Party On Events

ad so many amazing ideas for us through the process. 11/10 recommend working with this incredible team. We couldn't have done it without them.

pful, and such a positive light throughout our planning journey. Although our venue provided a coordinator team, Kari and her team were the real stars of the show. When a few unexpected hiccups popped up at our venue, the Party On Events team immediately stepped in with professionalism and grace, resolving issues that weren’t even their responsibility. They went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt cared for and completely satisfied with the outcome. Our wedding day would have been a very different experience without Kari and her amazing team. We are beyond grateful for everything they did to ensure our day was seamless and joyful. If you are debating hiring Party On Events, this is your sign to book them now! Our only regret is not booking them sooner :) We will be recommending Party On Events to any friends embarking on the wedding planning journey!

ble. Kari was a big part of helping us bring our dream wedding to life. To this day, we still have guest telling us how much fun they had at the wedding and thats thanks to Kari and her team. From the beginning, Kari took every detail into consideration and created a timeline for us to follow that made the process so much easier. Her thoughtful touches like customizing the welcome and sweetheart tables, making sure the flowers were on the cake, added bar time, to seamlessly working within venue limitations, her team anticipated our needs and delivered a flawless experience. We never even had to go to the bar because someone from her team was always looking out for us. Kari managed every vendor with clear expectations and professionalism, so much so that multiple vendors commented on how impressed they were with her attention to detail and organization. Two things that truly stood out: 1. Kari took initiative when things fell behind due to catering delays, advocating for us behind the scenes so we could stay fully present and enjoy the day. 2. She tapped into her network to help us incorporate meaningful cultural elements, even those she wasn’t initially familiar with. If you're looking for someone who will bring your wedding vision to life, Kari is the one.

e other vendors to having our best man and maid of honors number. The day of our rehearsal, she was was very detailed oriented and made sure everyone that was there knew where they needed to be the day of the wedding and if they had any questions she would have the answer for us, she also made sure we went through it multiple times so we get the mistakes out of the way. The day of the wedding, she made a group chat with our wedding party so she would NOT contact the Grooms and the Bride that day and any hiccups that we had with vendors we didn’t even know about until after because Kari and her team made sure we had a PERFECT DAY! She also has a very friendly Ora which made it easy to talk to her! And she was pregnant at the time and still killed it! I would HIGHLY recommend Kari and her team, out of all the vendors we had, there was never a second thought or any regret of booking her!

to really understand our vision and then brought it to life in a way that exceeded anything we could have dreamed of. From start to finish, Kari kept everything organized and running smoothly, and she was always available to answer our questions or give us advice. It made the whole process so much less stressful. One of the things we really appreciated was Kari’s ability to think on her feet. When we encountered some major issues with our venue, Kari stepped in and did absolutely everything she could to manage the situation with grace and determination. She acted quickly and stayed composed. Kari truly went above and beyond in many ways, especially when she arranged for a stunning club sign with lights for our grand entrance. It certainly embodied that WOW factor and was just one of the many examples of her going out of her way to make the event even more special. In addition to her outstanding work on the day, Kari’s experience was incredibly valuable in guiding us through what not to do. Her tips on avoiding common wedding mistakes were priceless, and she helped us navigate tricky decisions. She truly helped steer us in the right direction and saved us from making some potential missteps. Kari is an amazing wedding planner, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to make our day unforgettable. We feel so lucky to have had Kari by our side during our special day. If you're looking for someone who is not only professional and experienced but also genuinely cares about making your wedding day as perfect as possible, we highly recommend Kari. She’s the best!

ho we would like to learn more about because her fun, upbeat vibes and beautiful wedding photos fit well into our wedding vision. We met with Kari about a year prior to our wedding and were impressed by her package offerings, as well as the opportunity to meet virtually with her monthly. Since we live in Northern California, but were married in Southern California, this close communication as well as connection to local vendors proved to be very important for the success of our big day. Kari was the thread that helped bring event planning and logistics, decor and design vision, and story telling of our relationship quirks to life. During the wedding, Kari executed with excellence in-terms of working with our vendors and managing the timeline for the day. For couples looking to get married, if you want to work with someone who is flexible to your needs, but also has strong recommendations and a strong network of vendors, I think Party on Events is a great fit.

ding was on December 13th and we did not feel confident or comfortable moving forward with our current coordinator. 2 months away from our wedding, there was so much left to do. We decided to start looking for a designated wedding coordinator. Many coords were unavailable or out of our budget. It came down to two different coordinator companies and met with both. When we met with Kari Vosseler from Party On Events, we felt comfortable, heard, and reassured. Spoiler alert, she was the best decision we made for our wedding. As soon as we hired Kari, she knew the situation we were in and started not hitting the ground running but sprinting. She contacted all of our vendors. She arranged multiple meetings with them and what was needed. Kari had open communication with us through text, emails, and phone calls. We had plenty of homework to do but she was with us every single step of the way. Rehearsal day, Kari was there early to meet and help direct our family and friends. Also met with the church coordinator which ran rehearsal and from our POV worked well together. Kari was very friendly but firm when directing our family on what was needed from them for the wedding. Game day. Wedding day was here. She greeted us in the morning and was with my fiancé after HMU was finished. Kari with her iPad strapped to her side, kept us on schedule. I got ready at a hotel while my fiancé at her family home. I didn't have my photographer's phone number so I let Kari know which room I was in and next thing I knew, my photographers were there on time ready to work. Then headed to the church and Kari was there waiting for me and my groomsmen. Kari also had some jokes. I asked how my bride was and Kari tells me she's tipsy already. She wasn't lol. Ceremony was the first obstacle we had to over come because the priest took about 1.5 hrs to finish the ceremony which pushed back our photo timeslot at the church by 30 minutes. Kari adjusted and made sure everyone who needed to be in the pictures was there and ready. Since we lost 30 mins, pictures were fast paced. Some family members wanted to squeeze into the photo schedule and Kari accommodated while still adjusting to our schedule. Reception was the biggest obstacle of the night. Before grand entrance, my mother came down with major dehydration and needed medical attention. Luckily a family member is a doctor and helped her. Kari kept me calm and made sure my mom was hydrated and taken care of. Kari even wanted to present me with options on how to adjust with all the formalities that included my mother. Kari helped so much that night. 3500 words are not enough to explain and describe how Kari Vosseler was the best decision we made for our wedding. She vibed with our team. Kari's team helped with everything in between. And Kari was enjoyed and admired by our bridal party, family, and all of our guests. We are so blessed to have found her and to be honest, we wish we found her sooner because we're now sad that we won't be in contact as much as before. With highest admirations, we sincerely, and deeply advise any couple to hire Kari and her team Party on Events for your events and wedding planning because Kari Vosseler will be the best person for the job. We love you, Kari. Please keep in touch! Jordan & Gerlene

g, because we knew she was on top of everything. She listened to my daughter and her fiancé's wedding vision and provided useful advice and guidance. She anticipates the unexpected, pays attention to every single detail and is incredible at organizing multiple vendors. Our daughter's wedding was magical.

sts, and meetings kept us on track and made the process simple, alleviating wedding planning stress. We unfortunately had issues with vendors which Kari gladly stepped in to help and take it off our plate. ery step of a process we knew very little about and we could not have had such an incredible wedding without her.
