hich to work. It was so nice to show up at the Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party with everything set up and done so as we planned...no detail missed. I did not have to worry about anything during the entire evening and could fully enjoy the evening with family and friends! Will definitely hire Party Perfection Weddings and Haley for any future events.

't even considered, and from wedding week through the entire weekend she handled all vendor coordination flawlessly. As mother of the bride, that meant I got to actually enjoy the day instead of managing it.
Highly recommend Geneva to any family planning a wedding.

There are not enough words to express how incredibly thankful I am for Haley Thomas. I could not have gotten through the 1.5 years of planning without her. We live in FL but got ma...
rried in NC, she recommended all the best vendors and was always available for communication. She made planning a destination wedding a breeze. I am pretty type B & did not grow up dreaming of my wedding so I basically needed help in every department. For me especially she was a huge help with the burden of decision fatigue. Haley was able to bring to life the most beautiful and perfect day from the very minimal inspo I provided. She has such an ability to read her bride and groom and be exactly what they need and understand their visions or goal. Especially on the day of I had no worries because I knew I could trust Haley would handle it all. The whole team she brought day of was great!! Haley is not only sweet and kind but professional and so good at her job. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her.
There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for Haley-she made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect.
We found Haley through our venue's preferred vendor list, and ...
from our first call, we knew she was the right fit. She understood our vision, was genuinely excited about our wedding, and brought ideas and solutions to the table for things we hadn't even considered.
One of the things that impressed me most was her attention to detail. She helped us build a comprehensive timeline, worked through layouts and logistics, and was clear when something might need to change.
Communication was outstanding. Haley was easy to reach by text and always responded quickly. At every stage of planning, she made us feel like we were her priority.
When wedding weekend arrived, Haley truly took over so that we could fully enjoy it. She coordinated vendor arrivals and setup, handled questions, managed logistics, placed décor and signage, and ensured everything looked exactly as it should including added touches that elevated things even more.
One detail that still makes me smile is that she made sure no one touched the cheesecakes before the cake cutting so that everything looked beautiful for photos and for our special moment together.
Our ceremony was somewhat non-traditional. Haley handled everything flawlessly. When it began to lightly sprinkle during our ceremony, Haley didn't miss a beat. She produced the clear umbrella that led to some of our favorite photos from the entire wedding. Instead of feeling stressed about the weather, we ended up with beautiful, romantic rain pictures that we will treasure forever.
One of the moments I will never forget happened right before the ceremony. Everyone else had already gone out, and it was just me and my two nieces waiting. I suddenly realized I hadn't had anyone pray over me and our marriage before I walked down the aisle. I asked Haley if she would pray with me, and without hesitation she did. It was beautiful, heartfelt, and exactly what I needed in that moment. It is a memory I will carry with me forever.
Throughout both the ceremony and reception, Haley kept everything on track while remaining flexible when adjustments were needed. She communicated with all of our vendors, solved problems before we even knew they existed, and ensured that every transition happened smoothly.
She also made sure we actually got to enjoy our reception. When we entered the room, plates of food were already waiting for us at our seats so that we could eat and take in the evening. It was one of many thoughtful details that demonstrated how much she cared about our experience.
The greatest compliment I can give Haley is that I was able to be a bride instead of an event manager. As someone who manages large programs professionally and is naturally very detail-oriented, it is incredibly difficult for me to hand over control. If Haley hadn't been there, I would have spent the entire day answering questions, tracking people down, worrying about timelines, and stressing over where everything needed to go. Instead, I got to fully experience every moment of our wedding. Through it all, Haley and her assistant were professional, calm, organized, and smiling.
If you are considering hiring Haley, do it. She is worth every penny and then some. She didn't just coordinate our wedding—she gave us the gift of being fully present for one of the most important weekends of our lives, and for that we will always be grateful.

