I can’t recommend Palm House enough. I got married here in September of this year and we got not so great weather at the time of the ceremony. Kim and her team made sure to execute...
the wedding of my dream regardless of the weather. The venue is beautiful and the staff is very caring, thoughtful and devoted. 10/10 would recommend, we had an amazing time with them. Kim was always extremely responsive, making me so comfortable as a bride. Thank you Palm house!
My daughter just had her wedding here on June 1. It was a small affair with about 45 people. We were in the Little Palm space. The overall experience was great. We had originally b...
ooked the larger space within the Palm House (the venue within the Seacoast Suites hotel), signed the contract in February and put down the deposit. However, the owner received a larger booking and we were unfortunately moved to the smaller space (Little Palm) on May 3. This move by the owner was very unappreciated (and unprofessional) and I would advise any couple to verify in advance the same won’t happen to them.
One thing to note is that when arriving at the venue, the sign outside says “Seacoast Suites’ - this confused some of our guests because they thought the wedding was at the Palm House. Make sure to let your guests know that when they arrive, they are in fact in the right place when they arrive at “Seacoast Suites-‘’ they just need to walk through the lobby and past the pool to get to the Palm House. If having your wedding or event here, I’d put some signage in the lobby of the hotel directing guests to the Palm House.
However, despite the change that was made on May 3, Melissa and Kimberly rose to the occasion. Melissa was very responsive and made several concessions because of the last minute change the venue made.
Kimberly Nunez was the star of the show. Not only was she responsive and professional, she was was present at the tasting and made sure the wedding ran without a hitch. Having her on-site during the wedding was a godsend. She kept things moving with Palm House staff and made sure the guests and brides had everything they needed.
The space itself is beautiful and the food was very good. It’s a casual, boho chic venue and Melissa and Kim did a great job making it a special evening for my daughter and daughter-in-law.
Debbie and her team did an exceptional job at helping us plan and coordinate my daughter and son in laws wedding. Her and Chef Carlo reassured me that it was going to be an except...
ional and memorable event, and it sure was! As I watched the staff set up where the actual ceremony was to be conducted on the beach from window of the bride's room on the 7th floor, I received her call informing me that all the guests were enjoying the reception and assured me that no one complained of it being hot at all. (The fact that it was held on the Beach in Miami, was a bit concerning.) Needless to say, all the guests only had very good things to say about the food, the service, and the venue as a whole, (even 10 days later) many of whom said it was the best wedding they've ever attended.
Thank you once again, Debbie and Chef Carlo for making this all happen effortlessly for us!
The Palm House is truly a beautiful venue and we are so happy that we had our wedding here. My husband and I are truly so grateful for Debbie, who brought our vision to life and ma...
de sure our wedding day was beautiful and everything we wanted. Melissa, who was our first point of contact throughout our planning was really quite challenging to converse with at times and we would encourage others to speak directly with Debbie as much as possible. Aside from some of the hiccups along the way and planning a wedding as a destination couple, the wedding day was a dream. Our guests loved the setup of everything, between the Little Palm and Big Palm, it was a lovely atmosphere. Our bartender and accompanying team did an amazing job throughout the whole night and made sure we were accommodated at all times. Our cake was delicate and modern, just how we wanted it and tasted pretty good too. Overall, Debbie and the staff at The Palm House treated us well and the venue itself speaks for its beauty. If you're looking for a boho, beach wedding, this is a wonderful choice!
My wife and I got married here a couple of weekends ago and the experience was so smooth. We were concerned with planning a destination wedding from another state, but Melissa took...
care of everything. she coordinated every single vendor, from the flowers to the decor to rentals to ceremony as well as catering and the bars. It was like we showed up on our wedding day and walked in to our dream night. My wife was in tears of joy and I was just happy that she was happy because she generally has high expectations! The venue is tropical, bohemian, breezy. We got lucky with beautiful weather . Highly recommend!
My husband and I loved this venue for the tropical bohemian vibes but ultimately were sold because of the way we were treated. No detail was spared. Melissa and Debbie were a great...
team, paying attention to all of our desires in decor, set up, ceremony, food selections, etc. The complimentary bridal suite was gorgeous and a nice perk most places don’t offer. Would definitely recommend 100 times over !
