r after the way he delivered for our wedding. The pictures a are beyond amazing!
Patrick was very professional, easy to work with and talk to. His years of experience really showed in his high quality work. We highly recommend Patrick as your photographer!
We were impressed with Patrick from the start. He was great about making sure he knew exactly what we wanted in our coverage from the start. On the day of the wedding, he promptly ...
arrived early and began working through our requests as well as capturing “in the moment” images. At the end of the evening, he made sure that our coverage was complete. His post production work was amazing. He spent days on our images and promptly posted them within the week. The end result was a beautiful reflection of our special day. Patrick is an amazing photographer and we highly recommend him to everyone!
Patrick is very professional, but easy going. A lot of experience and beautiful work. We highly recommend him!
High quality work at a reasonable price! Very personable with a great sense of humor. He really captured the essence of our wedding day. We highly recommend Patrick.
I would not recommend this photographer. While he is affordable, it's the one thing from my wedding I wish I spent more money on. His pictures are poor quality, barely edited (unle...
ss you consider adding a b&w filter as editing), and he spent more time photographing my MoH than us. He also made weird jokes about Trump that made my husband and me uncomfortable. He disappeared for an hour supposedly setting up for a nighttime picture, which was over in 30 seconds. And when I asked him for the RAW photos so that my sister (who is also a photographer) could try to salvage some of them, he refused/ghosted me. There are many other issues with this photographer, but those are the highlights.
Patrick photographed our wedding at the beginning of February of this year. For being only a one-man-band, he was able to capture many beautiful shots of our ceremony and formal pi...
ctures, and the reception. The turn around time was insanely fast (we were able to look at our wedding pictures via web link while on our honeymoon!) and the images are lovely. We can’t wait to print them to put on our wall! The quality is good and the price is right; would recommend.
Patrick did an amazing job taking me and my husband's wedding pictures!! He truly capture the beauty of the day!! Thank you Patrick!!
Where to begin. Patrick was the best photographer I could have asked for, for our wedding. Not only did he show up a half hour early to scope out the venue and take pictures bef...
ore, he was scheduled to start, he was also incredibly professional and personable with my highly demanding family and even myself who had a lot of ideas lol. He had my pictures ready within 5 days and personally handed me my drive of photos. They were exactly what i wanted. I will recommend him every time someone needs a photographer.
Patrick was amazing for our wedding! I am SO grateful we had him as a part of our wedding. Our original photographer cancelled on really short notice and Patrick stepped in when we...
were really in a bind. The photos were beautiful, and he was professional, funny, and a joy to have around. He was really well organized and listed to what we wanted for our wedding photos and gave us what we wanted. So grateful for him!!!

super funny/friendly with all of our family and friends. His prices were also amazing for everything you receive! Would definitely hire again for future events.
Patrick was flexible and good-natured with our crazy kids during both our engagement photos and on our wedding day. His eye for lines, textures, angles, and lighting make for drama...
tic and beautiful photos that aren’t just the run-of-the-mill stuff you can get from anyone. His candids are also some of my favorite photos which I will treasure forever. He told a story, and didn’t just go through the motions.
He was also willing to travel to our venue location, nearly two hours away, without the slightest pause.
I can’t imagine someone of better value and quality to have been with us on our day.
We had to postpone our April, 2020 wedding because of the COVID-19 restrictions. Patrick was very happy to work with us to reschedule our wedding for September 27, 2020. The weddi...

s very creative, getting those interesting and unique shots. While taking the posed photos, he was very engaged and made sure all the smiles were natural. During the ceremony, he was unobtrusive but managed some great shots. We had our proofs 3 days later and our thumb drive shortly after that. I’m very pleased

ty of his work. His professionalism and calm nature helped to put my daughter and I at ease as he assured us we had no worries. On the wedding day, guests came up to me and remarked "He's really good"' "so interactive and charming" and "give me his name". Bottom Line? Trust Patrick to do what he does best . . . Capture Memories! And capture them he did . . . for us and for You! Thanks so much Patrick!
We were very pleased with Patrick as our wedding photographer. He is upbeat, patient and very open to suggestions. We had our pup in our photos and while she was getting grumpy and...
antsy, Patrick remained calm and patient. It was drizzling and freezing so we all could easily have been in a bad mood, however, Patrick's positive and professional attitude made it a pleasant experience. The photos turned out amazing. Patrick is truly an artist. He did an amazing job capturing the special moments and little details that we would have missed since the day goes by SO fast. I would definitely hire him again.

at it was too bad we did not have any more events planned, because Patrick would surely be our photographer of choice. And at 71 years of age, we have seen our share of weddings, but Patrick made ours special, he will make yours special also. Highly recommended !

ar more than we could have hoped for. All our friends and family were amazed at the over 600 photos we sent to them to look at. is pictures were hosted online very quickly and digital copies were mailed to us less than a month after the wedding. We have another shoot to book with him for some informal husband/wife photos as our engagement shoot never came to fruition with mine and my husband's crazy work schedules. His pictures are gorgeous and have already been used in Christmas cards by my in-laws.
A special note for religious couples: I researched local photographers that were knowledgeable about the do's and don't's of Catholic ceremonies. Patrick was so much more professional than my brother-in-law's photographer during the ceremony (the priest actually asked my in-laws' photographer to step back!) and brought the perfect lens to capture the rings and the kiss from the back of the church. Looking at the pictures, you'd think he was 10 ft away!
All in all, Patrick was exactly what I wanted from my photographer and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

sonality! I consider myself a wanna-be amateur photographer, so when it came time to look for someone to shoot our wedding i had a certain style in mind. What sold me on Patrick were the creative shots he shows on his website. What I mean is not only does he show all the standard type of wedding pictures, but he also shows many creative shots. Our small, private wedding was outdoors, and Patrick very much used the surroundings to enhance the the pictures he took. Whether it a mountain background or a small corridor, he really just has a great eye for the creative! Patrick's prices were extremely fair, and we will absolutely use him again for future engagements!
Patrick was really great to work with! He had great ideas, was flexible and professional. He has been working in Tucson for a long time and it was beneficial that he knew my venue ...

to choose Patrick as our wedding photographer. We definitely made the right decision. He was on time and was flexible when our schedule had to be adjusted. He stayed an extra hour at our wedding for a reasonable price. I would suggest paying for the CD of photos which allows you to keep all of the pictures. We love every, single picture on the CD. I would highly recommend Patrick Grimes for any wedding.

I was really impressed not only by the pictures, but with how attentive Patrick was to our needs. He patiently sat with me throughout all of my questions, quickly responded to e-mails, and always followed through with a phone call if needed.
Best of all, he was able to get my VERY shy husband out of his shell and make him look his best in the pictures. We really couldn't be more thankful for the perfect memories he's preserved for us. Thank you, Patrick for capturing us exactly how we are, and helping us keep our engagement and wedding fresh in our memories!
