r bacon we sampled at our tasting and Amanda was thoughtful enough to save me my own personal side of that! I was busy taking photos so I wouldn’t have had a chance to get my own!
They were also very flexible. Three days before my wedding, we had to switch venues due to the weather and I’m not sure they blinked an eye!
Pb&J catering also recommended a baker for our cake, who we ultimately hired as well! The cake was moist and delicious too! I don’t think we tried anything we didn’t like when we sampled their food. Go ahead and try them out and hire them!
We used PB&J’s for our wedding reception and they were AMAZING! The people are so nice and so helpful! We had such a wonderful experience! The food was the best food I’ve ever had!...
I had so many of our guests come up to me and say it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!

ar as presentation, everything was gorgeous and for a great price. The only negative I have to say is, it is usually very difficult to get in touch with the owner. Other than that, everything went smoothly for both of our events and I have no complaints about the events themselves.
We wanted the best food and presentation for our daughter's wedding and when we found PB&J's at the Cabarrus Bridal Fair last year, we knew we had found it. Amanda is easy to work ...
with and her staff, very courteous. We served two meats - grilled flank steak along with the grilled chicken breasts and our guests told us that they kept going back for more. They loved the food! The S'Mores bar was a huge hit as well - adding a festive and fun treat to the evening. As for pricing - very reasonable! Highly recommend this caterer.

ood and that flank steak!!!! You all did such an amazing job with my rehearsal dinner and wedding. The overlays, sashes, sash clips, chair covers, linens, chargers etc were perfect and you perfected my vision! You were so easy to talk to and work with to make the food what I wanted and to give the look I wanted. I can't thank you all enough for a job well done!!!!!
Amanda Aldridge Hood (owner of PB&J's Catering) thank you for everything! It was perfect and I loved working with you!
The caterer ran out of food at our wedding leaving 25% of our guests without the full selection of food - including the main course. We reached out to them after the wedding to fin...
d out what happened and request a partial refund, but unfortunately they wouldn't have a conversation with us and put all of the blame on us. Our contract stated that we would receive food for 200 people, but they argued that they made enough food based on an arbitrary serving size that we knew nothing about. The food was good, the price was reasonable, but the customer service is enough reason to not work with them.
