We hired Paella Time for our wedding in Piedmont on 4/18/26, and they were absolutely amazing. Ralph and Tiffany were very easygoing and pleasant to work with, and gave really goo...d and useful advice when I was overwhelmed by the minutiae of wedding planning and needed help making decisions leading up to the wedding.
At the wedding, their setup was really visually fun and exciting for guests to watch, and they were true professionals who definitely knew what they were doing! I did not have to do a single thing; they knew exactly what to do, when it needed doing, where it needed doing, and saw to it before I even knew it was necessary. They were attentive and accommodating of our guests, including: a dozen children, two grandmothers who have a hard time seeing, hearing, or indeed understanding, and most impressively, they were able to accommodate my cousin who has really severe Celiac disease, and were able to assure her that no part of the paella had come into contact with anything containing gluten on that day. She is never able to eat at weddings, but she was able to eat the same dinner as everyone else at ours, and that really meant the world to me that they went above and beyond to take care of her and reassure her that they were taking her needs seriously. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious!! Our guests loved the tapas, LOVED the paella, and the desserts were the highlight of the whole evening. One of our grandmothers was so taken with the flan that she wanted to bring some home, and they very kindly made her a little foil container to take a few with her.
In addition to providing all kinds of delicious food, Paella Time wonderfully provided all our linens, all our dishes, all our cutlery (except the cake knife/server which were heirloom items from my in-laws), and all kinds of drinks, including iced tea, lemonade, sodas, sangria, and beer. My dad ordered five cases of wine, and they served that as well. They cut and served our cake, and really just worked tirelessly the whole time setting things up and taking them down and keeping things running smoothly. I can't emphasize enough how much I did not have to do one single thing to make anything happen on our actual wedding day - I didn't know that was possible!! We did have a planner, so I assume they communicated with her about stuff, but it was quite clear that they just knew exactly what they were doing. All our guests were so impressed by their professionalism, their care, and the tastiness of the food! Our 99 year old grandmother, who is quite uneasy about foods she isn't familiar with, ate two whole plates of paella!
Lastly, we found their price point to be incredibly competitive and by far the most budget-friendly of all our catering options. Particularly for the amount of food, services, and extras that we got, it felt like a really good deal. The final price of the food did go up a bit, because of rising food prices in general, but it was still within our budget, and the ingredients were fresh and high quality.
Thank you, Paella Time! You made our wedding a huge success! Our guests are still telling us how fabulous it was!
