Party Vibe Online

of our wedding. This was extremely important to us and they did not disappoint

ed at 8 pm) and we thought for sure that it would be difficult to have a full dance floor, but Bill read the crowd and kept the party going until the very end! We are huge EDM fans but also didn’t want to scare the parents. Bill played the perfect mix of the 2 and truly made everyone happy! We cannot thank him enough for the excellent job and vibes that he brought to the day.

our music vibe (shoutout to DJ Suzy!!). They were so easy to work with and provided great value to our wedding! The dance floor was bumping all night and we got several compliments from our guests on how seamlessly the music flowed and how great the song choices were. DJ Suzy also made sure to check in with us and our other vendors throughout the evening to make sure everything was running smoothly and she was so accommodating to any request. The photobooth was a super fun addition! Our guests had a great time and we have enjoyed looking at all the prints and digital copies we received. We can’t recommend Party Vibe Online enough!

ed, he blew everyone away with his impactful mixes and nonstop bangers. Our guests still talk about how great our DJ was months after our wedding. I cannot recommend them enough. We’re huge fans!

vibe" we wanted, and he absolutely delivered. The dancefloor was packed the whole night, and all of his MC-ing and cues for the entire day were flawless. We last-minute added the photobooth, and not only was it a huge hit with our guests, but everyone also commented on how fun Suzy made it. The PVO team is detail-oriented, great at communicating, and they understood our vision from the first meeting. We couldn't recommend them enough!

cuting a contract. Unfortunately, we did not have the same luck with our DJ, Chris. He was very personable and kind over the phone, and seemed to have a good handle on our requests and the vibe and flow of the event. The execution, however, fell a bit flat. First, the music cues for the recessional and the bridal party entrance into the reception were played very late, which led to an awkward hesitation during both of these moments. Second, he announced the Grooms mother's name incorrectly (said his step-mother's name) - a reasonable mistake, but when corrected, he just said "sorry" into the mic, rather than announcing the proper name. The Best Man and Bride both shouted the Groom's mom's name to the room so that she could get the proper recognition. We would have been understanding about the confusion, but this could (and should) have been easily remedied in the moment. Third, the Bride had specifically requested that 1-2 popular broadway songs (Hamilton/Wicked/etc.) were played during the evening and they were not. Additionally, our must-play list was generated by taking song requests on our RSVPs, which was communicated to Chris during planning, but most were played within the last half hour of the evening after the guests who had requested the songs had left. This meant that many people did not get to hear the songs that they requested, which was a bummer. The Groom and Mother of the Bride both requested songs to be played at multiple points of the evening and there was at least a 20 minute delay between the request and the execution. Finally, the songs played throughout the night were fine, but not quite the energy discussed and the dance floor was not very full. When the Bride requested that oldies be played at the beginning of the night, Chris played one 80s song and then returned to more modern music. Songs like the Cha Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle, and the Wobble also went on way too long, even when the Bride/Groom signaled to move on. Overall, our guests didn't bring much up to us (i.e. if this was not our wedding, the DJing would have been fine), but we felt that Chris fell flat on execution of our vision of the day.

AZING music, and he played the exact type of music that we wanted. Sarah did a great job working our Photo Booth and we appreciate the book we received of all the pictures at the end of the night. :) Suzy was also wonderful to plan with, she always responded quickly and was super helpful. Booking with party vibe online was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding! We can’t thank the PVO team enough.

incredibly accommodating. As we got closer to the big day, we realized we needed to make some last-minute adjustments to accommodate speakers for the speeches. Suzy and Bill went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly set up. They offered expert guidance without hesitation and made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless. They were also so intentional and insightful with their music recommendations, helping us strike the perfect balance between our personal tastes and the energy we wanted for each part of the evening. From cocktail hour to the dance floor, everything flowed effortlessly thanks to their care and attention to detail. Throughout the entire planning process, they were consistently responsive, flexible, and so easy to communicate with. We’re incredibly grateful to them for helping create such a joyful, unforgettable atmosphere. If you’re looking for DJs who truly care, listen, and deliver above and beyond expectation, look no further. We can’t recommend Suzy and Bill highly enough!

killed it behind the music, the dance floor was never empty! And Doug was so fun at the photobooth! We HIGHLY recommend PVO for all your music and Photo Booth needs!

