Choosing our photographer was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for. Their professionalism ...
and communication were outstanding, but what impressed us most was how much heart they put into their work.
They didn’t just take photos—they captured emotions, moments, and memories that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Looking through our pictures brings us right back to those feelings, and that’s something truly special. Every image feels authentic and tells a story, which is exactly what we were hoping for.
Throughout the entire experience, they were kind, patient, creative, and incredibly attentive to every detail. We never felt rushed, and they made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and genuinely want their couples to have the best experience possible.
If you’re looking for someone who will not only deliver beautiful photographs but also make you feel valued and cared for every step of the way, we cannot recommend them enough. We are beyond grateful for the memories they captured and will treasure these photos forever. Thank you for helping preserve one of the most meaningful moments of our lives.
Absolutely phenomenal service. They are the best. Absolute best choice, very helpful and stress free. Couldn’t have chose a better photographer

work with and made the experience so much fun. Our pictures are absolutely breath taking and she captured a special moment for us we will never forget.
Look no further for your elopement photographer. Seriously — Lisa and TJ are the BEST.
From the moment we found their website, we loved not only the style of their stunning photo...
graphy but the vibe and feel of their approach: helping adventurous introverts capture a day that feels intimate, special and authentic. We really wanted to do something nontraditional — a private elopement in Big Sur — and Lisa and TJ truly helped us bring our vision to life, exceeding every expectation we had.
From the beginning, they were incredibly communicative and professional. Our scheduled video chats felt like Facetiming a friend. :) They used a detailed, thoughtful questionnaire to get to know us. From here, they essentially doubled as wedding planners! They literally helped us plan out our entire day from start to finish, taking so much of the anxiety out of that part of the process for us.
We chose to split our session between the morning and evening, and loved that we had this option. It gave us wonderful, quiet hours in the afternoon to just be together on our wedding day, and resulted in an incredible variety of photos.
I feel it's important to highlight how unbelievably comfortable my wife and I felt working with Lisa and TJ. We aren't super comfortable or experienced in front of a camera, and we definitely had some reservations and anxiety about what to expect. Lisa and TJ made us feel 100% comfortable to be ourselves and enjoy the moment. We truly felt so present, joyful and peaceful throughout our day as a result.
TJ was our officiant and did an AMAZING job! We provided a ceremony script and he absolutely nailed it. He also allowed us space to exchange our vows privately, which we so appreciated.
The photos themselves truly leave us speechless. We are FLOORED by how beautiful they are; everyone in our lives has called them "out of a magazine" and "from a storybook." We feel so blessed to have these priceless keepsakes. We will truly cherish them forever and are brought right back to our special day when we look at them.
We could not be more grateful to Lisa and TJ for their care, their TALENT, their time, their energy — all of it. We would hire them over and over again. Thank you, Lisa and TJ! We have so much love for you!

cal to create a game plan and execute everything flawlessly took a huge weight off my shoulders. As a guy who isn’t the best at planning but wanted to make this moment truly special for my partner, Lisa went above and beyond in ways I didn’t even expect. The photos she captured were stunning—so moving they even brought my fiancée to tears. I couldn’t recommend Lisa more highly!

After we got the images, we were blown away with how beautiful she captured this moment. She did a wonderful job and we loved every photo she took. Her drone shots are out of this world. Thanks so much for everything, Lisa!

