We were an original couple that booked our wedding in November 2024 before the new management came to place. We were very skeptical at first of staying however Josh was removed fro...
m the venue and we were so happy we had our wedding here. We got married August 22, 2026 and primarily worked with Genevieve and Ryan S. Saying they were FANTASTIC is not doing them justice. They accommodated every request we had for our special day and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication ranged from multiple conversations before hand, then reaching out, and ability to meet with them us in person to ensure our wedding was perfect. I can ensure you everything was set up perfect, there were staff on site to help, and the communication was excellent. We were also able to have a rehearsal on site which was awesome. If anything came up during the wedding, it was handled immediately and our guest were raving about how pretty the venue was. We are very happy our wedding took place here.
Wedding planning is difficult and stressful as is. You deserve a venue that makes you feel supported and excited for your wedding. In my experience, Over the Vines will absolutely ...
not provide this.
My fiancé and I booked the same day that Josh Kuhl took over the business. Promptly following this, we started to not hear from Josh. This continued for months with absolutely no word from him.
Josh has been addressed and new owners have, yet again, been put in place. I have not had a better experience with them. Myself and other brides have been receiving mixed communications, long rambling phone calls devoid of any substance, and very little empathy for the hell that we have been put through.
This has been a stressful and heartbreaking experience. I don’t want anyone else to go through what we’ve been through.
Our experience with Over the Vines has been nothing but stressful and frustrating. We signed our lease with the original owners, Billie and Ryan, who seemed fantastic back in 2/202...
5 for a wedding in 9/2026. We were notified when the venue sold to Josh, but since then there has been zero contact. It is as if we have been forgotten and the owners do not even know who has current bookings. We had to learn from a third party that Josh is (supposedly) no longer involved and that there is a new management team. After over a month of reaching out with multiple emails, we received and answer with only excuses, saying we were on the list to "contact immediately today" but didn't make it down the list and that we would receive information the next day. The next day we received a blank email with the same attached word document others had received over a month prior. Since then, we have sent multiple emails with no response. None of the information on the website is correct, as they supposedly have a new office number and email address, which again we had to learn of through a third party.
When my husband and I originally booked OTV for our wedding, it was still being run by Billie and Ryan who were amazing to work with and one of the main reasons we chose this venue...
. Our experience with them was 5 stars. Unfortunately, new owners and management unexpectedly (to us) took over in June (2025) and our experience with them was the complete opposite and horrible. We got married in August and in those 2 months leading up to our wedding, despite many emails and phone calls by us, our wedding planner, our DJ, etc., we did not receive any response or communication from OTV/Josh (the new owner) until a week before our wedding. The only thing they responded to was confirming that they would have the stemless wineglasses available for our guests that we paid extra for and unfortunately, we found out the day of that that was not true. Which brings me to our actual wedding day. To be frank, it was a disaster in many ways. To start, Josh was not even there (we were told that he was at a music festival) and the only reason things went as smoothly as they did was because of our other vendors (DJ, caterer, wedding planner, officiant). I also want to acknowledge that the OTV staff members did the best they could. It was made clear to us that they were not made aware of many of our plans and requests that had been submitted to Josh in the months before. For example, none of the decorations/props we picked out from their prop shop (and submitted a month in advance as requested) were put out; they were all from the wedding the night before. The staff were also not aware that we had requested and paid for the OTV stemless wine glasses for our guests so they were not set out in advance and OTV did not end up having enough of them as Josh had previously confirmed for us. I know there were several other hiccups that I was mostly unaware of thanks to my wedding planner and other supports. To add to the stress of the day, an unexpected storm blew in right at the start of the ceremony, which resulted in all of our guests having to take shelter under the tent and switching our ceremony to a standing ceremony under the tent instead of outside. While the weather was unexpected and out of anyone's control, there was no management present to help manage it and it was left up to our wedding planner to direct OTV staff on what to do. Eventually, the "silent partner" showed up during the reception to do some damage control but at that point it was too late. Furthermore, at the very end of the night we were told we owed an extra $5000 for things like extra bar costs and the last-minute ceremony switch to the tent due to the rain but never received further clarification or follow-up about it. We never received our damage deposit back or any communication about it. Overall, once the new owner took over, it was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience - one that I would not want any other bride to go through. I hope this review helps encourage OTV to make some changes, if they haven't already. And until they do, while this pains me to say because the original owners were so wonderful and created such a beautiful venue, I would not recommend this venue under the current management.
My wife and I got married at Over the Vines in October 2025 and we unfortunately can't recommend this venue to other couples while it is under the current management of Josh, Genev...
ieve, and company. Email responses took months, calls were never returned, and day-of details were incorrect when we arrived (seating chart wrong, props missing), adding unnecessary stress to our big day. The first time we saw Josh was at 10pm on the night of our wedding, and it was only to give us our bar bill, which he overcharged us for. Not exactly how you want to spend the end of your wedding night. We also had to repeatedly email for 3 months after our wedding to get our damage deposit back.
The venue is beautiful, but why take the risk of getting married at a place where the owners won't give you their attention or honor their half of a written contract?
I toured the venue beginning of September with the new owner, Josh. I told him my wedding date for 2027 and that I was ready to book. Since then, I haven’t heard anything back. I’v...

