Peony Events

tress or drama. So happy that they were able to be a part of our wedding day as they were also just a pleasure to be around and to hang out with, I felt like Stacey was one of my friends there with us! I brought her on officially 4 weeks out, but she was still more than willing to help me here and there with questions I had leading up to the wedding long before she had officially started to ensure I was on track on my own to set them up for success too.

with the best advice. We weren't going to do a choreographed dance and take dance lessons, but Stacey suggested we consider it, she said that all of her couples end up having the best time and they are unexpected, fun date nights..which in turn, bring up your dancing to the next level. Our guests were blown away and were joking around with us about being on dancing with the stars, lol. We NEVER thought it would be for us until Stacey made the suggestion and explained it to us in more detail. This is just one example of Peony Events expertise and wonderful advice to us during our wedding planning. Most of our meetings were on zoom, but when we were able to, we loved being at the Peony Events storefront..it's calm, beautiful and serene. In the month of our wedding, we dropped off all of our day of items and even shipped last minute items to Peony Events which was super convenient. They brought everything to our venue on the day of which helped us out tremendously. We hired Peony Events for partial planning and design and the only regret we have is that we wished we hired them for full planning. If you want a planner who will support you, give you honest advice, bring creativity to your designs, Peony Events is the perfect match for you. Thank you to Stacey and her team for making us truly feel like guests during our wedding weekend, we are so thankful.

ut all of the planning and during our entire wedding weekend. We interviewed several planners in NJ and NY for full planning and we just knew hands down that Stacey and Peony Events was the PERFECT fit for us (and our Mom's). Stacey has a very calming way about her that just immediately put my type A mind at ease from our very first zoom meeting. Whenever we had any questions, they (Stacey/Meghan) answered them in a timely manner and always went above and beyond. From assistance with our venue, all of our vendors, to our overall design/mood boards, flower selections, invitations, and all the day of details to even assisting with my bridal attire..they literally assisted us every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, we stayed on schedule to the minute-by-minute solid timeline they put together for us. Our venue and all of the vendors complimented us on how detailed their timeline was..the team at Peony Events are true professionals and rockstars. Every step of the way, we could always count on Peony Events! Thank you a million times over. We know we will stay friends with Stacey because she feels more like family to us then our wedding planner after working with her for a year and a half. We can't wait to use Peony Events for all of our future events to come!

ing us navigate vendors and our venue to design exactly what we wanted for our big day. She was a patient and supportive partner throughout the entire process which was just what we needed - hopping on the phone to calm my nerves, talk through decisions, and act as a cheerleader for us on the day of. She's a problem solver who advocated for us day of to work around anything unexpected and keep us on track through the entire run of show. Cannot thank her enough!

details of the event. At no point did she tell us she did not intend to work at our wedding, despite being the only planner we met with prior to our rehearsal. I was asked question after question throughout the night, even though I had provided these answers prior to the day numerous times, causing the night to be less enjoyable. She made the entire planning process more stressful than necessary by being extremely difficult to get in contact with, frequently with the excuse of having other events to handle/ people to deal with, leaving us feeling like everyone else was more important than us. This held true when she didn’t show up to our wedding or rehearsal. We even made a point to only contact her on Mondays through Thursdays, even though she reassured us we could email her on weekends and she would get back to us when she returned to the office (she didn't). Per our contract, unlimited communications were able to start 12 weeks prior to the wedding. She never reached out to us when that started, even though she was sent all of our vendor contracts and information prior to the start date, as she requests in her package writeup. My vendors struggled to get in contact with her as well and I received numerous complaints from them saying that she wasn’t responsive at all. I had instructed Stacey that I had arranged with the florist to preserve my bouquet and this should stay at the venue for the florist to pick up. Instead of doing that, I was handed the bouquet at the end of the night. I was so distracted, I didn’t realize this was wrong until 15 minutes later, when I had to email my florist asking what to do (after 11pm). When Stacey was informed that they made a mistake, she blamed the bride, stating “the bride was not very coherent and no one in her bridal party knew that was the plan”- a blatant lie, as no one asked the bride, groom, or any member of the bridal party during the night or at the end, nor was the bride intoxicated at any point. Our Deacon complained to us about Meghan after the wedding as well, which we were surprised by, given how experienced he is with wedding ceremonies. He informed us that Meghan left our marriage licenses on a pew in the church without telling anyone, along with an box of other personal items, which our Deacon had handed to her to give to us at the end of the night. We only found this out after reaching out to the deacon. No one at Peony Events informed us this had been left behind. Fair warning- don’t use Peony Events if you plan to have alcohol at your wedding, as they need their hands held throughout the whole night and will blame you for not being more attentive to them. She was unprofessional and distasteful in her excuses and actions. Don’t waste your time and money on hiring this company. It will only bring you unnecessary stress, while wasting your time and money. If I had known she would be so terrible, I wouldn’t have hired any planner at all.