One of the best things we ever did for our wedding was hiring Lisa (and TJ) from Quietly Ours to take our photos. The experience was seamless from the very beginning. She met with ...
us multiple times to help us plan our elopement, and was super kind and responsive through it all. On the wedding day, her and TJ felt like part of the family! And the photos… well, we loved every single one!!! Lisa truly has a gift ,and her and TJ are an amazing team. Worth every penny! I could not recommend them enough! 🤩
My new fiancé used Lisa’s services to create and capture our perfect engagement! We were able to find Lisa easily from coordinates and she immediately made us feel warm and welcome...
! We started the shoot quickly after meeting and she was able to disguise the proposal perfectly so I (bride) didn’t know that it was going to happen! She got the perfect candids of our special moment and gave us some time to gather our emotions and chat a bit alone before continuing the photoshoot. From there it continued to get even better! We were led to a picture perfect spot on the cliffs in La Jolla where we enjoyed a charcuterie board and some special goodies! Lisa found a few more spots after our snacks for us to pose at and wrapped up the shoot perfectly! It was such a special moment and the photos captured it WAY better than my brain did!
The timeline of the photos has been perfect. We received a few sneak peeks a couple days after and we totally relived the love and cried while looking them over! I am so excited to have these memories for the rest of our lives together! Lisa, thank you SO much! You are amazing!! ❤️ -Ian and Danielle

achable, and so easy to get along with. She was super organized and timely she made everything go so smooth. She told us how to pose, things to do, made us laugh and smile. Let me tell you I had forgot my blind fold and Lisa came to the rescue for me! Wow! She gave us our moment forever through her incredible photography skills and now we can always look back and remember this one big beautiful moment. There are so many more positive things I could say but trust me on this. Go with Quietly Ours! Thanks again Lisa!!
Lisa went above and beyond and helped make my surprise engagement so memorable. The planning process was stress free and every single picture came out spectacularly.

months before we finally felt ready to reach out to learn more about their half-day adventure package - and to this day we are so happy we did! From our first video call to our night before emails - we knew they were the right choice! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for capturing our story is evident in the photos. The photos are incredible and we still feel the emotion from that day every time we look at them. They take us right back into the moment! Thank you for introducing us to the stunning Oregon coast. Being from Canada, we were nervous of all the unknowns that came with eloping, but Lisa & Simon supported us every step of the way while we finalized all our details. We cannot thank them enough for making us feel comfortable throughout the entire day. The photos will continue to serve as a reminder of our love, the location, and the memories we created with our friends. Thank you for making our elopement our favourite memory - you created a core memory that will last a lifetime!

d and I hired them prior to interviewing other photographers. They captured our intimate beach wedding in Cannon Beach, Oregon. They helped create our timeline with what we wanted. They gave us recommendations for other vendors. Not only were they photographers but they also functioned like a wedding planner. They listened to our vision of our perfect day and executed that. Every moment and detail they captured beautifully. They were so fun and easy to work with. We are currently having a hard time deciding which photo to put on our Christmas cards and which to hang on our wall. So many beautiful pictures and winners! We love them all! Thank you again for everything! We can’t wait to look back on these beautiful memories for years to come!

The photos they captured are absolutely breathtaking; we’re still in awe of how beautifully they tell our story. Each shot is a perfect blend of emotion and artistry, and we can’t believe how they managed to capture every detail so perfectly. Thank you for making our day unforgettable! 🤍
Amazing dynamic duo that made the engagement proposal process easy to plan and a special memory! Phenomenal photos and editing. Thank you guys!!

Expect dramatic, breathtaking views and the pleasure of a wedding day you'll never want to stop talking about. Expect to be heard and valued. Expect solid direction while still being free to experience the day your way with a documentary style feel.
Bonus points if you do the sunrise, sunset experience. The photos are so worth the long day. 🥰

Lisa and Simon were very organized and helped us plan the elopement of our dreams in under 6 weeks! They FaceTimed us multiple times and helped curate our day from start to finish....
The video chats also made it feel like we already knew them when we met on our wedding day. A couple weeks before our trip to San Diego, they sent us a timeline/itinerary of our elopement, and on the day, all we had to do was show up ready for the ceremony and photos and they took it from there. Both of them made us feel natural and at ease while taking photos. Lisa was exceptionally good at giving us prompts and giving us direction, and the drone shots by Simon captured a beautiful pacific coast landscape that we wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. In three hours, we visited three different locations around the La Jolla area (all within 10 mins of each other), and were able to get a wide variety of shots and different backgrounds, which I loved.
My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service Lisa and Simon provided, and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to elope!

o our first photo shoot ever and Lisa was able to make it the perfect experience. We are not from the area so she was able to provide location suggestions so we picked the location and background that suited us best. She set up the shoot itself to where it was the perfect balance between stops that she knew would have a stunning background and fun spontaneous shots along the way. She was kind, thoughtful and very experienced. If we ever return to her area we will not hesitate to reach out for another shoot!