Brides and Grooms - Run Far Away
Our experience with this venue under the new ownership (Josh) was extremely disappointing. We originally booked when it was owned by the previo...
us owners, who were absolutely wonderful - but since the change in ownership, everything has gone downhill.
Josh was incredibly unprofessional from start to finish. He never introduced himself to me (the bride) and the only time he spoke to us was to deliver our bar bill - which he didn’t get to us until the very end of the night, and it was incorrect and had to be changed multiple times, making us late to everything else we had planned afterward. Communication throughout the process was non existent. Literally no emails or calls/texts back.
Like many others have said in their reviews, don’t expect to get your damage deposit back. He will find reasons to charge you for things outside of your contract and make the process unnecessarily difficult. It’s been over a mont and we have heard NOTHING from him.
The only reason our wedding day ran smoothly was because of our coordinator, Charity, who was absolutely amazing. She does not work for the venue, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. Without her, the day would have been a completely different story.
There are so many beautiful venues that actually care about their couples - please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the stress, money, or frustrations.
*BRIDES BEWARE*
My SIL just got married at OTV and had nothing but amazing things to say about the previous owners; but once Josh took over, it was a nightmare. The communicati...
on wasn’t just poor, it was nonexistent, as he prioritized his DJ business over the venue. Once we finally got in contact with him, he insisted that we pity the fact he only gets three hours of sleep a night..
The abysmal cummication continued right up to the day of the wedding. Josh decided to inform the bride and groom, the morning of their wedding day, that their bar balance was $10 more per person than previously discussed. And once he dropped that ball, he left… leaving one single employee to sort out the mess.
The venue itself was completely understaffed and failed to uphold several pieces of their own contract.
1. There was no parking attendant, which resulted in a family member having to park all of the guests’ vehicles.
2. No one to checked on/cleaned the restrooms the entire night.
3. The table layout was incorrect, even though they were given a very simple 4x4 table diagram weeks before.
4. We were suppose to have refrigerators to store the leftover food- nothing. Luckily the caterers were able to provide food storage.
5. And finally, there was dog poop all over the property that they never picked up prior.
There was a long list of unfulfilled promises and unnecessary stress throughout the entire process with Josh. It’s so unfortunate to watch terrible management run such a beautiful venue right into the ground.
Under new ownership/management 6/2025
When my niece booked Over the Vines in 2024 for her wedding this past September (2025), Billie and Ryan owned and managed this gorgeous venue...
. In May/June this year (2025), the property and business were sold…leading to the demise of a beautiful location and stellar reputation. The reviews post sale are the complete opposite of the reviews pre-sale. Wedding parties should be informed of the current owners’ dismissive and inconsiderate attitudes and actions.
Lack of communication is an understatement. Josh, one of the owners and “main contact”, had a lot of excuses (getting tires changed, hit a deer, his co-owners aren’t responding, can’t figure out a spreadsheet, lack of sleep, still getting everything figured out, etc.) as to why he couldn’t meet, reply to a text or email or simply pick up the phone. The stress and anxiety this caused my niece, her new husband, my sister and additional family was unnecessary and avoidable.
The “contract” Billie and Ryan had my niece sign made many promises. Verbal assurances were also made in answer to questions we had during the tour.
Broken promises included:
• “Tables and white wedding chairs setup to your specifications, and our team will have them all set up before you arrive on wedding day” ~ Did not happen… fortunately groomsmen arrived early and were able to complete this task.
• “Ample sized gravel parking lot with lights, and team member to help guests find their spot” ~ On the actual day, a “team member” informed the bridal party they all parked “wrong” upon arrival, and an uncle of the groom had to re-park cars and instruct arriving guests where to park.
• We were told bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and checked frequently for cleanliness ~ 150 guests and bathrooms were never looked at once by OTV staff… need I say more?
• Bar invoice sent to my niece and her husband at 5:00 am on the day of the wedding totaling $2000 more than the quoted estimate ~ Imagine the immediate anxiety for a young couple with a set budget…
• Josh’s dogs were loose upon arrival and feces was left on the grounds for my niece and her wedding party to dodge while photographs were taken ~ Disgusting.
The list of disappointments was significant… the bartender drank alcohol and charged guests different/random amounts for hard liquor, requested draping was not arranged prior to arrival as stated, a vaping OTV team member (thought to be another owner) who also appeared to be drinking alcohol, drove the golf cart.
Unfortunately Over the Vines is now in the hands of owners who do not appreciate the importance of the cost, planning and coordination of the entire Wedding Day for many couples and their families. With the asinine question “isn’t everyone having fun now?” when concerns were brought up in the evening to a different owner (not Josh…he had an event that night to DJ), it was very apparent he believed loud music and dancing eliminated all the angst and stress my niece, her husband and our family experienced. It did not.
I do not recommend this venue.
While Over the Vines is a beautiful venue, the experience we had working with their staff was pitiful. After touring the venue and deciding we wanted to go forward with it, we did ...
not hear back from the venue for over two weeks to send a contract and secure our date. We sent countless emails and phone calls all going to voicemail. When we finally heard back that they were on vacation, we waited another two weeks and still did not get any responses. After a month and a half we had to walk away and look for a different venue. I recommend you have a backup in mind in case you have the same situation.
My sister and her husband got married here and the ownership group was utterly unprofessional. The owner has chosen to place their management trust in the wrong person who's failur...
e to conduct basic communication with the bride and groom resulted in SIGNIFICANT stress. The cherry on top was the venue sending the groom the bar bill at 5am the morning of the wedding after the groom and bride has requested the bill for nearly two months. The bill was nearly $2,000 above the original quoted price. Additionally, the manager fought with the mother of the bride when setting up before the wedding. It is a beautiful venue that is being ran into the ground by an unqualified management and ownership group.