less every step of the way—they were responsive, organized, and always one step ahead, which made the entire planning process completely stress-free especially since I was planning this shower long distance. The floral arrangements were genuinely breathtaking; every bloom looked fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully placed to enhance the atmosphere. The invitations were beautifully designed, polished, and perfectly aligned with the theme of the event, and the table décor was gorgeous . Every detail was stunning, from the color palette to the textures and layout—our guests couldn’t stop complimenting everything! Walking into the room felt like stepping into a magazine spread. Thanks to their creativity, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail, our celebration was more beautiful than we could have imagined. If you're looking for someone who brings your vision to life with style and ease, Peony Events is the absolute best!

rocess and she helped us immensely, handling like a total pro and offering solutions that exceeded our expectations. She has a way about her that makes everything seem easy, some and simple and seamless that keeps you at ease. No request is too small or big, she will work to make sure you get everything you want and need.  She took care of countless details and set up requirements, all the behind the scenes items and managed the entire day effortlessly. Because of her we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. They day could truly not have happened without her!

deas, vendor recommendations, anything, they were there for us. Stacey worked behind the scenes tirelessly to make sure our wedding went smoothly and absolutely NOTHING went wrong. Everyone was raving how smooth it felt. Stacey & team are also extremely knowledgeable of the industry and treat you as a friend during your bridal process. I cannot recommend Stacey and Peony events enough as they absolutely contributed to why and how our wedding and entire wedding process went perfectly.

working with Peony Events- I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to be a part of our special day. Without them, none of it would have been possible. Stacey, thank you for everything. You are more than wedding planner, you are a forever friend and we are so grateful for you and all that you did!

warmth, and vision immediately put me at ease. Planning a wedding is often described as stressful, but thanks to Stacey, our experience was the complete opposite — it was fun, creative, and incredibly meaningful. Stacey brought a level of creativity and style that made our events feel personal and elevated, all while remaining beautifully cohesive. She has a natural ability to translate a vision into reality, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Beyond her eye for design, what truly sets Stacey apart is her deep-rooted relationships with top-tier vendors. Every recommendation she made — from florals to rentals to entertainment — was a perfect match, and I always felt like I was in the best hands. What I appreciated most was the confidence and peace of mind Stacey gave us. I never had to worry about a thing — I was able to be fully present for every moment, knowing she had everything handled flawlessly behind the scenes. She truly became someone I trusted wholeheartedly, and I cannot imagine going through the planning process without her. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner — let this be your sign. Working with Peony Events allowed us to actually enjoy the months leading up to our big day and to soak in every second when it arrived. Stacey exceeded every expectation and then some, and I will forever be grateful for the experience she helped create.