paired with Suzy for my DJ and she was super nice and was very helpful when the ceremony proceedings came around. I was so nervous if I was missing anything they needed but Suzy backed me up and helped make the ceremony as seamless as possible. Everyone thought she was wonderful and even made time for an extra surprise that my now husband had made for me right before dancing started. I cannot thank them enough for making my big day so wonderful and I highly recommend this company. :)

out his services. I cannot recommend him enough.

ception, we had multiple planning phone calls to review the timeline as well as our music requests, including “must play” and “do not play” songs. The night of our reception, Bill was immensely helpful with running the show and kept us on schedule. The music was phenomenal, and we had so many guests not only rave to us about how great Bill was, but they also asked for his contact info to hire him for future events. We requested a specific mashup of two songs for our final song of the night, and Bill brought it to life better than we could have imagined! Hiring PVO was one of the best decisions we made in our reception planning process and we will absolutely be using them again for any future events!

ve someone who got back to us quickly. - Another thing that we found to be rare in wedding planning. They truly know music and enjoy music! We had a great time with Suzy at the helm for our wedding and bonus that this queer-owned business was absolutely a blast for our queer wedding! The music selections we picked were respected and the vibes were immaculate. They were also very reasonably and transparently priced as wedding DJs - something you often don’t find in this business. We’ve already had a friend book them for her wedding because of our great experience.

ntastic job incorporating the music we wanted and mixing it in a way that everyone enjoyed. We received so many compliment about the music, everyone loved it. He exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with how the music turned out! I highly recommend choosing Party Vibes Online for your DJ needs!

h the Karaoke machine (with fancy sound effects from Dark Vadar to autotune) and DJ Bill played the perfect songs for the dance floor. We had several guests mention how much they liked Bill and the music he played. Thank you again Bill for making our wedding a special one!

ur end that was NOT part of his job duty. He has a wonderful sense of pace and how to read the room. My friends kept complimenting the music the day after.

attention to detail and experience during the whole planning phase; Party Vibe Online has some well-organized forms that helped us plan, and Suzy brought up things that we didn’t even think needed music (cake cutting). After taking the time to get to know our tastes, her recommendations really spoke to us. We also used her playlist of background songs (pop songs performed in a more strings/jazz style) during the cocktail hour, and our guests loved them. When the party started, Suzy was one of the best DJs we’ve ever seen at feeling the audience and adjusting to the crowd. She kept our older (70+) relatives and younger friends alike out on the dance floor literally all night—people kept coming up to us to tell us how amazing she was, and also to say that the only reason they took a break from dancing was because they were so out of breath! Suzy really helped keep the party going and was a huge highlight of our day. We also highly recommend her as an LGBTQ+-friendly vendor. We definitely would recommend Suzy and Party Vibe Online for events!

our wedding night. Before our wedding day, we met with Susan a few times to discuss our musical tastes and must-haves for our wedding playlist (and songs to avoid!). They also provided extensive questionnaires and we appreciated their thoroughness in getting to know us. My husband and I felt that Susan immediately understood what we were after, which can only be described as 2010s millennial hits. We had a small wedding, and we were somewhat worried that only a few people would dance. Enter Susan, who absolutely crushed the brief. She brought energy, read the room, and played hit after hit. We needed additional equipment for our ceremony, and Susan and Bill were able to accommodate our request only a few weeks before the wedding. If you’re looking for personal service from two wonderful individuals, look no further than Party Vibe Online. We highly recommend them!

s gothic + queer and we felt immediately welcomed by Party Vibe Online. The entire process was affordable, efficient, and Suzy really paid attention to our needs. (Especially since I can be a control freak, especially about music!) Overall, it was a great decision to go with Party Vibe Online. Suzy was communicative not just with us but also made sure to connect with the other vendors and our wedding party to make sure everything went by smoothly. Thank you again! :)

saw DJ Bill at a family wedding we attended and knew we needed him for our wedding! We were nothing short of blown away by his talent and ability to read a crowd. We had a very specific taste in music and wanted to avoid all your typical cheesy songs you hear at every wedding. He followed our “must play” and “do not play” lists perfectly and we couldn’t thank him enough. Not to mention he actually mixes! Most wedding DJs we’ve seen just fade into the next song. DJ Bill is a true disk jockey and weaved each song into the next like a real professional. We had multiple guests tell us how amazing DJ Bill was and they are considering hiring Party Vibe Online when they get married! Please give Party Vibe Online a call!

