If we could rate Tracy 100 stars, we would! From the very beginning, Tracy took the stress and anxiety of planning a wedding off our shoulders. Tracy has an eye for detail and is i...
ncredibly organized and prepared. She listened to our vision and then offered ideas and suggestions to make it the best day ever! We can't recommend Tracy enough. We promise you won't regret it!
Thank you, Tracy, for being so amazing!!
Tracy is amazing! We booked Tracy as our Day-of coordinator and starting a month out from our wedding day she was hands-on, responsive, supportive and professional! She was asking ...
questions during our walk-through that I didn’t even think to ask. We had 2 final meetings together prior to the wedding date that helped ensure we were all on the same page. On wedding day, she handled everything with ease and even brought extra socks on deck for the groomsman who forgot his.
Tracy was our wedding coordinator, and honestly, I do not know how we would have been able to make our day as amazing as it was without her help. She took the time to get to know ...
us and what we needed to make everything worry free. I was originally only looking for a day of coordinator but she kind of took over a month before keeping track of all the vendors, being there at our final walk through and coming to our rehearsal. She was involved in all the small details, and we did not have to think about the little things leaving us open to enjoy our very special day without worry. Me and my husband recommend her if you are looking for help from someone who will care about your vision and make your wedding day what you always dreamed about.
Tracy and P3 Event Company could not have done more to make my wife and my wedding weekend all that it was. She was with us from the beginning- bringing great design ideas, a calm ...
demeanor, an approachable and responsive “can do” attitude, and terrific vendor recommendations. She made us feel like we were her only client even though we were married in the busiest month of a Fall wedding season that had an unprecedented number of backlogged weddings due to COVID. I hadn’t thought as much about the coordination as I probably should have prior to booking P3, but after working with Tracy and her team, I honestly can’t imagine how it would have been anywhere close to the logistically flawless, fun, and meaningful experience that she helped it to be. She took charge of the weekend as if it were her own, and insulated us from all the stress she took on in order to ensure we had our time with friends, family, and each other. Cannot say enough good things.
Tracy with P3 Events was AMAZING! We rented her green velvet couch of our bride & groom wedding photos and it was BEAUTIFUL! Tracy was very responsive, gave great recommendations, ...

deas. She did a walk through with us a month before the wedding which REALLY helped. We are so happy we had her there! Everyone else thought she was amazing too. It would not have been nearly as smooth without her!

al, and a true joy to work with. As a person who does not have the gift of artistic vision and a severe case of indecisiveness, I am so glad I was able to rely on Tracy to make our day perfect. She turned my jumbled thoughts and inspo pics into something incredible that we will never forget, and we have received nothing but positive feedback from our guests since the wedding day. We had many guests tell us that we threw the best wedding they had ever been to, and we owe ALL the credit to Tracy for creating such a great experience. Her expertise was evident during the planning process, but come wedding day, it was clear to see that the “day of coordinating” was her element. She was attentive, she kept everyone organized, she enforced our timeline and kept all vendors on track, she made sure we had a plan of who was transporting food/décor, and even personally made sure items made it into our vehicles. She made our day completely stress free. COMPLETELY STRESS FREE. She made our day absolutely perfect. What more can you ask for from your wedding planner? Thanks so much, Tracy.

rking with Tracy was one of the best decisions I could have made. It took all of the stress off of myself so that I could fully enjoy the experience. I would recommend Tracy to anyone looking to plan a wedding. Thank you!
Having Tracy of P3 Events on top of everything allowed us to focus on enjoying our daughter's wedding without distractions or the worry that something was forgotten.
Hire P3. Hire P3. Hire P3!

op of every detail. She is great at helping make tough decisions, managing the budget, and making both families feel cared for and she is a STELLA designer.
We had some very specific and non-traditional desires, standards, and requests. She met them all and then some. She found us perfect vendors and managed all of the communication, ideation, and execution with them. There were many times she went way above and beyond what she was contracted to do for us.
Whenever we were anxious about a detail, logistics, costs, etc, we could always jump on a call with Tracy and she'd find creative solutions as well as help us let go of the anxieties we had. She was like a director, producer and life coach for our whole wedding experience.
Our wedding was the most beautiful day of our lives. Everyone who attended raved about every detail. We had a vague idea of the energy and environment we wanted for the most meaningful day of our lives but we had no specific clue as to how it would all look. She brought it to life flawlessly, with excellence and love.

