e, helpful throughout the entire day, and incredibly personable. They made the day run smoothly so we could just enjoy every moment—truly the best decision we made was to hire The Red Coat Ladies!

extra sweet when things can get stressful and very attentive. We appreciated both of them so much! Pat also comes with an impressive rolodex of other vendor referrals to work with! Priceless! Highly recommend the Red Coat Ladies!

We would highly recommend Pat and her team to everyone!
Pat Blackwell of Party Assurance absolutely lives up to her reputation. I don't know where to start. Her coordination of our timeline with other vendors, coordination of our weddin...
g party at the ceremony, catering to many last minute needs (like raising the hem of my dress so I stopped tripping - despite having paid an arm and a leg in alterations, mind you - sewing missing buttons on my husband's suspenders, providing mole tape so my dress stopped poking me), keeping all our items organized (i.e., packaging the ketubah and marriage documents, keeping track of all our gifts) and beyond. Details aside, she gave myself, my family AND my vendors invaluable peace of mind that the day would run smoothly. My band, photographer, videographer and rabbi were all so pleased to hear she was running the day - she has fantastic relationships w many of the local vendors and venue staff. Myself, my groom, and both our families couldn't stop raving about how great Pat is when reflecting on our big day!!
I am not sure how I would have made it through my wedding day without Party Assurance. From all the preplanning meetings with Pam in making sure I had every detail to the tee. She ...
knew all the right questions that had to be asked to all my vendors to make my night perfect. Jenna and Liz did an outstanding job of making my night run incredibly smoothly. Our guest commented on how friendly they were and what a great job they did handling such a large wedding of 300 people. From vendors to set up to make sure everything ran on time, I couldn't have asked for a better group to make my wedding day perfect. Let yourself be stress free and enjoy your day!