e was also so great to work with and we're so glad that we found him. He handled all of our worries and questions with confidence. He listened to our preferences and we felt like we could trust him completely. Extremely professional, personable, and all around great guy!

d helped guide us through the entire process. He was there when we needed recommendations for cocktail, ceremony and dinner music, and he even helped guide us through picking the perfect timing of each song. Bill listened to us and played everything we wanted, and got everything correct! We were very indecisive and had so many revisions, but Bill was very patient, responsive and guided us through everything. After the wedding, many people told us he was the best wedding DJ they’ve ever heard and asked for a referral. Suzy did an amazing job with the photo booth and everyone had a great time! The lighting and projected monogram were also a great touch for additional details! The dance floor was packed all night, and it was the smoothest and best experience we could’ve asked for. Bill and team also did a great job announcing the wedding party, and ensured proper pronunciation of everyone’s name. The energy they provided was so positive, and we’re so glad to have worked with the team.

we did! From our first interaction, Bill and Suzy were extremely helpful and willing to work to ensure we had the perfect day. The team helped us figure out exactly what we wanted, were flexible in the final days leading up to the wedding, and DJ Bill did a great job during both our ceremony and reception. Throughout our wedding day, DJ Bill coordinated with our officiant and venue staff to ensure seamless transitions between the ceremony, cocktail hour, speeches, and first dances. Calming and in control, he helped us stick to our schedule and allowed us to relax and just take in the day! Party Vibe Online also had an extensive catalog of songs and were able to accommodate every request made by ourselves and guests. The dance floor was packed until the end of the reception (~4 hours after dinner), and some people we never expected to dance were out there cutting up the floor. One great surprise was how much of a hit the photo booth was! We have a wonderful album of shots from family members, friends, and old acquaintances cutting loose and having a blast at our wedding. Guests were given photo booth strips with our names and the wedding date on them, and now over a month later, folks are still talking about how fun it was to get pictures with people they haven’t seen in years. We want to give a special thanks to Sarah for running the booth and helping our wedding reception be extra memorable! Our experience with Party Vibe Online was definitely worth a 5-star review, and we highly encourage others to consider Bill, Suzy, and the team for your next event!

off, zero worries with DJ Bill as he ensured to check in at opportune moments to ensure we were having the absolute best time. His comprehensive "digital planning suite" allowed us to easily organize our music taste and preference. This covered from pre ceremony, ceremony, intro, reception, etc. This ensured that our music taste was felt throughout the venue. He was extremely accommodating and flexible with the music we wanted, and his wedding package added additional elements we wouldn't have otherwise had- all at a highly competitive price point. This included a custom monogram with up lighting and a fun photo booth for wedding attendees to enjoy. Suzy was our photo booth attendant, and she was extremely professional and fun! DJ Bill wasn't your typical DJ who just hit next on each song, but somehow blended various songs and genres into an unforgettable mix that kept the party going, and the dance floor packed. We cannot recommend DJ Bill and the PVO crew enough for your big day!

our wedding reception! We loved the way this company read our music style and song preference and then matched us with a DJ and I think they picked the perfect one! DJ Suzy was amazing. She kept everything going and worked with our caters and photographer to make sure everything went smoothly. We truly did not have to think about one thing once we got to the reception! Also, neither my husband nor I are really dancers but we couldn't leave the dance floor! It was just so much fun. We even had a ton of compliments on how great the music was throughout the evening. Thank you to DJ Suzy for making our wedding day so perfect!

dant, Suzy, brought so much great energy and got most of our guests to participate. I highly recommend them!

most too good to be true!) This turned out to be one of the best decisions for our entire wedding!! Bill and Suzy (the owners) were incredibly thorough and quick in their planning communications. We were also extremely to have them both work on our actual wedding. I can’t count the number of compliments I got about Bill’s DJing! Several people said he the best DJ they’ve ever seen. He kept the dance floor packed all night which is exactly what we wanted. And Suzy manned the Photo Booth which was a HUGE hit and our guests all have pictures to look back on our unforgettable night. 100000/5 would highly recommend booking Party Vibe Online!!