on but no idea how to capture it all. We had a big wedding with some complicated design and travel logistics. Stacey was unbelievable in the way in which she not only brought my vision to life but also knew where to add her own advice, perspective and input. She guided me around areas I was less informed about and also found ways to ensure we had the right vendors, people, and details for everything I wanted. She managed the whole process for me with the vendors and the venue. This was truly crucial for me because of my demanding job. Stacey also has a way of making you feel calm. She can destress any situation. Both my mom and I continue to talk about how positive, stress-free and fun she made the entire wedding process. I truly cannot speak more highly about Stacey and the team. She is a class act!

on they have for what they do and they are experts in their craft! My wife and I cannot thank this dream team enough, Peony Events represents true expertise, kindness (we had some interesting family dynamics) an eye for design like no other and now they have become friends for life! Thank you times a million!

with the timeline. I received numerous comments from people about how smoothly and seamlessly the whole night flowed. It made me so happy to hear that from my guests, and thankful for Stacey’s expertise. Another thing we asked Stacey for help with is the welcome bags. She did an amazing job! The hotel staff told us they were the nicest welcome bags they had ever seen. I was so happy with how they turned out. Another reason I wanted to hire a planner was for day of wedding help. Stacey handled all the vendor coordination, so all I had to worry about was showing up and having fun. I ended up having a pre-ceremony meltdown because I hadn’t eaten enough and Stacey got the venue to make me a burger and bring me cookies. She even cut up and fed me my burger so I wouldn’t spill any on my dress lol! I was very grateful for her supporting me through that moment, and by the time I was walking down the aisle I was all smiles and happy! If you are looking to elevate your wedding to the next level, have a detailed day of timeline, have your wedding day run smoothly and efficiently, (& more) I highly recommend Stacey!

nd truly made our wedding day stress-free and seamless. Although we had already planned most of our wedding details, Stacey made sure to meet with us a few weeks before the event to get a full understanding of our vision. She took careful notes on the schedule, vendors, and any last-minute changes, ensuring they were fully aligned with what we wanted. Stacey was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls, which gave us peace of mind leading up to the big day. Stacey's attention to detail is phenomenal. Her communication was top-notch and she ensured every element of our wedding was perfect and she did not skip a beat! If you are looking for a professional and organized planner to handle the details, I highly recommend Stacey and her team!

month countdown- Stacey was incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had regarding vendors! The weeks leading up to the wedding she was incredibly detail oriented and helped us to get our schedule down to perfection prior to the big day. Stacey was so incredibly calm the day of and all the days leading up to the big day which was amazing. She helped execute all the little details that I cared about while I was having the best day with my girls getting ready. Thanks again to Stacey and her team for helping make the best day of our lives so incredibly special!!!!

absolute best decision we could have made. From our very first phone call about a year before our big day, we felt so confident that Stacey would be the person to get our day over the finish line seamlessly. Even though our contract began just a few months before our June 2024 wedding date, Stacey was incredibly helpful sending me vendor recommendations for hair and makeup artists in the six-month lead up to the big day. For our beach ceremony I was determined to have an aisle runner and platform under our chuppah, which our venue was skeptical about, and Stacey delivered! She also helped us cut costs on printing, save on chair rentals and so many other behind-the-scenes logistics we could not have figured out on our own. Day-of, Stacey made time to stop by for a hello and hugs even though she had multiple brides that day and we were put in the very capable hands of Amanda and Jen for the run-of-show. Our family and friends were so impressed with the seamlessness of the day, which would not have been possible without the Peony Events team. After this experience, Stacey felt like family and there's no one I would trust more with my wedding and major celebrations!

right fit for us. From our first conversation with Stacey, you could tell she had a passion for what she does and her company. Her weddings and events speak for themselves and her attention to detail is unmatched. From directing us with vendor selections, to catering choices, flower selections and day of details that would really make an impact (she has a thing about it not being too pinteresty and less is more, which is so us!). The day of timeline was flawless and we truly enjoyed all the planning and our wedding weekend, thanks to Stacey and her team. We would not change a thing and we are still over the moon. We will definitely be telling all of our friends and family about Peony Events, we can't thank our friends enough who referred them to us.

