Partyman Catering

r smooth and easy to coordinate between all of our vendors. The team at Partyman were so kind and professional and made sure everyone ate their meals in a timely fashion. The food was absolutely delicious! We opted for wine braised beef, herbed chicken, vegetables, mashed potatoes (my FAVE) and various handhelds during cocktail hour. We have to give a special shout out to the Beef Tenderloin Crostinis - Kevin and I must have had 20 of those during cocktail hour and they were super delicious. Thank you, Partyman Catering for making our special day even more phenomenal than we anticipated. The food and service was fabulous!

ppy and well fed guests. Partyman was easily able to accommodate our Halal and Vegan friends. The planning process was smooth and the level of professionalism was top notch. Our wedding was outdoors with no access to a kitchen, and they were able to bring everything in. The best part was the Food Tasting event! We got a sense of what to expect and got really excited to build our own menu in accordance with our outdoor venue, preferences, etc. We can't wait to book them again for future events. Much love and appreciation from these newlyweds. <3

lly tailored to our preferences. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the meal, and those with dietary restrictions felt especially cared for. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who made everyone feel special. From planning to presentation, Partyman was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented, ensuring every aspect of the dining experience was perfect. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional wedding catering!

a plated style meal service and while it was a big undertaking, they did a great job on the wedding day! Not only did our guests rave about the service, but they raved about the food as well. Highly recommend Partyman for all of your catering needs!

ompliments for the food that was served and for how beautifully it was presented. We are also thankful for how accommodating the team was for any changes.

the food was GREAT! Definitely would recommend!

ize our menu to our liking. On wedding day, they were professional, prompt, and on top of everything! The food was set up beautifully and it was delicious! We got many compliments from guests on the food. We would highly recommend Partyman Catering!

me up to us telling us how amazing our food was and how the waitress went above and beyond to make our day so special and perfect. We had Stephanie working with us from day one. She helped us pick our menu early on in the wedding planning process and was there until the day everything came to life. We also worked with Jolene as well who was always there to answer any questions we had. We also got a quick response no matter what time of day it was. We cannot recommend PartyMan enough. There is not enough words for how thankful we are for them and their amazing team. PartyMan will always have a special place in our heart.

dding menu items and we ended up changing our whole idea after the tasting! The Partyman team works to provide you with the best experience and ensure you enjoy the food. The customer service is incredible and they pay attention to every detail. If you hire Partyman Catering, you will have people talking about the food at your wedding for months to come!

the evening. I heard from several guests how good the food was, and their staff made sure my husband and I never went hungry throughout the busy evening. I couldn't recommend them any higher! Thank you Partyman!

everything went smoothly on the night of our event (it did!). Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly and helpful, and our food was EXCEPTIONAL. All in all, a delightful experience, Highly recommend!

expectations from the start. Their incredible food tasting event and beautiful display set the tone for our experience. Their communication was excellent, and they made us feel like royalty on our wedding day. Everything went seamlessly. They checked on us regularly, offered seconds if we wanted, and even packed leftovers in to-go containers with personalized notes for us and our parents. The service was professional, kind, and exactly what we hoped for. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Partyman Catering!

ffet to which they were very open to. When we went to their tasting, we were able to see how they transform their space so flawlessly (and taste all the delicious food- it was hard to choose!!) We even added a late night snack that was so unique (chicken and waffle cones). They are incredibly in depth to take care of everyone (dietary restrictions, immediate family being taken care of, accessibility concerns). We have gotten so many compliments on the food. I’m so grateful for their efficiency and delicious food!

work with, displaying remarkable sensitivity to the tricky family dynamics that inevitably arise during wedding planning. Their professionalism and ability to provide options that worked for everyone were truly commendable. Planning a wedding involves numerous details, and finding a caterer who excels in every aspect is rare. Partyman Catering not only met but exceeded our expectations in every category. They provided exceptional partnering ahead of the wedding, offering valuable guidance and support. Their service during the wedding was outstanding, ensuring that our guests were well taken care of. The food was delicious, and the presentation was stunning, perfectly in line with our vision. We found that many caterers tend to have strengths in just one area, but Partyman Catering knocked it out of the park in every category. We are forever grateful for the love and professionalism they poured into our special day. They truly made our wedding unforgettable. Thank you, Partyman Catering, for making our dream wedding a reality!

The entire team is very professional and easy to communicate with. The food itself is amazing, and they have so many different options! Everyone who attended our wedding raved about how good the food was. We will definitely keep Partyman in mind if we need a caterer for future events!