sion to life, communicated with all my vendors, and on the day itself, executed everything to perfection. It truly felt like a dream.
What stood out most is how much she genuinely cares. She listens, she’s incredibly detail oriented, and her support didn’t stop after the wedding ended. She’s still following up to make sure I get my photos and that any loose ends are tied up. She feels like a friend now.
I also saw her coordinate another wedding recently and it confirmed what I already knew, she works hard to make every event perfect. Capable, confident, and caring. I’d recommend her to anyone, and honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her.

a never failed to keep us on track and ensure we were making decisions in a timely manner. On the day-of, she took all of our little details and placed them perfectly to bring our vision to life. If you are wondering if a planner is worth the investment, rest assured that Geneva is worth every penny (& more!).

e wanted for both. She gave great recommendations early on during planning and helped me make some decisions later on that I was indecisive about. Marissa was with Geneva on our wedding day, and she was also wonderful to work with! They were able to kindly keep our wedding party of twenty people organized and kept things flowing. They did everything from making sure the ballroom looked exactly how I wanted, bustling my dress, getting everyone lined up for our sparkler exit so we could have a private last dance (no one interrupted), and made sure everything was packed up and organized for us at the end of the night. We can honestly say we do not have one complaint about our wedding day because they made sure it was everything we wanted and more!

On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and nothing went wrong that I knew of — which is always a great thing! She made sure everything was in order, kept everything on schedule, and handled everything behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy our special day without worrying about anything.
She went above and beyond for us and made our wedding day feel so perfect and stress free. We are so thankful for all of her hard work, kindness, patience, and dedication throughout the whole process. I truly could not recommend her enough!

Her hard work, creativity, and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are so beyond grateful for everything she did for us.
If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for her couples, I would recommend her a thousand times over. Thank you for making our wedding the best day of our lives!

e had plenty of time to make decisions.
There are so many decisions and details it can feel endless and fatiguing. However party perfection has done it all before, so they can alleviate that stress by drawing from their experience to suggest great solutions you wouldn’t have considered yourself.
Finally on the day of the wedding the team handles the execution of coordinating the wedding such that you’re really able to stay in the moment and take it all in. No worrying about the shuttle that came late, or the missing microphone, or the band being behind schedule it just gets solved. Yes these are all real problems that came up day of which, we didn’t have to stress over because Geneva and her team took care of them before we even knew there was in issue.
You can’t afford not to have an A player as your wedding planner - party perfection should be yours.

d wanted to go with partial planning. Haley felt for me and saw how much work I had already done and was so close to all vendors booked. She suggested month of coordination, which would help my budget and still provide me with much help pulling it all together. Haley went above and beyond. I had a couple vendors that I still needed to book, she helped initiate the quotes so that I had a starting point. Thank god for her! That helped me lock in my final vendors.
Let’s talk about month of. Haley was willing to meet me at my home where we went over ALL details. I was behind anxious a month out, but caught my breath as soon as she stepped in. Communication was great! She created our timeline and got us all prepared at the rehearsal. Day of. WOW! When I say we couldn’t have done it without her, I mean it. Haley and her assistant were top notch! Most of all she helped me emotionally keep it together. With so many feelings and adrenaline leading up to the ceremony, she helped to ease my mind and keep me grounded. Once the wedding started, she was there keeping it all rolling. When my husband and I would go to set down our drink for a photo, one of them were right there to grab it. Unbelievable! She even held a fan under my dress to cool me off!
Beyond grateful for Haley and Party Perfection being a part of our biggest day ever! Haley is so sweet and organized!

