The attention to detail was incredible. I struggled to fully communicate what I was envisioning, but Meg understood and executed it perfectly. The final result exceeded all of my e...

Thank you for everything!
I loved our wedding flowers! I didn’t get to see them till bridal pictures and I had to take a minute to admire them! They did such an amazing job in creating my vision. They respo...
nded fast and even showed up on their day off so we could pick up our flowers. Highly recommend!
Penelope & Lu are amazing! Julie and her team absolutely made my floral dreams come true at our wedding. Florals were so important to me when I started planning my wedding! I had f...
ollowed and loved Penelope & Lu’s work, and once I met them, it was a no brainer that I wanted them to handle the florals for our wedding. They completely rocked it! They exceeded all my expectations, and I can’t say enough about their wonderful work. They were always extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Prior to the wedding, Julie made the time to have after-hours meetings with me to ensure we were on the same page about floral design. On our big day, their work blew everyone away. They did florals on the staircase at our venue, and it was breathtaking. But the real showstopper was the head table install they did for our ceremony space! It was just perfect. Cannot recommend Penelope & Lu enough!
I could not have been happier with the way things turned out! I gave Julie and Cassie spoken words for ideas of what I envisioned (along with a few photos) and they made my dreams ...
come to life! They are so sweet, creative, and patient and I couldn't have imagined using another florist.
I will note that I wish my bridal bouquet had been a bit larger, but that was a lack on communication on my part!
Also, they have the CUTEST floral shop and boutique on Main Street in BA if you ever find yourself out that way!
Hiring Julie & Cassie with Penelope & Lu was seriously the best thing we did to plan our wedding! Before we hired them, I was totally overwhelmed with all the options out there as ...
I never considered myself to be a bride with a vision. However, they took the vague concepts my husband and I had and brought them to life! They even helped immensely with things like figuring out budget. I had no idea how much each vendor should cost (and everything seemed very expensive), but they were able to listen to what my husband and I ranked as most important to least important, and set up our budget based on those ideas! I 100% recommend having Julie & Cassie help you for the entire planning process (though day-of was worth it alone)! Not having my family, husband, or myself worry about coordinating with vendors made the day enjoyable instead of stressful!

onths, and Cassie/Julie were there every step of the way as we planned our big day. My wife went for a "bohemian chic" vibe and look. No idea what that meant originally, but the outcome was pretty amazing. Their attention to detail was spectacular. Cassie & Julie presented design concepts based off my wife's Pinterest board with numerous different options, and we worked with them to finalize the exact look we wanted at our wedding. They took care of all the last minute check list items as we were busy entertaining out of town guests and making sure everyone was feeling at home here in Tulsa. If anything went "wrong", instead of stressing us out, they always came to us with a solution. It really made for a seamless day. If you want 2 best friends to plan you a perfect wedding allowing you to never have to worry, Penelope & Lu is your company. We are so blessed and lucky to have met Julie and Cassie. Here we are a year later, and they still keep in touch with us! Highly recommend!!
Seriously! Cassie & Julie were the BEST! They did the flowers for my wedding - which I was very picky about - and they made my entire vision come to life. I recommend them 100%!! Y...

y did a fantastic job! When we walked into the reception hall, we were blown away. It was better than what we had hoped it would be. They helped us stay within our budget and gave us advice/direction every step of the way.
From the beginning, Julie and Cassie were so helpful. They truly do go above and beyond for their couples. If you are looking for reliable, friendly, and timely people to help with your next events look no further.
Having dealt with a few other businesses that made the wedding process a little more stressful, we would highly recommend these ladies to make your wedding process great.