The morning was filled with so much love and the photos captured are truly the most amazing photos I have ever seen and will be dearly cherished for a lifetime!

y, scouted perfect locations and trails for our destination, met with us to keep up with our expectations and goals for our day. Truly curated a magical elopement.
On top of keeping us on track they handled our family with such grace.
No detail went unnoticed by Liza behind the camera, making sure everyone and everything was picture perfect.
Simon officiated the ceremony beautifully, now holding a special place in our hearts as the man who married us.
They made our dreams come true and left us with stunning photos we will cherish forever. Thank you Simon and Liza ♥️
If you need a photographer in San Diego do yourself a favor and book with Pacific Vows. Seriously don’t hesitate - DO IT! Lisa and Simon are incredible in every way.

ng but positive things to say about Lisa and Simon. They were organized and friendly leading up to our engagement and engagement shoot. They gave recommendations for sites, times, outfits and answered every question I had! Both Lisa and Simon made time to have multiple FaceTime calls with me. This was all leading up to our big day. On that day they went above and beyond in every way. They helped guide us through pictures, gave us space to celebrate our moment and celebrated our love in such a beautiful way.
They prepared hot chocolate for us and took us to multiple locations. They even encouraged and celebrated our want for fun water pictures.
After the shoot both Lisa and Simon spent time eating with us and getting to know us both. They are the kindest humans and truly genuine. They made us both feel comfortable and did things above and beyond to make sure they captured our special moments.
We also received our sneak peaks and I almost fell off my chair. They captured the most incredible pictures. Beyond being kind and organized they are incredibly talented. I can’t stop looking at the photos and can’t wait to see the rest of the pictures.
In short, book with Lisa and Simon. You won’t regret it!!
Lisa & Simon are AMAZING! Pictures are absolutely beautiful and they also are incredible at providing an enjoyable and seamless experience!

ays ago) and I think I've already looked at the gallery 50+ times lol! They gave us SO many sneak peeks to look at! They captured us + our love story so so beautifully. Not only that, but they are so so kind and lovely. They made us feel so comfortable and so loved. We loved how celebrated we felt by them. One of my favorite moments with them was when we had just finished up with our shoot and we were saying goodbye and Simon gave us the biggest bear hug like he had known us his entire life. It made us feel so loved. I highly recommend them! They know what they're doing, knew all the spots to go to in Hotel Coronado (where we got engaged), and made sure we felt + looked our best. Could not recommend Pacific Vows more!

rked with and for us to make our special day incredible! They were organized, thoughtful, listened to everything we wanted and made the best location suggestions based on their past experiences. We truly felt as though we couldn’t have been in better hands!
When my husband and I started talking about an elopement/micro-wedding on the CA coast, we both immediately fell in love with the idea of it being cliff side with waves crashing in the background. Lisa & Simon helped locate the perfect spots based on what we wanted, both for our morning solo adventure and for the actual ceremony. They helped us get a permit for the ceremony location and showed up early to ensure the spot was perfect. We had tons of video calls to get to know each other and so they could understand what was important to us and what we wanted from our day. They were flexible with our timing changes as we went and even made suggestions to help the timeline.
Above all, the pictures and drone footage they got are incomprehensible. Lisa worked with us on poses and positioning that felt natural and the photos clearly show it. They don’t look forced or overly posed, we look like us, just with incredible backgrounds. We never felt silly or like we weren’t doing it right, they made sure our comfort was all that mattered.
We cannot recommend Lisa and Simon enough looking for a photographer on the West Coast! Their attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. If we could give them 100 stars, we would.

