Jessica Sanchez and her whole team are amazing! Jessica was my main point of contact throughout planning and with every question (and there were many), she was friendly and meticul...
ous. She advised on what appetizers go best together, what sides go well with the entrees, and what foods guests with dietary restrictions can and cannot have. She took dietary restrictions very seriously, making special plates for guests who needed it and letting me know exactly which appetizers and sauces they could/couldn't have. The food itself was fantastic as well! Everyone complimented it and had no complaints! 10/10 would recommend Pappas!
Their service was amazing! The staff was friendly and on top of everything! They brought a large staff and they were very good at walking around and making sure tables were busse...
d, and guests were happy. We added both the avocado bar and carving stations. Both of these add-ons were AMAZING. The food was cooked onsite and was hot and delicious! We received so many compliments on the food and couldn't have asked for more! They also took care of all of the cleanup which was very convenient. Papas made it such a memorable occasion! You will definitely not go wrong with this caterer.
We always knew we wanted Pappasitos for our wedding, and they exceeded our expectations! They bring a large staff to cook, serve & clean up food onsite so everything was super fres...
h and hot. We served chips/queso/salsa, fruit & cheese platter, jalapeno sausage, shrimp, & cajun chicken tenders for cocktail hour and EVERYTHING was a success! For dinner we did a fajita buffet, and they plated the meat and sides while guests could adjust their toppings on their own. We ordered about 10% extra meat which was handy because many guests went back for seconds (although there were still leftovers which they packed for us to eat the next day!).
We asked them to set plates for the bride & groom in a separate room for us to eat quickly in private, and they put together a full spread including appetizers from cocktail hour that we missed, dinner plates, water, iced tea and wine. Also included in their service is cutting/serving cake and cleaning up everything and taking the trash with them (important for venues that don't have dumpsters). Everyone on their team was so helpful, responsive, and easy to work with - they are true professionals.
Pro tip, Pappas Catering will serve food from multiple restaurant menus at the same event! (hence how we had both chicken strips and queso).
I worked with Abril and Jessica from this superior restaurant. They are both very experienced, delightful to converse with, patient with new patrons to catering, and reliable to th...
e end! Every item they promised was provided, every item on the menu was superior. They allowed me to modify the contract many time prior to the event. Their recommendations were elicited, considered, and usually used! WE could not hav pulled off this successful reception for our daughter's wedding without this superior catering service. Actually, I feel like we became friends over this past year. And I look for them every time we go to eat at Pappasitos! The most thoughtful part of this contract was they provided a special lunch box for the bride and groom for the following day to enjoy knowing they would be too busy to enjoy their meal at the reception. That's love!!! Best service EVER!!!

as amazing. They even helped our family and coordinator pack up all our stuff after the wedding and they gave us leftover meals to take home. They were super organized and everything went off without a hitch. We also used their bar package which was very reasonable!

e (Lost Mission) for our wedding day on when and how to set up with little guidance from my husband and I. We did the quesadilla bar during cocktail hour and the fajita buffet for our main course and we got so many compliments on the food and how smoothly the buffet line ran. You could tell this was not Pappa’s first rodeo for a buffet line, they got our guests through the line efficiently and quickly! The quesadilla bar was also amazing and highly recommended, our guests absolutely loved it and the quesadillas are made fresh at your venue. Their staff bussed all of our tables throughout the entire night, cleaning off empty glasses, dirty plates, etc. They also there to help with the cake cutting and passing slices out to guests. They even made sure to make my husband and I two huge to go boxes that were waiting for us in our limo, since they realize that the bride and groom may not have time to sit down and eat. They also packed up all the leftover food that was not served throughout the night and sent it home with our families, which was so appreciated by our families!! Highly recommend using Pappa’s Catering for your big day!

resh, delicious and served immaculately. The staff was super professional and so so nice. On the office/planning side, they are so well organized, and easy to work with. Their menu is extensive, so you get tons of options. I had an estimate within 24 hours and everything was very simply laid out. When compared to other options in the area, they were very reasonable and offered the most for the dollar. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