tryside created the perfect romantic and rustic backdrop for our day. Beyond the beauty, the staff at Over the Vines were incredible to work with. They were organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. From our first tour to the final send-off, we felt supported and cared for. The space was versatile, the atmosphere unforgettable, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to have celebrated such a special moment in such a magical place.
The best decision my husband and I made for our wedding was choosing Over the Vines as our venue. First off, the property is absolutely gorgeous. Their team takes exceptional care ...
of the property, with beautiful landscaping, and beautiful vines perfect as a backdrop for a ceremony. The setting feels super serene, private, and charming, with a stunning barn built in the 1800's with gorgeous chandeliers and string lights, creating such a warm and already stunning setting without much need for extra decorations. Also, they offer a quaint bridal suite and groom's suite right on the property, perfect for getting ready. The whole team is extremely detailed and organized, and very responsive to questions. We could not be happier with our choice!

llowed us to have our dogs participate in the wedding and sit through the ceremony. Billie was very flexible with this change along with still ensuring our ceremony was beautiful. The bar staff was incredible as well! Everyone at Over the Vines had a fun and positive energy. We chose the perfect venue! 10/10 would recommend.
Billie and her staff were so accommodating and helped make our special day truly a fairytale. We could not have done it without them. It is the most beautiful venue!!!

udget saver. The team working OTV is friendly, fun, and informative. Leading up to our wedding day they were so helpful and always answering questions.
On our wedding day the team was even more AMAZING! They helped my day of coordinator get all set up and checked in with us throughout the day. The made sure the venue was beautiful when we arrived especially after a huge storm hit the night before.
The biggest feedback we received from our guest is #1 how beautiful it was and #2 how amazing the bartenders were. The bar team was the hit of the night! They were so friendly and always made sure we had the drinks we needed. After we said I Do a bartender immediately brought my husband and I drinks. They knew our names and even most of our guest names! They seriously made the night.
Overall, OTV has it all!

