We had a short turnaround time frame, and some specific layout and material requirements for the invitations. Pen and Pilot was super responsive with excellent communication, and a...
n easy and iterative process to confirm the final design. Final product was delivered before promised date, and was perfect.
This is how you run a business. I will use Samantha for any future needs. Highest recommendation.

o crank out digital proofs for me and extremely adapting. Poor thing; i probably had her change the entire style at least 3 times. But she didn't complain or show even the tiniest sign that it bothered her. The whole process probably took about a month, and that was only because I was so indecisive and would take multiple days to get back to her after each proof. She was super easy to get a hold of- The knot, email, phone, and text. Always quick to respond and very attentive. Her designs were amazing and i am beyond ecstatic of how wonderful my invitations turned out! She even designed super cute monograms and return address labels for us to print out and use! <3 <3 I highly, highly recommend her to any and all looking for an invitation designer!!!
Samantha designed a custom 1920’s Art-Deco style suite for us, and it came out perfect. It was more than I could have imagined. She let me contribute throughout the whole process (...
and I’m very picky and indecisive), and sent me proofs as they were created in order to tweak and add/delete minor details. I’ve recommended her to other friends for their wedding suites, and everyone has been happy with the products she has produced. She is quick and very responsive to her clients, and her work comes out beautifully. I would work with her again in a heartbeat, and everyone else should give her a shot too!
Sam works with my every request. I was very indecisive of what me and my fiancé wanted. They turned out wonderful and got them very quickly. With definitely refer to any friends in...

dividual piece fit the theme we had chosen, while making them each wonderfully unique! Sam really takes the time to listen to your ideas, and then with at artist’s touch really makes them come to life. We loved working with her so much that we asked her to make a second invitation for a hometown reception we were having. For the amount of time and effort she puts into creating these pieces, her prices are reasonable, and her willingness to work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want is wonderful.