If you were thinking about using them, look no further! The food was delicious and the staff were very professional and made our planning extremely easy! Partyman, thank you again!!

se them again for any event.

o our reception. The entire process was enjoyable from planning to our wedding day. Our families and friends raved about the food and the staff being incredible. As the bride and groom, we felt so special when the staff checked in with us throughout the night. They were so friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend them.

of the veggie lasagna and I know I’m not the only one based on how many guests have asked where the food was from- delicious and amazing!

was outstanding, the food was delicious, an overall amazing company! Worth every single penny!

ell taken care of, including following us around during our photo session with snacks and drinks. They made sure the night was on schedule and everyone was very impressed with the quality of everything they put out. I absolutely loved having them. If I had to do it over again I'd pick Partyman every single time and I'd splurge for the late-night snacks. Look no further for the best catering company for anything you could need!

family style dinner for 100 guests with ease and delivered on every tiny detail we asked for. The guests raved about the food and the service and that made our day that much more special. Thank you for everything!

ephanie was the lead point in coordinating every little detail to pull off one of the greatest weekends of our lives. She took the time to answer any and all my questions (no matter how ridiculous), she suggested awesome ideas, she was extremely punctual, and always went above and beyond. Partyman is full of professionalism and class. Every guest who attended our wedding cannot stop RAVING about how delicious the food tasted, the artistic element in how things were set up, and how polite the staff was throughout the evening. Overall, we are extremely pleased with Partyman on every level and HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone and everyone! Partyman - thank you for being a part of a magical weekend. We could not have done it without you!!!

n more than a few occasions I had one of our guests comment to me about how wonderful your staff was! I’m not sure what I would have done without Gabby all day, she was everywhere! The bartenders , servers and staff worked tirelessly. We were very pleased with all of our rental linens and table settings. Our whole experience has been a very pleasant one and would highly recommend Partyman Catering to anyone for your next event!

wedding. Throughout the planning process, Partyman was very organized, responsive, and easy to work with. We would highly recommend!

od was absolutely phenomenal and the kind faces serving our food made it that much better. Every person who came to our wedding was still raving about the food and was so happy with how everyone was treated with such great respect and kindness. Thank you!!

bers showing up with their private cheese platter and drinks of choice right after the ceremony and helping them gather their food through the buffet line. Staff were available to clear away dishes as guest finished meals! Amazing job!

h were incredibly professional and knew their stuff. We worked with Amanda Paige closely and she was the absolute best. I swear I sent her hundreds of emails during the 1.5 year planning process, and she always responded promptly with very detailed answers to my questions. On the day of the wedding, she was there for most of it and I was able to truly just relax and enjoy the day knowing that they would handle all of the timeline and details during the reception. 10/10 service. I also want to commend their chefs and bartenders. They made custom margaritas (blood orange and hibiscus) that guests raved about, and the chicken and waffles was a fan favorite. I know most people don't get to eat all they want on their wedding day, but Partyman knew it was important to us and brought my husband and I our appetizers and meals so we could enjoy the food before socializing. I also loved how they were able to customize the menu and desserts for us based on family tradition. You cannot go wrong with them!

ive and really made sure our day was more than perfect. The food was amazing, our guests spoke highly of how this was the best wedding food they ever had lol! Id recommended party times to any and everyone !"

were attentive to our requests regarding allergies and other dietary restrictions, and packed up leftovers for us at the end of the night to take home!

ur choice of wedding caterer. After the wedding, our guests raved about how delicious the food was. My husband and I also requested that our service be family style so that our guests could try multiple different dishes and to increase conversation at the table especially for those who may not know each other. Partyman pulled this off flawlessly! In addition to the amazing food, the service was outstanding. In one particular moment throughout the dinner service, the event lead (shout out Marji!) came over to the head table and asked my sister (my MOH) what she needed. She was so nervous to give the speech so my sister explained to her why she was holding off on dinner due to her nerves. She was shown nothing but kindness from the Partyman staff and they said they completely understood and that they would be there whenever she needed anything. This was a small moment, but it meant so much to me to see that level of kindness during the wedding reception. With all that said, we could not recommend Partyman more highly to cater your wedding!

were even willing to help our wedding party pull off a fun prank. Our guests also loved the food (get the honey smoked chicken!).

nd the day of. Leading up to our event, we went through at least 3 event coordinators. I know events, like many other industries, experienced a lot of staff turnover after COVID. However, the client experience definitely suffered from the turnover at Partyman. If felt a little bit like we were starting over those 3+ times. I don't think Partyman could have done anything differently in the 2022 job market but it did impact the experience we had with them. In comparison, the day of experience was incredible. The staff that worked our wedding was professional and caring. We felt like we were first priority and didn't have to worry about food or drinks all night long. We are still getting compliments on the food, including the vegan meals (of which there were multiple to choose from).