ating with vendors to answering my many many emails. Once Stacey was connected with the event coordinator at my venue I was completely put at ease. Stacey also helped my wedding day run so smoothly and helped with so many little and big things throughout the actual event. 10/10 would recommend. Stacey is the best!

tress free! She is amazing, I highly recommend using her and her team. Love them!

ur mind to be at ease and to have an extremely experienced event planning professional by your side throughout your wedding process, hire Stacey!! My husband and I can’t stop talking about how integral Stacey and Melody were in making our wedding day a success. The team truly went above and beyond the normal call of duty that day and we will be forever grateful for the grace in which they handled any situation out of our control. Thank you Stacey and the whole PE team!

referred to us by several friends, we knew they were the right fit for us. From vendor selections, to invitations and details for the day of, color and flower choices, to pin spot lighting (never knew what that was) and a seamless run of show for the day of logistics, they made sure we didn’t miss a thing. My husband and our family and friends truly enjoyed every minute of our special day, thanks to Peony Events! If you’re engaged, they should be your first call!

y daughter and the family to experience the beauty and magic of the wedding!

the best day of timeline and day I had always dreamed of. I'm a pretty anxious person and Stacey has a calming demeanor that just puts your mind at ease, which is something that was priceless in itself for me. She made our planning stress free, seamless and a truly enjoyable experience. We were lucky to have been referred to her by a dear family friend and now we will be the ones referring Stacey and her team to everyone we know! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day a dream come true!

ona Farms! I knew everything would go seamlessly day of with their support - from coordinating with all the vendors, to helping with my wedding dress, to taking behind the scenes footage, they were amazing at making sure I was well taken care of! Stacey was incredibly helpful leading up the big day, and her calming presence is great to be around during what could become a stressful event. If you're looking for a planner or coordinator, I highly recommend Peony!!

h the roof planning without her and everything turned out perfectly. Also the Peony team was incredibly helpful day of, from keeping us on track for photos to steaming dresses, they did it all. Can’t recommend Peony more for future brides!

nner. She provided perspective and insight when I needed it, recommendations when I was unsure where to look, and fully executed my vision. Truly, my wedding day was perfect thanks to her guidance. We couldn't be happier we chose Peony Events to help plan and coordinate our wedding and highly recommend you choose them for your big day!

th vendors that were before the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day of, we had Melody as well as two other Peony Events team members to help us. They are very familiar with the Ryland Inn and the staff there. My husband has said over and over again how this was some of the best money we ever spent (and he was hesitant at first about hiring a day of coordinator). The Peony Events team was extremely detail oriented and always nearby to assist if we needed anything. My MOH was in constant contact with the team throughout the day and she has said multiple times how professional and amazing they were (and she is not easy to please!). They helped make sure that our day was everything that we could have ever wanted and more. We highly recommend working with them if you want to have a worry-free wedding!

ped with logistics, confirming details with vendors, and even came to my final dress fitting. I cannot thank Stacey enough for being such an amazing and integral part of our special day! I don’t know how many times I’ve said “We couldn’t have done it without Stacey and the Peony Events team!” Not only did they ensure everything went smoothly, they calmed my nervous so many times which truly allowed me to have the BEST day ever! Stacey’s positive yet calming energy was exactly what we all needed and I appreciate everything Stacey and her team did for all of us. I can’t wait to refer all my friends getting married!

d I worked together for a few months leading up to the special day, as I had hired Peony Events for partial wedding planning. Beyond selecting the vendors I had wanted, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the period leading up the wedding and finalizing the small details. Stacey and her team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt reassured and confident in every decision. From coordinating hotel welcome boxes, day-of-stationary, connecting us with our officiant, coordinating directly with the venue and even coming to multiple dress fittings despite being in the height of wedding season - she did it all. I am inspired and in awe of Stacey, cultivating special relationships and being open to sharing all her extensive knowledge with her brides. Peony Events is a wonderful woman-owned business and my husband and I appreciate her and her team's efforts more than she could imagine.

