We are from Pensacola, FL and moved over to Alabama 2 years ago, not knowing anything about local photographers. We found Julie through my, now, sister-in-law about 8 months before...
our wedding. I now know it was a blessing from God that we were able to have Julie photograph our wedding day! The first time I met Julie, I knew she would be perfect for the job. She was very professional, straight to the point and genuinely wanted us to have the wedding photographs of our dreams! We did an engagement set at Pensacola beach, bridal set in Fairhope and the wedding in Mobile. Julie is VERY easy to get along with. She is very family oriented, she is sweet as can be and she is smart! She even made my husband feel comfortable in front of the camera (we've only had 5 pictures taken together in the past 5 years - prior to Julie!). At the wedding, Julie was so fast with large family group photos and VERY organized (Which is what we wanted on such a crazy day)! We will be sure to have Julie photograph all of our future family portrait sessions! We absolutely love her and she blended right on in with the wedding! If I could give Paisley Studios 1 million stars, I definitely would!!
My husband and I had the greatest experience with Julie from Paisley Studios! I am not very confident in front of the camera and Julie made me feel like a million bucks. We had so ...
much fun at our engagement pictures, and she really blew me away on my bridal portraits-they were gorgeous! And our wedding day photos were amazing! I could not have asked for better! I am so happy with how they turned out and I am so proud to show people. It really was the perfect day and Julie helped with that making it easy, fun and capturing it all. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants great pics!
My husband and I used Julie/Paisley Studios for our engagement session and wedding day. Let me start off by saying my husband HATES taking pictures. Julie was so sweet at our engag...
ement session and was cracking jokes with my husband to get him to laugh and captured some beautiful pictures that way. She makes you feel right at ease and makes taking pictures not only comfortable but a really fun experience. She captured my wedding day beautifully!! She turned out pictures around so quickly and provided over 850 pictures from our special day!! I felt like i didn't even need the video! Each picture was beautiful and she didn't miss a single detail. She was so creative with each of our shots so that each one was just a little different. Aside from her professional ability she is just such a joy to work with. I had a crazy group of friends and family on our big day and she worked so well with everyone and made everyone feel like the camera loved them!! Her black and white work is beautiful we truthfully couldn't have been any happier with her work. She presented us a beautiful wooden box with one of our favorite pictures on it with the USB of both our engagement session and wedding day and I find myself looking at them all the time! I would highly highly highly recommend Paisley studios to anyone! You will have a great time working with Julie and will be blown away by the results...in fact we are scheduling a family shoot with her soon as a fathers day gift! Paisley Studios is top notch!

e'd be great, but she far exceeded my expectations. I told her which ways I better photographed an she kept that in mind the entire time an made us feel very comfortable. She had another photographer come as well to help an she was also wonderful an easy to work with. If you're looking for a photographer, look no further because Julie is the best!!!:)
Julie photographed my bridal, our engagement and wedding photos. First let me say that I was super nervous about my bridal shoot because everything that day just wasn't going to pl...
an and I was a bit frantic upon arrival. Julie instantly calmed my nerves. Her personality is so serene, relaxed and kindhearted. Awesome traits to have around you during wedding events. My husband and I absolutely love our pictures! They are timeless and so real. Some photographers can heavily edit too much but Julie is so wonderful at what she does, every photo comes out stunning with natural beauty. On my wedding day she made everything flow so lovely and I am so thankful she was my photographer. She captured everything I wanted. I believe that the only thing you have left of your wedding (besides your marriage of course) are your photos. The cake, dress, decorations, none of that is as important as your pictures. We are so glad we chose Julie to capture that day for us. I totally trust her work, her talents and hope that you do too! You won't regret it for a second!

My husband and I hired Julie to do our engagement and wedding photos, and we could not have been happier with the results. We are usually the couple that avoids cameras at all cost...
s and so naturally we were a bit uncomfortable about a photo shoot. Julie's personality is so bubbly and optimistic that it's contagious. She kept us comfortable and laughing during the entire engagement shoot while she coached us on how to get certain shots to look great. She also catered to our personal preferences by asking if there were any shots we would like in particular. During our wedding, Julie made sure to capture every single moment and every person at our wedding. And she was stealthy! She even got amazing pictures of my grandmother (who avoids cameras like they were the plague). Julie was able to finish our photos and put them on a flash drive for us in no time at all, and the results were absolutely stunning. Julie's careful attention to detail can be seen in every picture, and she even stayed late after the wedding to get photos of my husband and me walking on the pier. I can now view the story of our entire wedding day from these pictures. Every photo shows the detail and the feel of that exact moment, and I can look back at these pictures and remember what an amazing day it was. I would HIGHLY recommend Julie to anyone who would like a wonderful person as well as a skilled photographer for their wedding.