ommodating and great to communicate with. She helped us with figuring out the best options for the bar and setup for the dinner. The one thing that was completely different from any other venue was how much decor they had for us to use, all for free! They also include a packet with pictures and sizing of the items. For someone like me who is a bit OCD and a very detailed planner, this was absolutely amazing. If you are on the fence with choosing this venue, just BOOK IT, you won't regret it.

ake for some amazing photos! We ended up having to move our ceremony inside due to possible rain, and the OTV team did a FANTASTIC job with the flip. It happened so quickly and seamlessly that I don't think anyone even noticed that it was happening. They helped us make the decision to move inside, and I do not regret it. They made the ceremony truly magical even though we had hoped to be outside. I am so thankful for their help with everything, and all the guests were raving about how beautiful it was in the barn!
I cannot recommend this venue enough! Billie the owner communicated so well throughout our planning and gave advice. On wedding day the staff was amazing. They went above and beyon...
d to make sure things ran smooth. The bartenders even set up my cupcakes and donut wall for me. I forgot to provide table cloths and the venue found some for me to use and when it randomly downpoured during our ceremony they provided umbrellas. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. They provide many props that you can use on your day which is a nice bonus. Absolutely amazing venue and amazing people!
Beautiful, rustic venue hosted by the most amazing owners and staff! We held our wedding at OTV in July 2022 and it was the best decision we could have made. The owner, Billie, is ...
an awesome person to work with, she is incredibly organized, is easy to reach for questions and communicates everything clearly. All the staff we interacted with (bartenders, setup helpers, etc.) were polite, professional and genuinely wanted to make our wedding day be the best it can be. Not to mention, the venue is absolutely gorgeous! Also, the price you are quoted is the price you pay, there are no hidden fees and it really helps you stick to your budget. There is a lot of props/decorations that you can use free of charge and it saved us a bucketload! We would highly recommend this venue!

as wonderful as possible. We had a bit of rain on our day, but Billie's team wasn't phased and was ready with a rain backup plan in place. I cannot recommend this place enough for their professional attitude, service, and dedication to making each event as unique and memorable as possible!
As if the great service and team were not enough, Over the Vines keeps on hand over 100 different decorating and staging items that are available to all wedding parties to spruce up their event. We used more than a few all over our ceremony and reception.

ut the other reason was Billie & Ryan! When we met them it was like we had known them for years. They answered all of our questions we had that day. They made us feel like we not only were choosing a venue, but we were also choosing a wedding support system. Every time I had questions, I knew that Billie would have an answer. It was so nice to know that they would be there every step of the process. Billie was amazing by emailing us when things were coming due. They took care of everything it seemed like. A week before our wedding they started watching the weather; we got an email saying there was a chance of rain. We then put a rain day plan in place. It ended up not raining, but it was nice to know there was a plan just in case. We ended up renting the second tent for our rain day plan, even though it didn’t rain the tent was still used by our guests to cool down after dancing. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful. We had our ceremony out by the vines and it was absolutely magical. It was something that I have always dreamed of. After our ceremony Ryan was great by making sure we always had a drink while we were doing our photos! That type of care you will not get anywhere else. We had so many people say that our wedding was absolutely amazing and they LOVED the venue. I could go on and on about how absolutely beautiful this wedding venue is and how amazing Billie & Ryan are. You just need to experience it for yourself!
Having our wedding at Over the Vines was hands down the BEST decision we made for our wedding process. From start to finish, Billie & Ryan were amazing (answering all our questions...
, reminding of us things, letting us know day of what was going on)! The bar staff was so personal as well & we felt like they were a part of our day as well! Billie recommended a coordinator she had worked with & she helped make our entire experience seamless as well. They have amazing grooms & bridal suites for the wedding party. Practically EVERY guest we had mentioned that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended! I would think that the majority of that attributed to the beauty of the barn and the vineyard, it spoke for itself that day & I barely needed decorations. I can't begin to thank Billie & Ryan (&their staff) for how PERFECT our day was!!!! It was truly a dream wedding!! I HIGHLY recommend choosing them for your day if you are going for that indoor/outdoor vibe!

ful flowers and the plentiful complementary props/decorations available to us gave us the wedding we always pictured. We had friends and family from all over tell us how beautiful the venue was. ved thorough plans on what would happen if it were to rain and what to expect if we had to go to our backup plan. It rained all morning and once it stopped, Billie and Ryan were out there with towels cleaning off the chairs so we could have our outdoor ceremony. They even hung our flowers on the arbor for us. They truly want you to have a great wedding day and they would do anything to help achieve that. So many of our guests shared compliments of the venue and staff after the wedding. I can't recommend Over the Vines enough!

