Patricia Torres Events

nded up being the main point of contact with all of our vendors making my life so easy! Since we booked her, she was so easy to get in contact with, which being a pretty type A person made my life sooo much easier!! I can truly say the wedding day really went without a problem that I personally was aware of (she might’ve handled it all behind the scenes!) she truly made our vision come to life!! Thank you for everything Patricia!! We love you!!

hat she’s worked on is not only a professional project but also a personal one. She is conscientious and she wants things to go well for couples and their families. She is a gem!!

ely with each of our vendors to make sure everything was ready for our wedding day. Day of, Patricia was organized, calm, and positive. Her excitement and positive attitude was so wonderful on our day, it truly felt like she was excited to be part of our celebration. Patricia always provided thorough and detailed information when requested and was so quick at responding to any of our emails, texts, calls. We could not thank Patricia enough for all of her help!

conversation, her vibe was so fun, exciting and encouraging. Admittedly, I almost went with another planner due to initial budget concerns but THANK GOD that didn’t work out. Patricia was so sweet to work with us and our budget through a two-day event.   My husband and I aren’t from the Bay Area so finding and vetting vendors was a huge task. Patricia provided so many great recommendations that we actually ended up booking.    Communication from the very start was so clear and easy. Patricia made herself available from the very beginning and was so patient and sweet. She saved me from countless wedding related crash outs. When challenges arose (hello, uninvited guests!), she dealt with them so seamlessly and if I needed to be made aware, she approached me with humour and a steady calm that assured me everything was under control. She took on communication with vendors, asked questions we didn't think of and was so supportive of all my little (and last minute) ideas. She was so proactive. I wish I could bottle and sell the feeling of Patricia texting me “Okay, I’ll email them” thus saving me from yet another communication with someone. It was like the meme of Jon Hamm dancing in the nightclub with his eyes closed.   With 95% of our guests flying in for our wedding, it was really important for us to provide hotel blocks. Let me just say, my husband and I were fighting for our lives trying to obtain them. We considered eloping. Patricia saved us and helped us find hotels, communicated with managers and negotiated contracts. This was requested outside of her contracted “day-of event planning” services but she took it on for us and we could not be more grateful.   A wedding is an expensive thing and hiring a planner is one of the first decisions you make so sticker shock is so real. But the peace of mind, the support, encouragement, hand holding through decision fatigue and, most importantly, the gift of being able to be present on the actual day is absolutely priceless. Patricia provided us all of that and more. My only regret is not hiring her full planning services.  I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience with Patricia and her team was. I could honestly go on forever but I’m running out of characters in this review. Her passion for helping people execute their dream wedding/event and then ensuring you enjoy that dream is so evident in the way she operates. Endlessly grateful to her and her team.  Book her.  Now.

nd her attention to detail and organization made all the difference. We’re so grateful and couldn’t recommend her more!

he kept everything running smoothly and made the whole day feel more memorable for us. Even my family loved her and how she maintained everything under control. Definitely made our day even more special knowing we had someone we could trust in the organization part of it. So if your on the fence of hiring her, just do it you won’t regret it!

lly enjoy my wedding and not have to think about if anything went wrong logistically. From my point of view, the day was flawless but I wouldn't be surprised if there had somehow been a huge snafu and I just never caught wind of it because Patricia took care of it. Not only was she amazing to have by my side on my wedding day, but she was so fun and personable to work with throughout the process. There were so many areas of the planning that I had been completely oblivious to and am forever grateful for her support in planning ahead! It was truly like having a best friend play the role of wedding planner. Patricia also recorded parts of our ceremony and our speeches which we were not expecting, but it was such a pleasant surprise because we didn't have a videographer for the event. I would recommend Patrica 10000x over!

proach and seamless delivery from start to finish ensured a flawless wedding. We were able to enjoy ourselves with zero worries or concerns. She went way above and beyond our expectations. Having Patricia as our coordinator was one of the smartest decisions we made for our wedding. We truly are grateful for you! Thank you!

wanted and how I wanted it before the day through regular check ins. She became a spokesperson for us when it came to vendors and the venue which was extremely helpful, especially when it came to scheduling and planning out the timeline, answering any of their questions, and making sure they delivered what we were expecting and more! She always made sure to check in with us in case she didn’t know exactly what we wanted and would provide her experience-based recommendations whenever we asked/needed them. Patricia was a trusted advisor that helped us to navigate the chaotic wedding planning journey. On the day of, Patricia was the calm I needed to keep me cool when certain things didn’t go as planned (weather conditions, vendor mistakes, etc). She handled everything behind the scenes so that we could just enjoy our day and not have to worry about a thing. It wasn’t only my husband and I that loved her, but also our bridal party, parents, and family/friends that interacted with her. So much so, that my sister and cousin both hired her to also be their wedding coordinator! They also had the same experience with her, and being in their bridal party, I saw her same professionalism and kindness in action. You will not regret hiring Patricia for your big day!!