my room when I woke up on the day after the wedding, everything Stacey did, all along the way, was perfection. Stacey pays attention to every detail, has the perfect demeanor, is a calming influence with big picture vision and excellent taste. All those attributes combined with Stacey's vast experience planning events made for a stress-free planning process and a spectacular wedding! Our wedding exceeded my wildest dreams in beauty and elegance -- the room looked so amazing, I was blown away! We had a last minute change (one week prior) in reception rooms -- it was no problem for Stacey who worked through the changes with the florist and the venue team, adding little details that really elevated the look and made all the difference. I cannot recommend Stacey and Peony Events more highly!

Stacey based on a recommendation by my venue (The Ryland Inn). I ultimately wish I had gone with a different day of coordinator simply because I felt Stacey was hard to reach and didn't always have my interests at heart. She advertised herself as available two weeks before the wedding but never responded to my messages until days before the wedding (to be fair she then tried to reach out but my phone died so she finally reached out to my husband). I asked her to coordinate curtains details with my photographer that never got relayed. The day of the event, I was very behind schedule due to rain and I kept asking for her and looking for her but no one could seem to locate her or her staff. It got to a point where I really needed help getting the day back on track and finally started crying before my ceremony and then she finally appeared and told me this happens. I told her I needed a plan to get back on track and never got a plan. By the time the reception started things finally seemed to be falling into place but the kitchen needed more time to prepare the food. I had been very explicit that I didn't want any dance sets before dinner and she went ahead without asking us and opened the floor. She told us why she did it that way but never checked first, more of an FYI l She then pushed quite hard to do all the events together (cake cutting, toss bouquet, etc). At first I said no let's stick to timeline but she pushed again so I just agreed because I had had enough. She never informed my family of the timeline change so they missed me cutting the cake and throwing my bouquet. My family is still incredibly upset about it. Overall she did pack up some items and told us she when she was leaving. That said I had quite a few things to pack up at the end of the wedding that never got handled. For the price we paid and the description of services provided, I just don't think we got out money's worth. She promptly followed up the day after the wedding asking for final payment but never asked for feedback.

ly agree. Stacey’s professionalism, kindness, calmness & constant reassurance - made the entire day stress free!!! There aren’t enough stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ or words to describe how fabulous this company is!! I hope to have the opportunity to work with Stacey again in my future !! Thank you 🙏 💍🍾⛪️💐👏⭐️🎉💯💯💯💯💯

t are worth the hire. She and Melanie saw things that needed to be done and did them the day of the wedding without hesitation and kept everything on track. Is a planner worth the money. Absolutely YES. She is in business because she is professional, kind and gets all things wedding related. Kudos to Stacey and Melanie. We highly recommend Peony Events!

had a few minor issues with some of our other vendors come up the week prior, which would have really stressed us out considering everything else happening that week. But Stacey and her team took charge and we found ourselves continuously saying, "I'm so glad we have Stacey"! She also did an amazing job on the day of!! From all of the little details decorating, to helping coordinate all of the vendors so that we could truly enjoy the day...and coming back to a fridge stocked with wedding leftovers - everything was perfect and made us feel extra special :-)

gh wedding planning without Stacey. First, she helped us at our details meeting with the venue which was super helpful. She also helped us with the timeline of events and I will say the timing was impeccable! Someone actually complemented how well organized everything was and how it was timed! Stacey really helped so much in the final months and especially with nailing down the florals. We went through the florist in so much detail so we were able to communicate it with the florist. As someone who works full time I couldn’t have done all the little details as well as Stacey did, and those little details that made the day so perfect. Stacey has a calm demeanor and it makes everything feel okay! We also loved working with Melody day of! Thank you Peony events for being so amazing!