Not only that, but we were brought our specialty drinks during cocktail hour since we were taking photos! were perfect and a added bonus. Billie and Ryan were amazing to work with. They were extremely organized which took a huge amount of pressure off of planning for our wedding and allowed us to breathe and enjoy the moments. They provided tons of resources and recommendations for Catering, hotel, and much more. They were very responsive to our many questions and also periodically emailed us with reminders on deadlines for when to have things submitted and ready for the wedding. We wanted an outside wedding, but mother nature had other ideas and decided to bless our wedding by a heavy downpour. Seeing earlier in the week that there was a chance of rain (first rainfall in a month), we worked with the OTV staff and sprung for the second tent. The day of, Billie worked with us in implimenting plan B, moving the wedding inside the barn. Their staff was amazing and got the barn looking amazing for our ceremony, just a couple of hours before the wedding. Both the inside and outside was amazing and beautiful. Everyone that attended our wedding continues to talk about how georgous the venue was and what a great time they had. We also got the wine slushies for the reception and they were a huge hit! If you are in need of a wedding venue, I can't stress enough, I strongly from the bottom of our hearts, recommend you choose Over the Vines!

d for all of your guests on the day of the wedding. We get so many compliments to this day about the customer service that all of our guests noticed with how attentive they were and how much everyone enjoyed themselves, even on a warmer-than-average early June wedding. Billie was so accommodating as we had wanted yard games and my now-husband emailed a few days before the event asking if we could move the games to a shady spot so people could enjoy them more. This was no problem and everyone LOVED it.
Another part of our wedding that people loved was the setting and staff. They put waters out before the ceremony for guests to have when we requested this after seeing that the weather was going to be quite warm. The barn with the chandeliers, the back deck, and the vineyard are beautiful and the staff do an exceptional job with set up and serving. The landscaping around the grounds is top notch and perfect for pictures!!
As a bride, I can’t say enough how much of a relief it is to have a venue that is so responsive, attentive, and accommodating. We are so grateful that we chose Over the Vines and would do it again in a heartbeat.
P.S. One added bonus-immediately after the ceremony Ryan came by and asked what I wanted from the social hour drinks so I could enjoy the beverages we had decided to offer during photos, when often the bride and groom don’t get to enjoy the beverages until well after the ceremony. I felt SO taken care of and like I was getting to celebrate the whole day and night. Thank you, thank you Ryan and Billie, for an unforgettable wedding day!!

oth sailing all day long. They have amazing bridal suites and groomsmen suites for the bridal party. The staff and bartenders were also so amazing to all the guests. We are still getting compliments on how beautiful their venue is. Billie and Ryan really put their heart and souls in their venue and make sure every bride has what they need on the day of. I would recommend them over and over again!

yan (and their entire staff) made our day as perfect as it could have been. Without a doubt this venue was the best decision we made throughout our planning process, and if we had to do it all over again we would book again in a heartbeat. Billie kept us updated with information and answered every question we had (during ever changing covid restrictions). But what I will never forget was their willingness to go above and beyond for their couples. We had some troubles the day of with some decorations and they brought in personal items from their own home to get the job done and make my vision happen. I couldn't be more thankful for the beautiful venue they have put together-from the venue itself ( every inch of the property is photo worthy from the barn to the vines to the flowers out front), to the bridal suites and grooms suite, and friendly staff. DO NOT HESITATE. BOOK THE VENUE!

