ding colors (matcha, blueberry, and vanilla) and all three were a big hit. They not only tasted great but looked beautiful in our photos. Pascal was incredibly communicative and helpful. g flavors, we decided to reach out and ask them! Chef Romain not only happily agreed to make us a cake, but even offered to make it gluten free to accommodate my wife’s gluten sensitivity.
We had two tastings with Chef Romain, and although we were completely happy with the first tasting, the second was even more amazing. If you’re looking for a unique, elegant, and absolutely delicious choice for your wedding cake, this is it!
