Mollie hands down is the best photographer. She's sweet, easy to work with and it feels like you've known her forever. She is thorough with her initial meeting asking great questio...

ns to make sure we were getting the photos we want. She checks in prior to the big day to go over a timeline which is super helpful when you have no idea about making a schedule or where to start. We loved that she took charge and got our families in order to get the big group and individual photos done seamlessly. We highly recommend her for your engagement/wedding photos. The quality of her photos is perfection and you get a great mix of posed and candid.

Mollie is such an amazing photographer! She knows how to pose you, she keeps in mind all of the specific photos you want, and she gets so many detail photos. I have never been one ...

to like photos of myself but oh my gosh her work is stunning! Wedding days pass by so fast and her work made me able to relive my wedding day all over again. If you are stuck on which photographer to choose for your big day or ANY big occasion, choose Paper Sun. You will be left with the most memorable photos and she is also just so much fun to work with.

If you have the fortune of coming across Paper Sun Photography and working with Mollie, you are in incredible luck. What first drew me to Mollie's style was her ability to navigate...

formal wedding photos while also capturing unforgettable candids, and she absolutely surpassed my expectations in achieving this. My husband and I held a small family ceremony, and I am eternally grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her on this special day. We planned our wedding from out of state, and it was apparent to me immediately after our first call that we were in great hands, allowing me to focus on other details. She is incredibly organized, responsive, and proactive about planning the photo moments that we wanted in order to alleviate stress the day of. Above all, she has a unique ability to both support a couple's vision while offering her seasoned expertise, as desired. The day of the wedding, Mollie was cool, calm, and collected. I received so many compliments on the way that she navigated pictures ahead of the ceremony with a personable approach. I felt comfortable and at ease around her, and I believe this helped me carry these vibes into the ceremony. Her personable command during family formals was pivotal in moving our families through this series of pictures. It was a genuine pleasure having her present on our wedding day, and she added to the magic of it all. Mollie cares about the PEOPLE behind the moments. Within a week I had a sneak preview of the photos, and we are so positively overwhelmed with the results. The candids and stills are amazing. Reliving these moments brought tears to our eyes. I would absolutely recommend Mollie to anyone that is searching for a similar blend of quality, support, and sentiment on their wedding days (or honestly, any special day). Thank you, Mollie!

Mollie is INCREDIBLE to work with. We could not have found a better photographer to capture us, our love, and our wedding day. She is incredible at finding authentic moments and re...

ally getting to the core of the experience. Matt and I cannot express how easy it was to work with her and Chris- they made a big day with lots of photos feel natural and still 'us.' The quality and quantity are THERE with Paper Sun.

WOW! We cannot say enough great things about Paper Sun Photography. Mollie's personality won us over from the start via FaceTime to meeting her in person when capturing our engagem...

ent pictures, on top of Chris helping with our wedding day; we had the best time. We love the clean and crips style to their photography and the mix of portrait and candid's. Nothing ever felt forced. With not being super photogenic people, they were still able to help guide us to great poses, without going out of our comfort zone and without making anything feel awkward. The results were stunning. The extra effort Mollie and Chris put in with helping plan day of events, to being a back up coordinator (when they didn't need to be..), to working with several different ages/small-large groups/different personalities, etc., amazed us!! They really touched our hearts and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with Mollie was fantastic. She does such good work. from our engagement session to the wedding day, she masterfully planned out the course of our photos and put thin...

gs together. It actually rained on our wedding day 10/28/24 but she had a plan in place for that, and despite not being able to do all the wedding party shots we hoped, you couldn't even tell because she's such a pro. The reason we chose Mollie was because we couldn't find another photographer as adept at capturing a good candid photo in amazing lighting, and let me tell you, she delivered on just that. The shots were amazing. Don't go with some big photo company where the photographer won't get a chance to get to know you or you won't know who is shooting you on your wedding day. Go with professionals who are skilled at their craft; go with Paper Sun.

Incredible service. Mollie made the photo shoot day so easy for our engagement session and the wedding day photos. She perfectly took charge and got the official portraits complete...

d efficiently and snuck into the background to capture incredible moments without being in our guests faces all night. The photos turned out incredible. Excellent balance, composition, realism, and capturing true candid moments. We loved our experience with Paper Sun for our wedding in October 2023. Highly recommend, you'll love the results and the process.

nd listened to the ideas of really documenting our special day. When I saw her work I knew I wanted her because her pictures were more natural and truly captured us as couple. I would most defentily recommend her for any wedding. Plus she gives you a sneak peak and its wonderful to see our day because we were so busy living the moment.

Mollie and Jamie made our day even more special! They were so amazing and it just felt like they really knew us and were a part of our friends and family! I can not thank them enou...

gh for what they did! Even through out the whole planning our wedding Mollie contacted us at all the right times and even called us to go over timelines and help us change some things to that way everything was flowing just right! THANK YOU so much! To any bride that is looking I highly recommend hiring Mollie and Jamie !