e was so kind, helpful, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. My daughter and I both work full time and have crazy schedules. Stacey was attentive and worked with my daughter’s schedule to do phone or zoom meetings with her and her fiancé and vendors. She also helped us get our wedding programs printed and delivered to us. There was so much behind the scenes stuff that she and her assistant did the day of the wedding. The ceremony and reception were at different locations. Everything was in place at the reception. The attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. I would tell anyone who is considering a wedding planner to hire Stacey and Peony Events. You won’t regret it. Thank you, Stacey and Julianna!!

otel in Morristown, NJ. Throughout the whole process, Maria responded promptly to phone calls and emails. She is highly organized and her attention to detail is impeccable. We had a very specific vision for our reception which made logistics a little more complicated, but Maria was incredibly organized with all these details and was very receptive to all our ideas. Maria even came to our church rehearsal to introduce herself and drop off items that were needed for the ceremony. Everything was flawlessly executed on the wedding day. On the wedding day I felt so at ease knowing that Maria and her assistant, Tu ReCasino, were making sure everything went smoothly. I really did not have to worry about a thing. Maria should be running the country, she is just so awesome. I cannot recommend Peony Events enough.

r first call helped make our wedding day more than we could have possibly imagined. The best part about working with Peony Events, aside from flawless execution and attention to detail, is that they always keep your vision in mind. I loved having someone who took the time to understand what I was creating and work with me to carry it through. Stacey supported my choosing a venue that had never held a wedding because she saw the potential I did and just worked with me to make it happen. Stacey is a true Wedding Angel. NEVER pass go on working with her - she's the MOST wonderful person. After your engagement, next step has to be booking Peony Events!!

on two weeks before with a ton of energy, confirmed with all of our vendors, had a great communication plan, and made us feel confident on our wedding day so we could really enjoy everything. She always responded to our texts and emails quickly. We'd highly recommend Peony Events.

at carried through to the very end of the evening. She and her assistant were so professional, organized, personable, and with such good suggestions, the whole experience could not have been one ounce better. It was just a spectacular event. They made everything happen so seamlessly and perfectly and gave my daughter and son-in-law the wedding they had dreamed of. A better start to their married life together I can’t imagine!

process. My daughters wedding could not have been more perfect because of her attention to detail and take charge way. I wanted to feel like a guest at the wedding and that's exactly how I felt. I can't say enough nice things about Maria and her whole team. I highly recommend Peony Events!

used by me) with aplomb . She and her staff made the whole event relaxing and worry free- I heartily recommend Peony Events!

ng and was working her magic in the background so I didn’t need to worry about the details leading up to the wedding. She has a deep network in the industry and knew the majority of my vendors already; the ones she didn’t know prior, she clicked with immediately. She has the most calming energy and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process and on my wedding day. She went above and beyond to make sure my vision became a reality. I would work with her again in a heart beat. She is simply the best!!!!

ne without her. She thought of every detail, including many things I hadn't thought of, created our wedding day timeline, and took care of contacting and confirming all my vendors before the wedding. On the day of, she and Heather were rockstars, making sure that all family, bridal party, and vendors were where they were supposed to be and everything was running ahead of schedule. On the day of your wedding, naturally you're going to be busy talking to as many people as possible, taking photos, etc, that they day goes by so fast and is such a blur. I can't imagine if I had to add worrying about logistics into the mix. Having the team there really helped me to relax and enjoy the day as much as possible.

nd her fiancé leading up to the wedding and was with us throughout the rehearsal the night before and the entire wedding day - getting ready, photos, transportation, church, reception. There is more involved in the wedding day than I ever imagined - not enough space to list it all here, but they thought of EVERYTHING and it went seamlessly. They were also a pleasure to have around, and we all felt very comfortable with them. Definitely will work with them for the next wedding, and will recommend to my friends!
