About this vendor
Images rarely, if at all, tell you about artist behind the lens. Who is this person!? Will his personality match his images? And how the heck did he get into wedding photography!?
If there is one thing that I can share about me, it's that I never saw myself as an artist until I started connecting with brides and capturing their big day.
Weddings bridge gaps. Between those lost friends you haven't spoken to in years to the family you recently added on your wedding day. To me, wedding photos are to me the definition of nostalgia; tt's that twinge, deep in the pit of your stomach whenever you look back in time, at the story of you.

Nil is such a great guy. We're so glad we picked him for our big day! He worked with us from the beginning to get an idea of what type of photos we wanted. He captured so many grea...
t candids, tons of emotion, small details, color, and light. We were especially happy with the editing, as it was not over-done. Absolutely recommend.
Nil, owner of Patel Creative, is the funniest, most kind hearted, and most importantly, talented, wedding photographer out there. My husband and I booked Nil for our wedding over a...
year and a half in advanced, partly because I am a crazy planner, but mainly because of how gorgeous his other wedding's photos were, and his personality when we had our initial phone meeting, I knew he was the perfect fit and I did not want to risk not having him for our wedding! Out of ALL of our very incredible vendors, Nil was top both in personality and work, his personality makes you feel like you are long lost close friends! My husband and I are not the type used to being in front of the camera, but Nil made us look effortlessly photogenic in almost every picture and caught such raw emotion and intimate moments which was something really important to me! After the stress of the pandemic, nearly record low weather of 50 degrees and raining at the end of May, Nil's energy was refreshing and well received by everyone at our wedding! We were blessed that the skies opened up and we were able to get more outside photos with Nil because they all came out gorgeous. I get emotional every time I look through his photos taken on our special day. I have recommended him to all brides I know in person, and highly recommend him to anyone searching here, one of the best decisions we made with our wedding! RUN, don't walk to hire Nil! THANK YOU AGAIN!
Nil did the photography for our November wedding. From the first meeting with him over the phone we could tell he was "the one". He was patient and thoughtful. We were still trying...
to figure out our vision and he offered helpful insights. He even met us at our venue ahead of our wedding to figure out the lighting and get a feel for the set up.
We did our engagement session and the location wasn't available for as long as expected so he offered to help find another location and we ended up having so much fun!
Come wedding day he arrived early and his energy was infectious. I loved that he always had creative ways to make the photos more interesting and vibrant. He also had fun and playful tips for poses instead of the same boring and stiff ones that are so overdone. My husband definitely appreciated this as he isn't a huge fan of taking pictures. Somehow Nil made my husband enjoy our photography which is magic in itself.
We ended up having such a fun evening. He somehow managed to get all the photography in even though the rain delayed us by at least an hour, while still letting us have a good time.
Nil is also very responsive, always returning messages and calls quickly. He also never hesitates to go above and beyond. We had an incident where all of our wedding photos were lost (long story) and we were devastated. Nil actually went back and located the archives of our photos and edited them all again for us at no charge!
Needless to say, we are eternally grateful to him and highly recommend him for your wedding if you want someone who will go the extra mile!
We met Nil shortly after we got engaged and he offered to do our engagement shoot. I do not consider myself photogenic and wasn’t expecting much out of the photos. To be honest I w...
asn’t even crazy about the idea of a photo shoot to begin with. But I am SO glad we did it. Nil took the most amazing pictures and I was absolutely blown away by the pictures. He even arrived early at long wood gardens to walk around and get to know the space first! He really does his research. My (now) husband and I have the pictures from that shoot all over our house. Nil made the experience go from awkward to fun and absolutely killed it with the lighting and the poses etc. We immediately knew we had to hire him for the wedding. After seeing the engagement pictures my family members kept saying how excited they were for Nil to photograph them so they too could have such awesome pics! Nil worked closely with us leading up to the wedding day and coordinated with my planner. The day of went flawlessly and everyone loved having Nil around! He sent us our previews shortly after returning from the honeymoon and again - I was blown away! They could not have turned out better. He got such amazing shots- including candids of everyone! When the full set of pictures came out I was so thrilled I immediately texted him to tell him how it made my day! Not only are the pictures amazing- but there are so many I feel like he captured every moment of the entire day! My bridesmaids were so thrilled with the pictures they asked if we can have Nil photograph every party we go to! I can not say enough great things about Nil. He honestly was our favorite vendor to work with and anyone who hires him will not be let down!

getting married in New York and we booked a photographer in New York through a vendor. As a last minute decision, we decided to do an engagement shoot with Nil in Tampa. We quickly regretted booking a hotel photographer, because Nil did an absolutely amazing job with our engagement shoot! Nil was a pleasure to work with. He made us look beyond beautiful in our engagement shoot, and his professionalism and gregariousness exceeded our expectations. Nil and his assistant went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We absolutely loved the pictures! We received all of our pictures about three weeks after the shoot and they sent us a preview of some pictures about a week before we got all of them!

ally didn't know a lot about them, I just saw the online portfolio and knew our styles matched. The studio was super flexible with us when we had to move our engagement shoot due to bad weather. Nil and his team is kind, artistic, and makes you feel gorgeous. They were on time for all of our events. Nil is energetic, coaches you through your posing, and he really puts you at ease in front of the camera. And the photos are phenomenal. He took over 200 pictures of us and my parents wanted them all. I was so pleased with everything he shot for us. You pay a fair amount for Patel Creative services and receive work that is way over-valued - talk about an AMAZING service! Nil does amazing work that is more like art than photography and if you're prepared to pay, you won't be disappointed!
If you want a photographer to capture your entire wedding and all the visible emotions throughout the greatest day of your life - then hire Nil Patel at Patel Creative immediately!...
! You know you have an incredible photographer when your married relatives come up to you on your wedding day to say "I want to get married again, just so Nil can photograph my wedding!" Nil has an exceptional sense of timing to document the real life moments that will be framed forever and passed down to generations. He has an ability to capture natural and joyous moments, but most importantly the intimacy in an unobtrusive manner that allows everyone involved in your big day to constantly feel comfortable. Nil has an eye for capturing details and candid moments that you never knew were possible. He is truly there at every moment! He is very professional, kind, caring and listens. Every bride is different and he shoots to your preference. It is a stressful day and he handled everything brilliantly, so it puts you, as a bride, truly at ease! You truly form a strong relationship with him, due to his expertise and listening to your direction. I had my engagement session in Savannah, but my wedding was in Tampa. He is extremely flexible and travels anywhere! Nil produced blog postings of our wedding within a week. It was fantastic to be on our honeymoon and be able to relive the moments through his beautiful photography. Nil and his team's patience, professionalism, skill, and artistic eye were all deeply appreciated. I have beautiful pictures that really captured all important moments and every feeling and emotion we felt throughout the day! Nil was initially hired as a photographer, but after my wedding day he left as a family member. I cannot wait to recommend and hire him again!!
