ice. Drivers were so accommodating and proactive, and helped us with getting many things sorted
We rented a 15 passenger pink party bus for an hour. It was a 90 degree day and we got on there to find the AC was broken. My husband was also confronted right away with a form to ...
sign and a recommended $50 tip to leave. Kind of a mood killer to be confronted with right when we got on. I also don’t think a tip should be asked for until after the experience. Our driver was alright, but seemed to drive very slow. All in all, we still had fun. I think $300 for an hour is a bit steep, however.
We used them twice on our wedding day, but were disappointed. The first driver was 30 min late to picking the bridal party up from cocktail hour, thus throwing off our schedule. Al...
so, we had two confirmation calls from two different people, which was incredibly confusing, and the 2nd call was a scrambled voicemail that we couldn't understand. When one of my bridesmaids called back (they called to confirm 3 hours before pickup) he said he would call back but never did. When we got on the party bus, he asked to see my credit card despite the fact that I paid in full and confirmed with another person on the phone that week. I did not have that card on me due to not knowing it was needed, and thus resulted an uncomfortable 5 minutes where the driver threatened not to leave the premises. They also did not apologize for being late.
The second bus, which we used after the reception, was better, and we booked them for an hour. 15 min into our trip, we decided that we wanted to stay on the bus for another 20 min or so, instead of simply use them for a drop off. Since we had them booked for an hour, we thought that asking for 35 min on the bus would be reasonable. She eventually agreed, but was very annoyed and was not happy to do so.
Overall, it worked out. But it was unnecessarily stressful and the staff was not kind or accommodating.
They did not show up for my wedding. I booked 2 months ahead of time, paid in full and confirmed a week before.
Very professional service. Alex and Lisa were a lot of help. Highly recommended!
Alex was a very BIG help! He even caught some mistakes we made we made with our reservation. We used some inaccurate addresses we provided in our itinerary. We were very happy with...

e of my favorite pictures!! The bus was clean and his driving was good! He got us from point A to point B in a timely fashion!
This place is the worst! I would not recommend them for your wedding! They called us right before they were supposed to pick us up for the ceremony saying they would be 30 minutes ...
late. They were almost an hour late. It was so good that we happened to have enough cars on sight, otherwise our wedding party would not have made it to the ceremony on time. They also sent us a different (older) bus than we had booked. The bus was supposed to drive the wedding party from the ceremony to the reception, however, the driver got lost and we were 40 minutes late to our own reception. No one ever apologized for any of this and they will not respond to our emails now that we have tried to contact them after the wedding. Do not book here unless you want to be crabby and late on your wedding day.
Had a great time on the party bus we rented for our wedding party last month! The price was great and I have already recommended this company to friends for their weddings!