g library to choose from, and the price was unbeatable! 5-stars all around!

nd he was incredible! Our dance floor was packed the whole night and we could not stop dancing. Bill gave us a preview before we booked and we just knew he was the one after that. He knows how to keep the party going and was extremely helpful during our whole process and day. We are still getting compliments about our DJ and how much fun they had. We loved our experience with Bill and Party Vibe Online and will be coming back in the future for any events!

y were so easy to work with leading up to the wedding - asking for music suggestions, important songs to make note of, timing requests, etc. - and made us feel at ease with their thorough and thoughtful communication. When necessary, they gave us input based on their expert experience and provided constant instruction and feedback day of to ensure we were in the loop (re: requests, next dances, etc.). Bill is a world class DJ who was able to mix so many of our requests seamlessly as well as add in new songs that fit the vibe. Music is everything and our dance floor was packed all night - with all ages - thanks to Bill. Suzy was a great photo booth help with our various props and crazy guests - she kept all our photos organized and we now have a wonderful keepsake from the night. Thank you both for making our day so special!

(hello best trivia game ever held during a reception!). Our wedding was a small one, but she made it feel so big. Even the day off and during the reception, Suzy was accommodating and flexible and rolled with all the punches! Book her now!!

tal made it easy to upload the special songs we wanted played. Will was our dj day of, and he kept the dance floor moving while keeping with our mood ramp up. We had a great mix of Motown/oldies, 2010s throwbacks, top hits, and 2000s punk music. He even threw together a great punk compilation at the end of the reception with some great crowd interaction. It’s alway fun to fun a dj that truly enjoys what they do, and Will definitely does. Definitely recommend!

n't recommend him enough.

e songs. We picked maybe about 10 or so songs and Bill handled the rest, he read the room perfectly. I can't recommend him enough, if you are on the fence about Bill, book him.. you'll be making the right choice.

wife and I while mixing in some of our favorite songs. He was the only one to offer this and the experience solidified our choice. During our wedding, I didn't have to think or worry about anything. Bill and his team were on top of every detail and really made the dance floor exciting. Incredibly flexible and professional (zero ego too), Bill was a hit. It's one of the first thing people say about our wedding, "your DJ was incredible!" I can't recommend DJ Bill enough. Stop reading this, book Bill!

recommend if you are on a stricter budget but looking for an option that will still live up to high expectations.

ibe Online staff is!). We hired Party Vibe Online and have since talked so much how we wish they were our original DJ. Suzy is very responsive to emails and the DJ she connected us to Bill was nothing short of amazing. They have sample playlist on their website so you can get an idea of what you like/don't like and also an online portal to keep track of all your notes/wants/needs. We shared what we liked with Suzy and that's how we got paired with Bill. Bill met with us a few weeks before the wedding, then again leading up to the wedding. We also had a special request for our intro song and Bill made it happen 100% and even sent us a copy before the wedding. Everyone talked about how great Bill was at making sure the dance floor was packed. He was also a great master of ceremonies in getting everyone organized for the introduction. Thank you!

professional yet as fun as can be. From planning to execution on the big day, I didn't have to worry about a thing with Bill in control. The dancefloor was bumpin' the entire time and the best part was - everyone said the DJ was incredible! Couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Bill!

l your music selections/preferences was very easy to use. We met via Zoom a couple times to finalize everything and confirm all the very detailed specifics involved in a wedding. Suzy provided a full day rundown so we knew we were all on the same page. Day of everything was super smooth and we really didn't even have to think about what music when or who was being announced and how as it all had been dealt with and Suzy ran it smoothly. The music was on point, not just following a list of songs we provided but making our style of music into a real theme and dare I say, vibe. There were probably 40 people still on the dancefloor when the lights came on! The photo booth was very cute with fun props, and it was so nice at the end to get a photo album containing copies of everyone's photos. Everyone had a lot of fun doing photos. We highly recommend these amazing people for your wedding!

ning. At our reception, she made sure everything went as planned and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was ready for certain moments. The dance floor was packed all night and our friends had so much fun. We are still getting compliments on Suzy!
