Spent the day in St. Pete over from Tampa. Visited this elegant boutique and so super surprised at the designers here. The employees were so kind and helpful. Even set up our lunch...

reservations at a great restaurant down the street. This was our 3rd bridal boutique over the past week and by far the best. My daughter said yes to dress number 3! Bubbly and applause throughout the boutique. We were not expecting this type of experience, but the website promised it. They definitely delivered. Would highly recommend to all brides!

The service at this boutique is unparalleled. Everything was so personalized, from the moment I booked my appointment to weeks after I walked down the isle...Paváne was there, chec...

king on me! The selection in the boutique is gorgeous! Elegant and sophisticated, but fun and customizable. I highly recommend not only purchasing from this boutique but also allowing them to be a part of your big day!

I have had several friends buy their gowns here and finally had the opportunity to join a VIP group to shop with a friend last weekend! It was incredible, we got champagne and had ...

the shop all to ourselves for a private appointment. The stylists were so cute and fun and it felt like they were shopping with us! I'm so happy that my friend got the experience that she deserved, and I can't wait to say yes to my dress here one day!

We were very excited and surprised to see such an upscale boutique in St. Pete. As the father of the bride, my job was to sit quietly and smile. But the boutique asked my opinion, ...

and my vision. They were so much fun, and to see my daughter’s face light up every time she looked in the mirror, was priceless. The employees treated her like a sister. They became part of our group. It was completely unexpected and amazingly unforgettable. She did find her dress and I can’t recommend this shop enough. Thank you.

I had the most amazing experience at Paváne Couture Bridal! Haley was incredibly helpful, kind, and truly made me feel heard. She listened to every detail of what I was envisioning...

and made the whole process feel effortless and special. The boutique itself is absolutely beautiful and full of gorgeous gowns, but it’s the personalized attention and warm atmosphere that truly sets it apart. I’m so grateful for the experience and would recommend Paváne to any bride looking for something exceptional. Thank you, Haley, for making this such a memorable part of my wedding journey! 💖

***Buyer beware*** I cannot stress enough do not shop here. Go somewhere that the service will match the hefty price tag of their wedding dresses. Was told back in December of 2023...

that my dress would be ready in 9 months. No mention of any delays due to my wedding being further out. By October I called asking where my dress was, and was told by manager Robin that my consultant was no longer with the company. She would be “overseeing” the purchase from now on. Offered no apology, just excuses. Said it was an “industry standard” to hold orders, said “most brides don’t want to store their dresses”, blamed Florida and their Hurricanes, and also blamed the associate that couldn’t even back themselves up. Fast forward to April, I called one Friday inquiring about any updates. She told me to call back one Tuesday because of bridal fashion week; which I did, with no response. Called back that Thursday, also no response. Called back that Friday, finally to receive a text saying my dress delivered. We go to pick up and Robin is not there. Not even an apology for adding stress to an already stressful time. No attempt of recovery for the run around. Was told by the two ladies that Miss Robin never comes to the store. When they called she said to “apologize for the miscommunication”. . give me a break. Everything has been miscommunicated from start to finish at this place. The owner should stick to ballet and not try to run a business. Don’t waste your money. Fly up to Kleinfeld or go to David’s Bridal. I expect this service for a $1,000 wedding dress but not when you’re paying $7,000.

After visiting several shops in the area, St. Petersburg and Tampa included, we heard from a friend who's sister purchased her dress from Robin at Pavane Couture. We went ahead and...

made an appointment. She was INCREDIBLE! The shop was so elegant and sophisticated without the air of being snobbish. Quite the opposite! She and Vicky were so incredibly down to earth and so much fun, clearly knew the gowns inside and out, and listened to everything I wished for. Honestly, it was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I've had during this planning process. They made me even more excited about my big day, What more can you ask for? Thank you both so much! It's impossible to rate this store high enough!!
