were to long and we could not shorten them because our tailor left for the day. You had called your measurements in we did not measure you. The sleeves were already shorten once. You had asked for a needle and thread and said you could do it because you had worked at a tuxedo store. We then gave you an additional store credit. Then to insult us and telling us that our store is unclean and dated is totally false! We are sorry for your trouble.

omsmen received the wrong size vests. When they picked their vests up a couple of days before, several of the groomsmen asked to try them on before leaving the store to make sure that they had the right size, and they were told that it would not be necessary, that they were right. Then 2 of our groomsmen realized that they had size small vests instead of XL as they went to put them on. One of the groomsmen's moms was nice enough to drive 45 minutes to bring replacement vests, and when she went to pick the vests up from the store, they again tried to give her a size different than what was requested.

did not want to worry about tux mix ups the day before the wedding. Everything went smoothly and everyone was able to get the tuxes easily. Even though we submitted all the measurements, one was lost, but it was not a problem. They measured that groomsmen and got his tux taken care of. They are a little more expensive than a chain, but the service was excellent. They spent about an hour helping us pick out what we wanted for the tuxes. I would recommend them to anyone especially brides with out of town groomsmen.
