s easily the highlight of the night.
The jamonero was exceptionally knowledgeable, passionately explaining the origin, aging process, and flavor profile of the ham while hand-slicing paper-thin, melt-in-your-mouth portions.
It brought such an elevated, unique, and interactive touch to the party. I highly recommend Pata Negra Charcuterie for any event if you want to give your guests something truly extraordinary! 👌👌👌

a show. Watching the master carver slice the jamón right in front of you, with precision and artistry, turns an appetizer into a moment everyone talks about.
The aroma, the texture, the melt-in-your-mouth flavor… it’s pure culinary magic. Our guests were captivated, phones out, filming every slice, and lining up for seconds. This isn’t just an appetizer; it’s a statement of elegance and authenticity.
Beyond the incredible flavor, the team’s professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience seamless and memorable. Pata Negra isn’t just serving jamón — they’re serving tradition, passion, and an unforgettable memory for your event.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to elevate their celebration with a touch of Spanish luxury