agram, we knew it was going to be a perfect match. From the moment we reached out to them, they were there to answer any questions and help bring our wedding day vision to life, they felt like instant friends. They took all the stress out of our wedding day so that we were really able to be present and enjoy the moment. They were so warm and caring, yet professional throughout the entire experience. We received our photos and could not be happier with how they turned out. Thank you again for making our wedding day so special!

of and more and it simply would not have been that way without Lisa and Simon. Working with them was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made!
From the first meeting, they make you feel incredibly comfortable, they are two of the kindest people we have ever met. They were able to give us suggestions while still making sure we expressed what we envisioned. Through those meetings we came to the realization that a two day adventure was the right choice for us to celebrate with loved ones and also get our special one on one time. It was absolutely perfect and I cannot recommend it enough!!
When we chose to get married in nature, we knew there would be things out of our control. And nature did not disappoint! Without getting into all the details, the original ceremony spot we had chosen was no longer accessible and I cannot stress enough – how much it meant to have Lisa and Simon there! We put our complete trust in them, knowing that they would find us a perfect new location that still worked with the rest our plans.. and wow, did they deliver! Our ceremony spot was not only beautiful, it was so much more intimate and honestly I could not be more happy for mother nature changing our plans 🥰 For our adventure on day 2 my husband really wanted those “epic” shots and we are still so blown away with the results. We cannot stop staring at our photos and are just in awe of how perfectly everything was captured. The photos speak from themselves – best decision ever! What the photos don’t show you however, is the calm, positive and beautiful energy that Lisa and Simon brought to our wedding. It means the world to us that these precious memories are shared with such amazing people who I could gush about endlessly. We feel so lucky that we have the MOST beautiful wedding photos that we ever could have hoped for and also got to know the even more beautiful people who brought our dreams to life. ❤️

s via Instagram. After instantly falling in love with their photography style I slowly but surely realized an elopement was the best choice for us. As my husband and I desired to keep this moment close and near to our hearts we also wanted to be able to cherish our one special day in an ever so special way -- and to accomplish this was to book and get the chance to work with Pacific Vows Lisa and Simon! They truly are a gem in this industry - and this in itself is an understatement. I cannot profess how much we lucked out by being able to book Pacific Vows! Hands down, they are truly the best of the bestest in town!
My husband and I had our elopement of this year in June -- on the first day of summer -- summer solstice! This day was truly blessed with unimaginably beautiful weather that was perfect for our beach day elopement.
The kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism both Lisa & Simon carry is immeasurable. Their eye for beauty and capturing the love -- creating an existing love story to come alive through their photography skills are impeccable! When our whole gallery was sent to us, it literally felt like it was "Christmas in July!" as I like to express it.:) Lisa's golden heart of patience and Simon's "Thor" like presence with sprinkles of gentle graciousness is truly unmatched! Oh and let's not forget their adorable two fur babies which I think helped my husband and I feel even more so evident that Pacific Vows was the perfect choice for us -- as they allowed us to include our two fur babies on our day.
I am 100% and more so glad my husband and I got to meet and work with Pacific Vows -- Lisa & Simon in this very lifetime. Look no further y'all! With Pacific Vows, all your dreams and wishes will come true! Lisa & Simon your talent, skills, and just you are truly God sent and we will always hold a special place in our hearts for you two! THANK YOU!!!!

