Heather was great to work with! As the groom, I didn't have any problems the day of the wedding as Heather and her assistant handled any issues that arised. This included some spo...
tty weather coming through for an outdoor wedding. Highly Recommend. Bride here - Heather was great to have to help answer lots of wedding logistics questions I had and most importantly - handling the entire wedding day flawlessly and always making sure we had a drink. & snack in hand! She was always responsive to email/text/call whatever we needed and she helped me pick out rentals and handled vendor communication/timelines. Also, she is just a great person to be around!
My husband and I hired Paisley and Pearl Events for full planning service for our wedding. Heather was helpful and responsive every step of the way, keeping us on budget and sourci...
ng excellent vendors to give us a celebration better than anything we could have imagined. Thank you to Heather and her team for helping us to plan a perfect-for-us wedding!
A lot of people are referred to as "life savers," but Heather actually is! The stress of planning a wedding is real, and even if you're an organized, Type-A person like me, you NEE...
D Heather to be part of your event. She is so kind and relatable and organized and really listens to you to understand the vision you have for your wedding. When we first started planning and knew we wanted a small ceremony and pretty casual reception, I really thought I could do it on my own. Now I know that I could not have done it (and stayed sane and happy) without Heather. If your venue requires a coordinator, or you're on the fence about hiring one, you should definitely talk to Heather and see what I'm talking about.
We hired Heather for our multi-cultural wedding of multiple days in November 2023. As you can imagine, multiple days means multiple locations, a myriad of different vendors, and th...
e stress that comes along with managing all of these moving pieces. Heather was the singular savior of all of it. She, a practiced and collected professional, managed ALL of the vendors I had booked, and only asked for emails/phone numbers as well as what they were contracted for. She was an indispensable resource during all the months leading up to the events, even though I had hired her for partial planning (budget constraints- in retrospect, I should have splurged for full planning with her, she is so worth it) recommending vendors I should book based on what I was looking for, as well as suggesting our main wedding venue pretty much immediately. She just GETS it. She goes over the plans of each day in meticulous detail, but really only needs it once because she is so good, and then executes flawlessly. She even managed to completely turn over a wedding altar and backdrop for two different cultural ceremonies in 30 minutes. When I made this request, she didn't even blink, and instead strategized the best way to make this work.
Naturally, things went awry during the events and afterwards- she handled everything calmly during the days, employing bridesmaids and groomsmen to keep the stress away from the couple, but afterwards, when the events were long over, she helped again in obtaining all of our wedding photos from a photographer who stopped responding and missing all her deadlines.
Heather is more than just a planner, she's obviously excellent at her job, but she's an exceptional person. You feel taken care of when you're planning with her, and you feel like she understands you, deeply. That kind of reassurance and relatability is difficult to find. She's truly a standout star in a sea of wedding vendors, and I'm so grateful to have booked her.
Heather was fun and easy to work with throughout the planning process! She helped our wedding day run so smoothly!
Heather, and her team that worked with us the day of (Kristian and Emma), were so amazing! Our wedding day and the month leading up to it were very well organized. I had spent 17 m...
onths planning the most important day of my life and could not have been more comfortable when it came time to hand over the leadership of the day. After working with the team I not only highly recommend day of coordinators but finding a service that is as thorough as Paisley and Pearl with their "Month of" offering.
We were so happy with the service provided and how smoothly everything went. Thank you again to this amazing team we could not have asked for a better day.
Heather was great to work with, from suggestions and ideas in the weeks leading up to the wedding to being a lifesaver on the day of. She made sure we were taken care of before, du...
ring, and after the ceremony and reception. She got everything set up, taken down, and made sure it was where it needed to go at the end of the day. She fixed things that needed fixing on the fly, and probably did a lot more than we even realized, allowing us to enjoy our day and our guests. As my husband put it, she did everything that was within her power to do! We were beyond grateful to have her as a part of our team on wedding day.
Heather with Paisley and Pearl events is absolutely amazing! I cannot imagine having navigated through a wedding without her. She was attentive to every detail. She listened carefu...
lly so she could capture and communicate the vision for the day. She even dealt with unplanned circumstances effortlessly and efficiently. There were a few small “behind-the-scenes” hitches. None of us even knew anything about it until after the wedding as she smoothed things over and had things handled. She was easy to get in touch with, and very responsive to our questions During the planning phase.

