I cannot say enough great things about Shivani!! She is truly incredible at what she does! My wedding involved two different locations and even a surprise dance performance, so I k...
new I needed a day-of coordinator to help keep everything organized and stress-free. I spoke with a number of coordinators, but after talking with Shivani, I immediately knew she was the one.
Not only is she very reasonably priced (especially for the level of service she provides), but from the start, it was clear that Shivani was ready to go above and beyond to help however she could. I got married in May and hired her back in September. While most other coordinators told me they wouldn't begin working with me until a month or two before the wedding, Shivani said that once I hired her, she was available to help whenever I needed.
Our venue wasn’t a traditional wedding venue, and I wanted guidance on the layout. Shivani came out to the venue with my mom and me months in advance to walk the space and give her insights. When I ran into issues with vendors, I’d text her for advice, and she always responded quickly and helpfully.
I was already impressed with her dedication, but she truly went above and beyond in the final month. We had planning calls to go over every detail, and she made sure she fully understood my vision. She coordinated with all my vendors and gave me so much peace of mind that I hardly had to stress as we got closer to the wedding.
On the wedding day, Shivani was AMAZING!!! She somehow managed to be everywhere at once, making sure everything went smoothly. She brought an assistant who stayed by my side before the ceremony to make sure I had everything I needed. Shivani constantly checked in throughout the day and helped keep me calm when things were running behind schedule. She handled every issue without letting it get to me! Honestly, I didn't even know anything went wrong!
I had assumed she'd leave when the photographer and videographer wrapped up, but no, she stayed until the very end, around 1 a.m., making sure everything was packed up and taken care of. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. Shivani was an absolute lifesaver and such a calming, positive presence on a very emotional day.
If you’re thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator, I wholeheartedly recommend Shivani. She exceeded every expectation and played such a huge part in making my wedding day feel effortless and unforgettable.
Thank you Shivani for EVERYTHING! We are so grateful to you!!
I interviewed so many day of coordinators but no one compared to Shivani! Her communication was top tier, I had been planning my wedding alone and knew I would need help the day of...
with timelines and set up. Shivani took charge and she was amazing. She helped me so much with everything. I am a perfectionist when it comes to planning and having everything go to plan, so when Shivani took over I was completely in my own world with my now husband and didn’t worry about anything. Shivani, I could NOT have done this without you. If anything went wrong I did not hear about it or notice.
Thank you so much Shivani!!! I am so grateful for you and your staff. You made my special day amazing!!!
Shivani was THE BEST! I hired her for day of coordination, hoping for someone to just help communicate with the other vendors, but she went ABOVE and BEYOND. Shivani was so helpful...
throughout the end of my planning process, answering my emails about how certain parts of the wedding would go or when I should start getting things done by. THEN, during the rehearsal and on the day of she someone was so calm and sweet, but also so authoritative that everyone would just stop and listen to her when she was giving instructions to my nervous flower girls or my slightly tipsy bridal party ;) She made my day so easy, and if there were any hiccups (which I am sure there were) she handled them so well and just took care of everything. I cannot recommend Shivani enough for any size wedding, any having her for the entire planning process would have made it all a DREAM to plan ! Thank you Shivani!

el so in control and I was not the least bit stressed! She made the process so seamless, from the beginning, I can’t express enough how the most precious vision for a parent was executed perfectly! Her kind, sweet and caring manner impressed everyone at the wedding ! She went out of your way to get things that we missed, supported the bride and just made everything better! We are so lucky to have her coordinate the wedding and highly recommend her!!!😊

emade the whole process feel so easy and stress-free.
Not only was she super organized and on top of everything, but she also had a personality that lit up the room. Whenever things got a little tense or overwhelming, she knew just how to lighten the mood and make us all feel at ease in the bridal party.
But what I loved most about was her ability to handle any curveballs that came our way. There were a few unexpected hiccups (as there always are with weddings), but Shivani was a pro at solving problems and keeping everything on track. (We even were ahead of schedule!!)
Overall, I can't recommend Shivani enough. She was an absolute joy to work with and helped make our friend's wedding day truly unforgettable.
