From the beginning of planning everyone has been so amazing!! They made it effortless to set up an appt to visit the location for a walk through. We booked the gardens as it is so gorgeous and was exactly what we were looking for! Setting up everything was seamless and the receiving kitchen is right there at the reception area. Perfect!! The ballroom was perfect for the reception as we just had a small intimate wedding. The getting ready spaces were welcoming and made us not want to leave they were so gorgeous!! Especially the bridal suite, which was huge and plenty of space for the whole bridal party to get ready. The gardens and lawn locations are huge and make for the perfect ceremony location. Unfortunately, on our wedding day it rained and we had to have our reception in the ballroom but it turned out perfectly!! I loved that we could pick our own vendora and didn't have to pick ones from a list. We can't thank the gardens enough and Diana for making our dreams come true!! Thank you for being a part of our special day!!

The Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden is a 7 acre space that provides a magnificent surrounding for bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, weddings and receptions, with 15 stunning gardens and a Carriage House. Within the Carriage House, the Garden offers a Welcome Center, Garden Shop, 2 newly renovated bridal party get ready rooms and an elegant 2,400 square foot ballroom that opens onto the Patio Terrace. The “Gregory M. Ciener Ballroom” features a dramatic vaulted ceiling and a state-of-the-art audio-visual system. The Ballroom accommodates 125 guests for dinner and dancing and up to 200 for other events. Our 1,500 square foot Patio Terrace adjoins the Ballroom and allows your guests to flow out into the garden. Bluestone walks, rock walls, lush vines and seasonal containers make it the most photographed spot in the garden and a perfect space for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail party. The caterer of your choice will appreciate our well-equipped Receiving Kitchen when serving your special event. With their own private entrance and parking your caterer will have easy access to insure a seamlessly catered event.

I will admit that I made a lot of what they called “last minute” changes although they were made a little less than a month before the wedding. They were supposed to have the chairs set up on the terrace for the wedding, but they stated because I Made too many last minute changes and they were unable to set them up due to staffing issues. We found Lynn a little hard to work with; however, overall we had a beautiful venue.

u are getting out of it. The venue includes tables and chairs for portions of your event located in the ballroom or on the terrace which is convenient and a cost saver. The staff is very friendly and flexible. However, one of the downsides to the venue is that there is no outdoor lighting and, unless you bring in your own lighting, there is no way to enjoy the beauty of the venue and the terrace at night.

I have so many good things to say but I think the best way to convey how wonderful this venue is, is to share my experience with you. When I first visited, I was in AWE of how gorgeous this place is. Then after speaking with Lynn who couldn't be sweeter and more caring about our wedding and also realizing how reasonable the price is compared to other venues in the area even though this place was so beautiful and perfect, we pretty much immediately knew this was it. There is so much charm to this venue. It's hard to take it all in unless you're there and given a chance to walk around, so go visit! Once you book, the communication line is open and they are there to answer any questions in a timely manner. Our wedding was a fairytale – and that’s the word most of our guests chose when they raved about the wedding. It was just the most beautiful day! I’m not sure if people say this to all brides, but I cannot even tell you how many people have told me that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to. ng with an excellent rain plan, just in case, and the Garden provided that. Our wedding ceremony was held in the Tropical Garden and it was beautiful! Our family and friends enjoyed cocktail hour on the Patio Terrace overlooking the newly constructed Hourglass Garden and our reception was held indoors in the Ballroom, with a buffet dinner and dancing. We received numerous compliments from our guest about the facility and many of them are looking forward to visiting the Garden on their own in the future! They loved garden! Kristen Jones, the Facility Rental Coordinator, did an excellent job! From our first meeting to the day of the wedding, Kristen was great to work with. About a month before our wedding we walked through space with Kristin to review in detail our Wedding Day plan, including the rain plan. Kristin also reviewed our vendor list and confirmed the arrival times with each vendor. The day of the wedding she was at the facility the entire day and always ready to help if needed!

us! At the time of our wedding, they didn't have their own tables and chairs, but I believe they now have enough to seat 150. It's a wonderful venue and the staff that we worked with were all fantastic and super nice.