ing married and staying sane. She’s super organized, communicative, thoughtful and kind. Any bride would be lucky to work with her!

ught it was a waste of funds, and after the wedding she told me Patricia was 100% worth every penny and that she was wrong for thinking we didn't need a day of coordinator! She did way more than just coordinate the day. she came to see a mockup of our table arrangement, she coordinated the rehearsal and she helped drop decorations off at my parents house after the wedding was over! She was available for me to call or text her 24/7 and never made me feel bad for texting late at night. I had a slight panic the night before and messaged her around 10pm and she responded right away with a solution! She was amazing. Day of, I had so much more fun knowing I could just be the bride and all the behind the scenes coordination was being taken care of just how I wanted it to be done (I'm very type A, so this was important). Patricia was incredibly professional, patient, kind and thanks to her my wedding was perfect!!! 11/10 I cant recommend her more.

ion calm professionalism made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. She took our vision and turned it into something even more beautiful than we imagined.   Every  floral arrangement, table setting, and timeline detail was flawless. Our guests kept complimenting how seamless and stunning everything was. I recommend Patricia  incredibly, if you want your dream wedding brought to life, she’s the one to make it happen!

e entire planning process, she was readily available, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident that she had every single detail handled — not just mine, but also from all our vendors. Whenever I sent her an email, she responded so quickly. Even if she couldn’t give a full answer right away, she’d let me know when to expect one. That level of professionalism meant so much! Patricia is incredibly detailed and brought up things I hadn’t even thought of — her experience really shows. I trusted her completely, and it truly paid off. Our wedding day was seamless. If there were any hiccups, I had no idea! We loved her energy — she was easy to get along with and blended so naturally with our guests. She’s so sweet, welcoming, and calm under pressure. I wouldn’t say I’m “type A” or a bridezilla (though she might disagree, ha!), but even when I had my moments, Patricia was always patient and graceful. I felt comfortable expressing any concern to her, and she always made me feel heard. If you’re like me and have a hard time letting go of control, trust Patricia. She helped me do just that, and because of her, I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day with the love of my life. No regrets — just pure joy.

ilies are so genuine and kind, showing that she really cares about them. Her upbeat, lighthearted personality keeps everyone smiling, while her organization and experience ensure the day runs seamlessly. She handles challenges so efficiently that the couple never even knows there was a hiccup—and that’s the mark of a truly skilled coordinator. Every detail is thought through, every moment beautifully orchestrated. It’s no wonder her events feel effortless and joyful. I’m always thrilled when I see her name on the vendor team!

attention to detail.  Weeks leading up to our rehearsal day and wedding day, you stayed in constant communication and you were available to answer questions and provide expert insight on the layout for the room. The best investment and treat to myself and our family was getting the best person for the job, Patricia. Our family loved how well prepared they felt during the rehearsal as Patricia helped explain the flow of the ceremony and what to expect with the music and timing. The ceremony ran perfectly and was setup as we wished. The reception was setup as we requested and all the small details were taken care of without me having to think about it or even be there as she had an awesome assist that helped while she stayed with us at the ceremony. e process. That’s how awesome she is! When we started planning, we were excited, but so overwhelmed. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but there were so many decisions to be made and details to iron out. A friend suggested we meet with Patricia, and vendor-wise, she was the best decision we made. We first met with her over coffee, and she immediately put us at ease. She had everything organized and she thoroughly outlined all of the things she would take care of. We signed with her on the spot and the stress twitch in my eye stopped that day (no joke!). She was very proactive and communicative, anticipating our needs and addressing them before we even knew what we needed. The day of the wedding, she delivered everything she promised, and she did it with a smile and grace. Minus our awful DJ situation (which was NOT her fault), the ceremony and reception went so smoothly, and we have her to thank for that. Even when we had issues with the DJ, she was calm, reassuring, and maintained good communication with my husband and me. She enabled us to enjoy our wedding and not worry about the little things. We’d hire her again in a heartbeat. I cannot sing her praises enough. If you’re at all on the fence about hiring Patricia, or a coordinator in general, let me underscore just how good she is at her job! If you book with her, you’ll get the absolute best coordinator there is! And who knows, you may even walk away with a new friend.

gh what questions we should be asking in our calls with vendors, what we should execute on in the months leading to our wedding and build a robust day of timeline to nail the details for the wedding. We were able to really enjoy and be in the moment for our wedding as Patricia helped manage our vendors, setup and flow of the wedding. We had our ceremony and reception at separate spaces and Patricia made it a seamless transition. We had so many people comment at our wedding and after how much fun they had, how great the DJ that Patricia recommended was and how smooth the experience felt.
