Patriotic Pig was such an amazing vendor to work with for our wedding. You can tell catering is something they specialize in because they were professionals. We had a wedding with around 160 guests, and everyone left happy and full! We even had some leftovers to take home and enjoy after the wedding! The food was phenomenal and the staff were great. A majority of our guests were from the Midwest, so they had never experienced BBQ quite like this. Thank you for taking such great care of us and our guests. You took so much stress off of us during our big day and we cannot thank you enough! 10/10.

The food was phenomenal, and we received countless compliments from our guests throughout the night. Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and served seamlessly by her amazing team. Beyond the food itself, the level of care and professionalism they brought to our wedding truly stood out.
One thing we especially appreciated was the value they provided compared to other caterers we considered. Patriotic Pig delivered an amazing experience and high-quality food at a much more reasonable price point, which made such a difference while planning a wedding. We never felt like we had to sacrifice quality to stay within budget.
We are so grateful we chose Patriotic Pig for our wedding and could not recommend Gina and her team more highly. They played such a meaningful role in making our day memorable, and we already know they’ll be our first choice for future events.

From taste testing (10 stars by itself) and to the actual wedding day meal, absolutely superb. Even my uncle, who is a very picky eater, loved everything that was served. The worst comment he made was something was different than what he was used to, but was still very good.
I had a couple of guests that are vegan, and Patriotic Pig had a meal option for them as well.

my specific needs and quick in responding when I had questions. They filled up water glasses that I decided to have last minute, switched to passed apps for cocktail hour because I did not want people in the reception space, and got the meals ready for vendors. All of the staff was so polite and effective I couldn’t have been happier.
Now about the food. So. Dang. Good! You can get a lot of decent barbecue in Texas but this is a whole new level of good. My now husband said that they were the best ribs he has ever had and that is saying a lot. There is not one bad thing that I ate but I am partial to the turkey!
Note.. we had 215 people in attendance and people went out of their way to say how incredible the food was (both apps and main course).

ns for the menu. It was honestly hard narrowing down to the selections for the wedding. The service was great. They were very friendly and efficient. I best thing about this vendor is all the services they provided with the food. They brought their own tables and tablecloths for serving food along with rustic decor. They provided plates, napkins, silverware and cups. They served the food and bused the tables afterwards. They also cut and served the cake. It was very convenient that all of these services where provided by this caterer so that I didn't have to go find other vendors to fulfill those needs. My favorite part was the dessert table. I was wanting something different than just a traditional cake. I loved the look and the variety of option they had. There where also gluten free and dairy free options, which was important to us since we had guests who needed those options. They also packed up a meal and desserts for me and my husband to take with us at the end of the night. That was a very nice and thoughtful touch.