Thanks to Party Perfection, our wedding ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. Numerous bridal part and family members remarked on the smoothness of the event, and we couldn't agree more. She took my dream wedding and made a final product that was beyond my wildest dreams. If you are doubting having a wedding planner and think you can do it on your own, think again! Geneva was worth 10x what we paid to have her make our wedding seamless.

and I live in Pennsylvania and we planned on having a destination wedding down in NC where we are both from. We wanted something small on the beach and found the perfect Airbnb that hosted weddings. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into and didn’t realize how much additional planning goes into something like this that isn’t a formal wedding venue. We knew almost instantaneously that we needed to invest in a wedding planner. I was speaking to my photographer who was local to the area and asked her for recommendations for wedding planners and that’s how we found Haley. I reached out to her and got a response almost immediately that she was doing a wedding that week in the same Airbnb we booked for our wedding in September. That’s when I knew that we had to book her for the wedding because it felt so right. Haley helped us out so much between recommendations, communicating with vendors, and check-ins to make sure that we were up to speed on everything. She did so much more behind the scenes than we ever could’ve asked for. When our wedding weekend came and we got word of Hurricane Ophelia hitting the area, she made sure we had a solid backup plan in place and reached out to all our vendors to update them on the plan. The whole wedding day she ran around all day making sure that everything was being set up correctly and periodically checking in on me and my MOHs while we got ready. Everyone always says that something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day but thanks to Haley’s help, everything went so smoothly and the wedding went off without a hitch. We are so thankful for Haley, Annabelle, and Grace for everything they did for us and we cannot recommend them enough for all of the hard work they put in on our special day. All of our guests were raving about her and her team all weekend and how amazing and professional they were at their jobs. If you are looking for a hard working and dedicated wedding planner, please consider Party Perfection weddings!
For my wife and I, our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives, and we can both honestly attribute it to Haley. The idea that we were considering not using a wedding plan...
ner at the start of our planning is now unthinkable after working with Party Perfection. We wanted a big wedding at a remote, private family home, which required way more logistical planning, vendors, rentals and so much more than we originally anticipated, and Haley helped us every step of the way. She is not only extremely responsive and professional, she is also resourceful and has a wealth of knowledge about every part of a wedding. Haley recommended wonderful vendors and took the task of managing, scheduling and communicating with them off of our plates. She offered rentals, websites, resources and ideas for anything and everything we suggested. If you think of it, she will do her absolute best to make it happen. Haley’s personality and commitment to her work is also a huge asset. You need someone you can trust, someone who’s not afraid of conflict or telling people what to do when you need it most (vendors, guests, family members). Someone that if anything goes wrong, you know they’re going to handle it, and Haley can without a shadow of a doubt.
Out of everything I could say about Haley, one of the most valuable things about working with her is that she genuinely loves her work, and will do just about anything to ensure you have the wedding you’ve always dreamt of. Any time we felt anxious or stressed, Haley would swoop in and take care of anything that we were feeling nervous about. All the while reminding us that this was a time of joy, a once in a lifetime experience, and that we should soak up every moment of it and leave the rest to her. Haley is an unequivocal wedding planner, you really can’t find a better, more genuine, harder working person than her to take care of one of the most important days of your life. We will remember our wedding day for the rest of our lives as a day of pure magic and joy, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Party Perfection!

They even went as far to get down on the ground and help me take my shoes on and off for dancing!! I truly felt like my wedding was in the best hands possible, and I couldn't recommend them enough for anyone looking for a planner!

Wherever they were needed, they were there. My family has never used a planner before and my parents were in awe at how Haley communicated so well with everyone, her professionalism, and attention to detail. We’re not used to sitting back and not touching a single thing, and there was a point where Haley told us to sit back, relax, and enjoy our day. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would! We seriously could not thank her enough!❤️

small task. Let me add, I was in Florida the whole time (wedding was in NC) Marissa did things for me I didn’t even know I needed. We got married on March 4th, and after having time to reflect on our special day I have heard many funny stories of things that weren’t perfect but she handled immediately without anyone knowing, including me and my husband. She played a large role in making our wedding perfect. I’d recommend Marissa to anyone and everyone. Even if you don’t think you need a wedding planner… you do!

just melted away once we figured out specifics and Marissa Zinni was amazing. She was at the rehearsal and then again showed up punctual on the wedding day to get everything set up! I would get pictures on how the venue during the day looked and she and her assistant, Erin, would update as the day went along per my request! The day would have gone in a completely different direction had it not been for this team! 10/10 would recommend.
