The entire Pelican Club team was outstanding and truly made our wedding day come together. From the beginning of touring, inquiries and so many questions… to picking our date, planning all the little details and executing the most amazing day of our lives. I planned this wedding myself and truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to help execute the whole thing. Becca, our day of coordinator was outstanding. She was thoughtful, asked me questions without putting pressure on me and truly made me feel at ease that everything I had planned for would go smooth (and it did!). Tequila, our bridal suite attendant was absolutely amazing, she made sure we had everything we needed, from food, to drinks, to a stocked drawer with emergency last minute items. Anything I needed, the team at pelican club was there for and had it all covered.
I can’t express to you enough how worth it it is to have your wedding day at Pelican Club. Every single person is outstanding. They work beautifully with all of the vendors you hire to coordinate and execute the most perfect unforgettable day. Brides, you’ll feel so at ease on your wedding day booking this venue.
On top of the excellent service, the food is outstanding every single guest had amazing things to say about it all. From start to finish our day way everything we dreamed of and more, and a lot of that was thanks to the Pelican club team.

First and foremost, a HUGE thank-you to Becca and her amazing team! Becca was our day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Her organization, professionalism, kindness, and ability to handle absolutely anything thrown her way were unmatched. We had some pretty crazy weather on our wedding day, which required the team to pivot and make last-minute adjustments. They handled everything with such grace and efficiency that you would have never known anything had changed! What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled so beautifully, allowing us to simply enjoy every moment of our special day.
We also have to give the biggest shoutout to Tequila, our bridal suite attendant! She was an absolute GEM! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, taken care of, and had everything we needed. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made such a difference, and we absolutely adored her!
Another thing that made the Pelican Club so special to us was how accommodating they were with our sweet dog, Lady, being part of our ceremony. Having her there meant the world to us, and the team was so welcoming and willing to help make that happen. It is those thoughtful, personal touches that truly set this venue apart.
And if all of that wasn't enough, we even had an unexpected injury during our ceremony rehearsal! Without hesitation, the Pelican Club team immediately sprang into action to help. Their quick response, compassion, and genuine concern spoke volumes about the incredible people who work there. They truly went above and beyond in every possible way.
Beyond the exceptional service, the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. From the stunning waterfront views to the beautiful atmosphere, it was everything we had envisioned for our wedding and so much more.

We chose not to hire a day‑of coordinator, and we are so glad we didn’t. Brittney was exceptional. She guided us through the rehearsal, handled all the setup of our décor items, and ensured the entire day ran smoothly. She coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors and made sure everyone had exactly what they needed.
Our bridal attendant, Tequila, was the star of the show—our families are still raving about her. She was there the moment we needed anything: grabbing drinks, fixing dress zippers, adjusting veils, and packing up our belongings at the end of the night. Her presence made the day feel effortless.
The entire Pelican Club staff, from the chef to the catering team, absolutely blew us away. The sea bass and steak duet was phenomenal, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about the cocktail hour—from the raw bar and charcuterie to the Greek station and the incredible bartenders. Pelican also offered butler‑passed drinks as guests arrived before the ceremony, which was such a classy and memorable touch.

We had a 13 piece band and literally danced for 4 straight hours. The cocktail hour on the deck was magical. There was not one hitch, it was seamless, beautiful and so memorable that our guests are STILL talking about it. The staff, Courtney, Tammy and Christina were responsive and had many good suggestions. They did not blink when last minute changes happened. Their staff is kind and caring, making brides feel at ease knowing they have everything taken care of. On the day of our wedding, the bridal attendant was just incredible - she was so fun to be around, got us everything we needed (including getting makeup out of my dress) and never let our drinks go empty. This woman was the unexpected gift of the night! Guests are still raving about the food from happy hour, to dinner, to the late night station it was all perfection. Everyone’s filets were hot and cooked to the exact temperature of their liking. We read all the other amazing reviews but experiencing it first hand was out of this world. Truly could not recommend the Pelican Club and their staff enough. This venue is a MUST!

She also allowed each of our vendors who weren’t familiar with the Pelican to tour around and know where they need to go!
Then our tasting executed by the fantastic Director of Operations, Caroline was amazing! Doing in person tasting for my. Parents while FaceTiming me and my husband in. Finally, day of the wedding we couldn’t have asked for more professionalism, organization and care. I really can’t thank Caroline enough she was there answering my texts at any hour, physically switching my shoes and handling every moment for us beautifully. There was also another ops coordinator at the end I wish I remember her name but she was great.
Lila our bridal attendant was also great and we thank her for help through the night!
Pelican club knows what they are doing, they execute events flawlessly, their food is top of the line and their location couldn’t be better.

mazing photos during sunset on the dock as well as in the beautiful courtyard of palm tress and white orchids. Our guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the dock in the beautiful October Florida weather. The reception reveal was stunning inside the Pelican Club. There are big sliding glass windows so you still have the view. Our guests were dancing all night on the dance floor! Of our 88 guests that attended, 77 flew in out of state to this beautiful venue. We had the time of our lives and so did our family and friends! We could relive this day over and over!

My wedding was 1 week ago, and people are still talking about the food, the service, and the overall guest experience. Leila (the bridal attendant) was ABOVE AND BEYOND making sure my bridal party was attended too. All our needs were met. She even took it one step further. When I put my dress on we noticed that there were some issues with it. Leila CALLED THE SEAMSTRESS, got her to close down her shop and come to me to fix the dress. She did not take no for an answer. She took what could have been a upsetting moment and turned it into a positive. She is truly amazing. Thank you to all the staff for the most magical, dream wedding. I cannot say enough!!!

and it is an easy transition inside to the reception. The indoor space is great for dining and dancing. The management team and staff are wonderful to work with. It was the couples dream venue and they loved it. Christine the office manager and Tami the Maître D’ are incredible and were so accommodating to us the entire way through. The Pelican Club also partner with a lot of great vendors that they are happy to recommend to you. And the photo opportunities are plentiful for amazing shots with various backgrounds. Everything about The Pelican Club is simply beautiful. The food is amazing, the service even better, but nothing beats the total ambiance of the place. We look forward to being invited there for a function so we can delight in it a second time!

Also, there was never a line at the bar once the whole night- one of the things I hate most about weddings. The bartenders were excellent.