t but Lisa & Simon were so supportive and were present with us every step of the way, from the texts and FaceTime calls we’ve had before the wedding. When the day finally came, they were nothing but AMAZING! They are such a great team together and they made us feel so comfortable and loved throughout the process! Super super quick turnaround with the sneak peeks and full albums and we couldn’t stop smiling looking at the photos! They were EXACTLY what we were hoping for and so much more! We will forever treasure these photos for the rest of our lives and we can’t wait to share these photos with our children in the future. They are such sweet and wonderful human beings (and now friends) and I’m so glad we met them!
Lisa & Simon, words cannot express how grateful we are for your work and creativity. Thank you so so much!!
We are so happy that we not only gained a beautiful memory from this experience, but also have a wonderful start of a friendship with Lisa & Simon 💕.
To say they are great is an understatement, Lisa and Simon you guys are the sweetest team I have ever had the pleasure of spending my hard earned money on. You guys are so creative...
, so imaginative and did above and beyond what I was hoping. Marrying like this has always been a fantasy that people assumed was ridiculous and off catch. You guys heard my wants and executed as well as exceeded. Your guidance as to take what I had in my head as a fantasy to create reality has been the best wish anyone could have ever granted for me and you have changed the life of my now husband and I. I 1000% recommended you guys, had I not randomly found you on my Instagram as I stalked wedding pictures after I was freshly engaged as to what I wanted, this dream would have never come true. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart 🤍 You have made me feel wayyy cooler than I really am and thanks to you feel like the most beautiful person I never thought I could be. Thank you for creating my adventure with my best friend 🥹💕

Absolutely recommend!

t as soon as I saw Pacific Vows, I knew they were it. We FaceTimed with Liza two times before our wedding and met with her and Simon at our venue a couple weeks so we all knew what to expect. They went above and beyond to be prepared. My husband and I were really nervous for photos as we’re typically not very comfortable in front of a camera. On the day of our wedding, things couldn’t have gone smoother. Liza gave us plenty of direction and made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera. And the photos!!! The emotion she captured in all of our photos was unreal. So many precious candids from both the ceremony and reception that we will forever cherish. We can look back at our wedding photos and truly feel the emotions of that day. Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!:)

ed to make sure we knew how to get our marriage license, they were so quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to the day, and were so lovely and professional. They were so accommodating on our wedding day, and they really made our wedding day everything we had hoped it would be and so much more with special touches!
Not to mention the pictures were absolutely breathtaking and captured our day perfectly. They had the sneak peeks ready for us just a few days after the wedding and all of our pictures ready just two weeks later as promised.
I would highly recommend them!!
We met with Liza and Simon about a year ago for our engagement session which went absolutely amazing, this is when I knew for sure that it was a match, on both professional and per...
sonal levels. I have never been shot by anyone but my friend so I was anxious at first, but my worries immediately vanished when we started working with Liza. She was helping us a lot, because my husband is a very awkward model, too, but when we saw the result of her work, we realized we weren't posing at all. All the pictures looked very lively and that was essentially what we were looking for.
Eventually we became really good friends with Liza and Simon, which I guess wasn't really a part of our package deal :D Human connection is priceless <3
On our wedding day, our friends/ photographers did an unprecedented job. Not only did they take the most terrific pictures of us and our new family, but they also helped us manage the stress of this wonderful yet hectic day. Also, a piece of wisdom Liza shared with me for all the brides out there who are having a big wedding: do your first look before the ceremony! I was dreaming of my husband seeing me the first time in my wedding dress at the altar, but Liza told me that this is the sacred moment that better be captured privately. I gave in and never regretted it once. His reaction on our pictures turned out to be so touching and sweet, we both cried.
The day was going by so fast, we were having so much fun, and at some point Liza pulled me over saying that the sun is setting in the mountains so beautifully, that we have to take a picture. We didn't really want to stop dancing :D but now I'm really grateful that we did it, because it was indeed a breathtaking view of our beautiful Utahn scenery.
To sum it up, I just want to say that it took me a while to write this review, meaning that Liza and Simon made a huge step forward after our wedding and they just keep getting better and better, so if you're reading this thinking whether you should book them or not, I'm sure I've made it easier for you :)
I was lucky enough that my now fiancé found Liz and Simon to photograph one of the most special days of my life. I was proposed to by complete surprise and I am so grateful to have...
the most beautiful photos to look back on. Not only were Liz and Simon so lovely to interact with but their esthetic is seriously everything.