We just had our engagement shoot with Mollie and I COULD NOT be happier. The main reason I am writing this review now is because my fiancé had been absolutely dreading the experien...

ce (and while I wasn’t dreading it, I was extremely anxious). In the end, he had an even better time than I did! I was very impressed by the suggestions she gave us for poses and for small adjustments. Since she gave us almost 200 proofs to choose from, I was able to see the improvements in the photos after she had given us feedback. I also remembered all of this very clearly because she gave us our proofs literally one day after our shoot! While I don’t think it’s fair for everyone to expect that from now on (we certainly didn’t), I do think you can count on a great experience if you hire Paper Sun. One caveat - you should make sure your aesthetics are similar. I knew I loved warm, bright, and friendly-feeling photos and that’s what she does (and I know that’s not for everyone).

ook like prior to our wedding day - Mollie executed perfectly! We were even ahead of schedule. She was flexible the day of the wedding and was able to go with the flow. She sent a sneak peek just a week after the wedding and we are SO pleased with the photos. I cannot wait to see them all. She really did a great job and I would highly recommend Paper Sun Photography to any bride and groom!

Mollie is truly a gem to work! I had looked at her work here on the Knot, and I fell in love with how she used contrasts in her photography style because the pictures just look so ...

rich. She was amazing on the day of- I'm a very in the moment kind of person so I knew I was not going to be great at remembering to tell her to take pictures of specific things or to try and find her to ask for certain pictures, etc, but I didn't have to because she was always in the right moment at the right time to catch beautiful, candid moments. I've only seen the sneak peek, but so far I'm loving all the photos. I can't recommend Mollie and Paper Sun Photography enough!!

going. Mollie was very helpful in helping us understand the process and what to be expected. On the day of the wedding Chris was on time and fit right in with our group and helped everyone feel comfortable with requests and with our timeline. We received sneak peek of our photos the week after wedding and they looked phenomenal. We met with over zoom with both Chris and Mollie to make sure we were a good fit and both were super helpful with all of questions. They were very comfortable and easy to understand what is to be expected throughout the whole process. Worked excellent with our day of coordinator.

There are SO many photographers to choose from when you start looking for the one to capture the most important day of your life. Stop and hire Mollie now! I saw Mollie's portfoli...

o and knew I had to meet her. My (now) husband and I had a call with her and hired her almost immediately. She is friendly and unassuming, humble but confident, and she just has a general love for photography and love itself. Your wedding is not just a business, its the most important day of your life and you want to work with someone that loves the emotion and joy that comes with getting married. Mollie does! We set up an engagement shoot for which we were both on the fence with, given that most that I have seen are a little sappy and not really our personality as a couple. However, Mollie made it fun and easy and the results were better than I could have imagined. Mollie and Chris showed up for the wedding and were calm, relaxed, and so fun. We had a few inside jokes from the engagement shoot, so it felt like your friend was taking your picture all day - which honestly is what you want! They are literally your shadow for the day. We chose not to have a videographer, so I was really nervous waiting for our sneak peek photos. When they came in I just cried all over again. They were beautiful and captured the personality of our day so perfectly. I cannot wait to see the rest of the photos, as I don't even know how we will choose which to print based on the sneak peek.

I really appreciated working with Mollie and would gladly work with her again. We had a small, lunch wedding (50 guests) and did not need a huge photography package. Mollie was the...

only photographer who was willing tailor her services to our needs. She was also great when it came to rescheduling our 2020 wedding to 2021. The day of, Mollie exceeded my expectations as a photographer. She was such a positive presence on a hectic day and helped to make things go smoothly. One thing I remember clearly is her speaking Spanish to one of my Spanish speaking family members when we were organizing for photos, which helped us get ourselves put together for photos. I'm really thankful we went with Paper Sun.

re it all. Not only does she capture the emotion, but she has such a beautifully artistic understanding of the framing and lighting to make every shot remarkable. We initially met Mollie for our engagement shoot and she was very accommodating to meet us at our location nearly 3 hours away for an additional (very reasonable) fee. She was extremely flexible with scheduling and we were able to find a day and time that worked for everyone so we could shoot during golden hour too. She then shot our wedding and that experience was just as refreshing as the engagement session. With all the chaos of the wedding day, she was a steady hand who provided guidance to us to ensure that all the important moments were captured. We will cherish the photos and the experience for a lifetime. We cannot recommend her enough!

I have to include what started as a nightmare scenario to fully explain just how much I love Paper Sun and Mollie and Louise and Chris. Paper Sun had to reassign the staffing at ou...

r wedding twice. HOWEVER--in the midst of a pandemic and vendors who left us high and dry, Mollie refused to let our wedding down. When they had to restaff the team the first the time, Mollie was professional, honest, empathetic, and kind. When it happened the second time, she floored me with how she was willing to let me walk away and how honest she was that we could find second photographers. Nope--from the first phone call with Mollie, this was a team that was sold on our wedding day vision. Mollie fell in love with our love story, us as a couple, our wedding venue, etcetera, and held the utmost professionalism when lightning, god forbid, struck twice. I could have been a mess of a stressed out bride but of all the things that were happening in the final days up to the wedding, I knew Mollie had it handled for my husband and I. And she absolutely did. From the flash drive engraved with Paper Sun to the online gallery and the contract suite, every detail is taken care of and absolutely hand crafted with the utmost detail and dedication to her craft. I LOVE Paper Sun and I'm so glad we were referred to them.