y. She was available and always had a super prompt response time. She made my wedding day absolutely stress free. She was present to run the rehearsal, help make maps for guests, come up with a timeline, help coordinate vendors, table placement/ set up and wrangle my wild crew. This woman is incredible and I’m so thankful she was there to make our wedding day perfect!

g to find out what options we had for lounge furniture to fit the bride's vision. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process especially on the days leading up to the wedding and the whole wedding weekend. Tracy and her team even helped unload rentals when I ran into problems with my scheduled crew at the last minute. Her planning and communication skills are top-notch. If you need a planner/coordinator for your wedding or event, you should contact Tracy to insure a stress-free experience.

nd communicative, thoughtful about the details, asked lots of great questions to ensure everything would run smoothly over the course of the wedding weekend, and brough a great deal of vision and creativity to how to optimize our venue for this special day. Tracy sourced some incredible décor and equipment that complemented both the space and the couples’ personalities, and transformed an otherwise blank slate to a beautiful country wedding. The feedback we got from the couple was glowing – that Tracy tackled tasks big and small, all with a smile, to ensure a perfect wedding weekend for them. We’re excited to have kicked off a partnership with P3 Events and hope to work with Tracy on lots of other weddings and celebrations in the years to come!
Tracy was so incredible through the wedding process! When I was freaking out she was right there to help! She got her steps in on the wedding day and handled EVERY crisis!
Tracy at P3 Events helped bring our ideal wedding dreams and vision come to life! We're so happy we found her and appreciate all of her hard work, time, and dedication in ensuring ...
that everything came together for our special day. We're also very grateful for her help and services because we're the type of people that have a lot of ideas, but struggle to put it all together and make it happen. Before asking her to work with us, we were dreading the wedding planning process, but she made it seamless and stress-free! We've already received so many compliments from our guests about you and how AMAZING everything looked and turned out. Without P3, our wedding would not have been as perfect and special as it was! Also, shout out to her for making a stage for the musician so last minute!! And another shout out to her for making sure the sun was not in my eyes during dinner! Those types of details and gestures are further proof of how caring and dedicated Tracy is to her clients!

Very punctual all, professional, organized and creative. Her attention to detail is a true talent.
Let me start by saying P3 Events and Tracy rocked this recent Wedding! As a DJ, I've worked with dozens of Planners and Coordinators, and I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly....
Tracy went above and beyond from the start. She contacted me days in advance to coordinate details of the Wedding with me. She always worked on behalf of the Bride & Groom to assist vendors, execute the timeline, and ensure the entire event went according to plan. Tracy hustled around the very large property the whole day to setup, decorate, direct, manage, cleanup, and tear down. She was attentive, accessible, courteous, punctual, and responsive. I would recommend Tracy and P3 Events to anyone seeking a rock star Wedding professional!
Thank you Tracy and P3 Events!
I have used Tracy Phipps from P3 Events for so many of my special events. From my bridal shower and bachelorette party, to my wedding and now my little boys birthday parties. She ...
truly can do it all effortlessly!! She is extremely easy to work with and makes all your Pinterest dreams come to life. :) She is punctual, organized and goes above and beyond to keep you updated and well informed about your BIG day !!!
Every moment from my initial contact to the last moment of the wedding with Tracy was flawless. She exceeded my expectations from creating a custom event schedule in a format that ...
was actually helpful for the wedding party (vs. my excel spreadsheet) to showing up earlier than expecting and being able to with little direction just jump in and provide value immediately. Tracy's proactivity, flexibility and all around amazing day of support definitely made it so that I (as the wedding planner and guest) could enjoy the wedding and the bride would experience everything as planned on the big day. Every time I went to see if I could help or check in, Tracy was already a step ahead of me. Having booked Tracy on this project last minute it was such a welcome relief and lucky find to be in her very competent hands so I could enjoy the event. Book her immediately for your next day of coordination or larger planning and you will not be sorry.
