I’m writing this review to warn others NOT To use this company. We used them for videography for our wedding on May 10, 2025 and have yet to receive any video but the raw footage. ...
They contract their videographers- I was given a different name completely of who I would be working with than who showed up on wedding day. I have been emailing back and forth for months at this point and all I get back in respond is a “thank you for your patience” and “we are experiencing a high volume of videos.” Their contract stated we would have the video to us in 4 weeks.. it’s almost been a year. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company.

e video, we asked for a revision of the video - never received it. We were also supposed to receive a FREE hardcover wedding album - NEVER DID. The hardcover book is in the contract. My husband and I have called so many times and they do not answer our calls. We have emailed them for months and they keep giving bullshit “thank you for your patience” emails with no action. I would never work with them again or recommend them to anyone. Please stay away.

W photos were stolen. They will not give us any more information and emailed me 10 weeks after our wedding about the “incident”. Their photographer was late and not the photographer they promised. Please don’t trust them, I can’t stress enough how devastated we are not to have our photos. Find another company please.