e could bring it to life. We used Heather for month of coordination and day of coordination which was amazing because the last month before the wedding is the most stressful. She took all that communication over for us and allowed us to enjoy the last month of an engaged couple without having to worry about anything! The wedding rehearsal and wedding day were absolutely perfect and we have so many thanks to give to Paisley and Pearl for making our dreams a reality!
If I have one recommendation for wedding-planning couples out there, it's to hire a month-of planner! And to choose Paisley and Pearl! I don't know what I would have done without H...
eather and Jessica's help! From the first consultation, Heather was so friendly, personable, and helpful, and definitely helped put my mind at ease. As the wedding month approached and things were getting hectic, my husband and I were again put at ease following a 2-hour planning call in which we went over every single possible detail and made a specific plan for our day! It was so helpful to know that Heather and Jessica were in touch with all of our vendors and making sure that everyone knew what they were doing, where they were supposed to be, and when. And on the day of--WOW. Jessica did a phenomenal job making sure that I had absolutely ZERO worries. I'm an anxious person anyway, and was super worried about certain things with the wedding, but when I tell you that I was maybe the most calm I've been in a long time (except for maybe when the music started and I saw my husband at the end of the aisle!). Jessica decorated and made my venue look beautiful, made sure everything was running smoothly and on time, and I had hardly a worry the entire day. I have no idea how my husband and I would have managed that all on our own. We honestly wouldn't have changed a thing about our wedding and we owe so much of that to Paisley and Pearl! Thank you both so much!

ail to make the day flow effortlessly. She communicated with all of our vendors and made us feel at ease. Chelsea was great to work with on the day of our wedding from set-up to tear down. She helped with every single detail and I didn't have to think about a thing. I couldn't recommend them enough!
Heather is AMAZING! She took away all my worries on my wedding day and thought of things that didn't even cross my mind. I got so many compliments from family and friends regarding...
how she handled things as well. I will recommend her to anyone!
When I started planning my wedding I had no idea what was involved. I considered myself a pretty simple bride and only had the vaguest idea of what I wanted my wedding to be like. ...
From the moment I first contacted Heather by email to our first meeting and all the emails and meetings in between, I knew I was in great hands. She was the first coordinator I met with but not the last, but none felt as comfortable and connected to us as Heather did. She answered every question I had throughout the process, and made me aware of a bunch of details I would never have thought of. When I had vague ideas of something I thought I wanted it was Heather that knew how to make it happen. And every other vendor I worked with would have the same response when they asked who my coordinator was: "Oh, Heather! We love working with Heather!". I knew that with Heather looking out for me my wedding would be all that I could hope it would be. And as it turned out, it was even better than my dreams. I was completely blown away by how thoughtfully she pulled together all the elements of my crazy ideas to make the wedding absolutely beautiful and just perfect. And the best part of all of it was that Heather was a joy to be around. She's not only professional and extremely on top of things, but she's also really fun and delightful and was great at making me feel calm when I was tempted to feel panic.
I loved my wedding so much more than I ever could have hoped to, and I give Heather at Paisley and Pearl a huge amount of credit for that. I couldn't have done it without her!

g day perfect. She is quick to answer questions, offer support, and lend a hand. Heather took over all of our planning and scheduling a month before our wedding and it was the best thing ever! We did not have to worry about emails or scheduling, and we knew everything was in great hands. Our wedding day was a magical day thanks to Heather and her amazing team! They handled everything flawlessly while we enjoyed the day with our friends and family. We are extremely grateful for Paisley and Pearl for helping to make our wedding day amazing!
