I just had my wedding reception here on Sunday and I cannot express how appreciative I am to the staff here and especially Chris Ryter.
From day one, we were welcomed and Chris wa...
s very willing to work with us on any request we had. Not a lot of venues do this so this made the Park West Loft stand out to us and ultimately led to us selecting them.
Chris was a very calming presence during the height of typical stressful planning and he really came through the day of. All the staff here from the bartenders, wait staff, and staff at the downstairs tavern were kind, even in moments where I think others would have lost their patience.
The guests loved the food and the zeppolis seemed to be a hit. The ambiance of the place itself was exactly what I was looking for. The open bar selection was amazing and better than most I’ve seen especially for the price. Guests were definitely happy with the selection included.
We couldn’t have asked for more and so glad we went with Park West Loft. We highly recommend them for any event!

I had my daughters Bridal Shower at The Park West Loft this past Saturday. To say it was PERFECT is an understatement. I dealt with Chris, who’s expertise...
and professionalism went above and beyond and nothing went unnoticed. The venue is so sophisticated with classic decor, and upon my arrival Saturday morning to set up, it was spotless. The staff was there cleaning and setting up and offered to help me in anyway they could. They made me feel so special…and also Chris and his staff helped me with all my decorations , gifts, etc. Chris is an expert on what he does, and everything I either asked for or he said would be done was done. The food was absolutely delicious…. And I need to add that it was more than plentiful. My biggest concern was that we would run out of food lol and Chris promised me we would not and we did not!! I also must say that the buffet and grazing table were displayed beautifully….so elegant and beautiful to look at. It was all perfect.
I can only hope that my family does not tire of the venue as I plan to have ALL my upcoming events there in the future.
PS…. The restaurant is equally delicious and I highly recommend trying dinner and brunch there. Thank you again so much Chris and Park West Loft staff!!

Hosting our wedding at Park West Loft was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We had 81 guests, which were all seated comfortably at rectangular tables, with ple...
nty of room for a dance floor. We received tons of compliments on the space, and I can't count how many guests raved that the food was the best food they ever had at a wedding.
What made the experience in our eyes was the staff. Chris Ryter, the manager, went above and beyond to make every part of the planning process easy and enjoyable. I knew that he would be onsite managing the event on the day of, but I didn't understand just how much he would be doing to make every aspect run smoothly. From ensuring the room set up matched our vision exactly, to ensuring that my husband and I were reserved a plate of hors d'oeuvre to enjoy after we missed our cocktail hour, Chris was there every step of the way ensuring that our day went above and beyond our expectations.
The entire staff was phenomenal. Each of the servers ensured that our guests were taken care of, that my husband and I were never without a beverage, and that any requests we had were attended to. They were so on top of everything, extremely friendly, responsive, and all around top notch.
Ryan and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Park West Loft, and cannot recommend it enough. PWL team - thank you for making our reception dreams come true!

est Loft for our post-marriage party and were so happy with EVERY aspect of it! When I initially described to Stephanie that we wanted to have a cocktail-style party with our friends, she understood my vision immediately (it was a hard concept for other venues to grasp, honestly). Stephanie was in contact with us all throughout the process and always very available. The food was delicious and they had such a wide variety of food options to choose from (passed hors d'oeuvres and stations). We got a mixture of passed hors d'oeuvres and had a fancy slider station. The Park West Tavern Restaurant (downstairs from the venue) is one of our go-to restaurants now and our friends still talk about the food! We got the open bar package and were pleasantly surprised because they had an amazing selection of beer on tap and a variety of hard liquor. The venue itself is really cool. It has a casual feel to it, with the bar/lounge space, exposed brick and fireplace, but it can easily be transformed into such an elegant space. The night before the party I dropped off some decorations and they set everything up beautifully! We paid for the Valet option and it was super convenient and worth every penny for our guests. Stephanie and all of the staff that night were fantastic! We could not have asked for a better experience. I keep looking for another excuse to book a party there, and our friends still talk about how much fun they had!

mate which was something my wife and I were looking for. Cannot wait to plan our first baby shower at the Park West Loft.

d table arrangements. They were also extremely accommodating with our florist who needed to be let in early the day of the event to drop off flowers. The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious and the dinner buffet was bountiful, delicious, and displayed very nicely. I did a lot of leg work to find a restaurant in the area to host our rehearsal dinner and I have to say that Park West Loft was the most attractive and modern space I had seen and offered the most food for the most reasonable price.
The best day of my life!
The food and service is amazing.
Stephanie, Tyler and Pete made everything perfect.

s. It's large windows lining the front wall really opens up the room and makes everything feel so light and airy. The other bridesmaids and I had brought in decorations but the center pieces and candles put out by the employees made it perfect; not to mention the food was amazing. The whole event was so easy to plan with the catering manager Stephanie Wung. She is very professional, on top of everything, and is always quick to answer any questions we had. Everything was so smooth and stress free I would highly recommend this venue to anyone in need of one!

ul ambience and excellent food and you have the recipe for a truly wonderful event. From the moment we first contacted the Park West Loft and throughout the next year and a half of planning, Stephanie Wong-Velasco handled our inquiries promptly and with the utmost professionalism and grace. She met with us repeatedly to address our concerns, explain things out to us and answer all of our questions. We were not bound to outrageous terms; the contract was realistic and reflected both parties’ interests. Stephanie even guided us and helped us to get the best bang for our buck. She genuinely wanted our wedding to be amazing for us… and as a result of her efforts, it was! We received so many compliments from our guests; everyone LOVED the food and the atmosphere, as well. Stephanie’s hard work and attention to detail made our day extraordinary! If we could do it all over again, we would definitely choose the Park West Loft!

ck to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure our rehearsal dinner was perfect. We did the buffet-style set up and the food was great with a lot of choices to choose from. We got many compliments on the food and the overall setup of the venue. The venue itself has a rustic feel to it and had more than enough room for our 50 or so guests. I highly recommend Park West Loft!

idn't have a wedding planner and to be honest I didn't need one because of Stephanie and the venue, they step up and took care of everything. I seriouly lucked out on this venue and could not have been happier. I 100% reccommed this place!

nt. I could not recommend this venue more, especially the venue manager Stephanie Wong. She is unbeatable! No matter how stressed I was, speaking with her always calmed me down. I would absolutely consider doing another event at Park West Loft.
We chose to have our rehearsal dinner at the Loft, though I can say quite easily that if I could have convinced my wife to have a less complicated wedding the Loft would have been ...
the perfect space to host the reception.
We worked primarily with Stephanie and she was simply fantastic every step of the way, including giving us all sorts of options for the food, liquor and set up to make things work for our guests. We even had more people show up than had RSVP'd, and she was ready to set up more tables if we needed at a moments notice!
Growing up in Ridgewood means I was fortunate to eat at some amazing restaurants over the years, and the Loft (and of course Park West Tavern itself) ranks up there amongst the best I've ever had. Given that our friends includes a large percentage of Ridgewood residents\ High school alums and the like, you can rest assured only the best is accepted in a group like this, with the very appropriate Bravo TV freak out when things don't work out. Even though I like to think of my group of friends as marginally less spoiled than average, everyone was absolutely gushing about how nice the staff was, how great the food was, and how fun the space ended up being. People could converse at tables, people could watch the Yankees Playoff game, people could hang out by the bar, it really did everything under the Sun we needed. Did I mention how great the food was?
I know I am personally going to push for any reunions or big parties I know of to be hosted there, as the experience was so amazing.
There was even Valet parking! (If you're from around there, you'll know why this is a huge selling point).