no idea what was already talked about. We were to get married in Aug 2022 but covid hit and we had to move to Oct 2022. We understood it would be hard to move things around with those we had booked. We moved everything up in the day so we could accommodate Partyman having to leave at 8:30pm instead of 11pm due to other events. When we got in to the reception they brought us our drinks, they had marked down the wrong beer and when we told them that what they brought wasnt right they rolled their eyes and got frustrated with us. The 1 request that was at the top of the contract bold and !'s was completely messed up. There was supposed to be a seat set for my late father. Never was set. My sister and mom got a setting and then the crew kept removing it even though my family said no don't and there was a sign on it. My wife's family got served then all the other guess before my family even got called, they knew where my family was sitting. They then made all our guess feel rushed to eat their dinner so they could clear the tables. When the cake was served instead of asking us what the flavors were they just guessed and were telling people the wrong kind. Thankfully we didn't have anyone with a food allergy. We also go smores to be done later in the night but they pushed us to do it right after cake which we missed because we were off getting pictures done. The last hour of the bar was to be cash. They tried to pull a fast one and close it completely down. When I said no go to cash bar as we planned the bartender rolled her eyes at me. We were so frustrated and upset we ended up ending our wedding night early because of them. They completely ruined our wedding!! For how much we spent it shouldn't have ended like it did! I will never use them or recommend them to anyone!

th what we pictured for our big day! We went with a more traditional wedding menu but they worked with some changes we requested like Irish soda bread with an amazing cinnamon butter (our guests said it was better that TRH!) we asked for seasonal pies which was no problem and when we saw they had late night bites we were sold! Our guests raved about the food and the soft pretzel bar was the cherry on top! We highly recommend partyman for your wedding or next big event! Great food and even better staff!! Thank you so much!

te angel. Every time I turned around she had a drink waiting for me and she made she we were taken care of all night. I loved her so much 😂. The food was also incredible, my faves were the yeast rolls 🤤🤤 and the strawberry spinach salad. They were great with all my questions and I felt confident our day would go smoothly with them on our team.

about 6 different people in total and each of them were nothing but helpful and worked cohesively, there was never any disconnect from one another! During the wedding, the food was superb and the staff were extremely friendly and had great hospitality! We received feedback from guests that they were blown away by the quality and taste of their food. We had a buffet-style wedding and guests emphasized never experiencing such quality in a buffet. Cannot emphasize the need to BOOK Partyman if you want quality and professionalism!!

or my wedding and they were excited to dive right in and create something special. The food at my wedding was delicious and beyond expectation. Everyone was complimenting the food! And the service was out of this world. The coordinators I worked with at Partyman were attentive, responsive, kind, and detail-oriented. They made sure everything we needed was covered. I highly recommend working with Partyman Catering. You will be blown away by their service and quality!!

you will be beyond happy with the results. They go above and beyond and I have never worked with a more accommodating company. My husband and I chose Partyman for our June 2022 backyard wedding for a couple of reasons: first of all, we had been stalking them on Instagram and loved what we saw but we also liked that it allowed us to support a local business. From the beginning Partyman made our decision and the process incredibly easy. They are happy to work with you to create exactly what you want -- you are not pigeon-holed into a handful of restrictive packages with limited selections. You are able to customize to truly make your event just what you want -- from the food and drinks to the linens right down to the water glasses and the utensils. From our first meeting the message was: the more we know about your event, the better so we can execute it and we instantly felt comfortable and throughout the process realized just how much they meant that. Partyman Catering leads with confidence and over delivers. We worked with Amanda who was incredibly helpful, thorough and made sure every thing looked beautiful and ran like clockwork. We wanted to include beer from our local brewery for our guests and it was no problem. She helped facilitate that. She helped set up the reception space, lit candles and probably about a million other details I don't even know about. She was a joy to work with and she makes it look easy and I know it's not. As for the food, people are still talking about it -- wistfully, in that way that they would drive miles to have it again. We had the opportunity to sample it at our tasting so we knew we loved it but it was amazing to see everyone else enjoying it as much as we did. Overall, it's rare to find a company that is so organized and delivers such quality product and service but is also warm, inviting and friendly. Partyman is the real deal and we really can't thank them enough but can certainly spread the word that they are five star plus.

ood itself was amazing, and we received many compliments from our guests. The bar was running very smoothly as well, with drinks flowing. Most importantly, the Partyman staff across the board were fantastic, friendly and professional. We fully recommend Partyman if they’re available on your event date!

l night!! Partyman was very accommodating when we changed our buffet selections before and after the tasting event. The tasting event was also helpful and delicious! We highly recommend partyman caterers!

d, or cheaper pricing, or better reviews, but I could not! We researched and got quotes from at least 10 caterers and Partyman was still the best. And, this was before our wedding process even began! Once we booked them, they were amazingly flexible (I think we changed our contract/menu at least 5 times), they kept up on communication, and they had contingency plans in place in case something went wrong. During our event, the staff kept the tables clean, were amazing at making sure people had access to seconds (they didn't try to pack up too quickly like I've seen others do), the staff was not pushy in picking up plates that were left for a quick moment (something I get personally annoyed with), and they were amazing at replenishing our dessert table when my family couldn't wait for us to cut the cake and started early on our donuts. If I had to do it all over again, I would book Partyman in a heartbeat. I'm still eating some of the leftovers and even those are still so yummy.

that I didn’t even consider. Provide a free tasting event for bride and groom, which was very helpful. Entire staff professional and helpful. Highly recommend.