Ryan, we knew that OTV was the place for us. He made a great impression, and we knew we would be happy to work with them to celebrate our big day. One thing we appreciated from the get-go is the transparency and honesty they have in terms of pricing and what's included--we didn't find this to ring true for other similar venues in the area.
Leading up to the wedding, Billie was always on the ball checking in with us for the day of schedule and the contact information for our vendors. I found this helpful because the time leading up to the wedding can be hectic.
On wedding day we were nervous because the temp peaked around 91 degree and storm clouds were rolling in, and it did end up raining. Billie, Ryan, and their staff were able to set up out ceremony inside the barn. They somehow even managed to accommodate our ridiculously huge wedding party (25 total bridesmaids & groomsmen...) to stand up for the ceremony in the barn. Everything worked out seamlessly and perfectly--so much so that we hardly knew they were there! The temperature did end up dropping to a very comfortable temperature. We were able to dance and have a blast inside the barn. The grounds, vineyard, and barn were beautiful. Our guests had a great time. Bride & groom had a wonderful time. We can't say enough positive things or thank Billie & Ryan enough!
TL;DR OTV is perfect!

l the venue & barn were on our wedding day. While the venue itself is gorgeous, the assistance and attention that Billie & Ryan, the owners, give to you & your wedding party are what truly make this a one of a kind place to host your wedding!! No matter the question, Billie was always answering my emails and addressing my concerns ASAP and is helpful as can be!!! A week or so before our wedding, for example, we realized the weather was going to take a turn for the worse - windy & chillier than we expected. Billie, was immediately giving us a call, chatting about our plan for heaters, and helping us get organized. Ultimately, due to her attention and help, the chillier weather made for the coziest reception we could have imagined. We would do it all over again exactly the same way, if we could, and we would definitely choose Over the Vines over & over again! <3 <3 <3
Billie and Ryan are amazing! Booking our wedding venue was a big decision in the planning process, and we are so so happy we booked them. We visited several different venues and fe...
lt overwhelmed at all the add-on prices. Billie and Ryan have made it simple and include SO much when you book with them. They have so many extras, like decor and signs, that saved us a lot of time and money. They're clear and upfront about what to expect, and they were wonderful at every step of the way. They surpassed our expectations.
From Billie's very first email, I could tell they were enthusiastic, warm, and detail-oriented. We met Ryan when we toured the venue, and he put us at ease right away, making us laugh and showing us how much of their heart and soul they put into their business. Billie answered every single question along the way (and then some!), always going above and beyond with helpful suggestions and recommendations to make our day perfect. Not many people can say they had multiple GOOD surprises for their wedding day from their venue, and we really did.
The OTV staff exude the same warmth, kindness, and passion that Billie and Ryan do, and the whole event was seamless. We had a magical day and would not have changed a thing. They eased so many potential stressors and helped give us the perfect wedding. We highly recommend OTV and can't thank them enough!

ur day so SPECIAL! All of our guests LOVED the venue! We got soooo many compliments throughout the night & everyone loved the bartenders and staff! Everyone was so friendly, polite and helpful.
The owners Billie and Ryan.. They were a godsend! And beyond helpful - from already having answers with all their helpful material they provide, answering late night emails/questions I would send or giving their expert opinions. I feel by them going that extra mile.. thats what makes them stand out than any other venue.
Thanks again Billie & Ryan :)

Absolutely magical wedding venue! Our wedding here was amazing! Owners Billie and Ryan went above and beyond to make this not only the best day but, a best week experience.
I was in a wedding at Over The Vines this year and WOW, I cannot say enough about this venue!! The staff was VERY professional yet personable. Both the outdoor ceremony and the bar...
n where the reception was held are gorgeous! From the beautiful light fixtures to the natural aspects of the barn, all around, a rustic elegance. There is a separate building that includes the bathrooms and the bridal suite which allows the bridal party to get ready in on site. The huge outdoor patio in the back, where the ceremony was held, has a bar for cocktail hour before going inside for the reception. The venue is well secluded so there is not a lot of outside traffic, but easily accessible from the downtown area! About 10 minutes away. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Over The Vines to any couple looking for a memorable wedding day!
Billie worked with us every step of planning our wedding. She emailed back so quickly or called back to answer any questions we had. The day of our wedding, everyone there made our...

er, and they were eager to give us a hand whenever we needed help. The weather for our date was up and down, and OTV was flexible enough to make the call on the backup ceremony plan the day of, which was very much appreciated since it turned out to be a sunny day. All staff were friendly and supportive, and they made our day the best it could be. Thank you so much Billie and Ryan and all OTV staff for a perfect wedding day‼

ork with on the planet... bold statement, I know, but I mean it. They were PHENOMENAL in every aspect!!! From walk-throughs, to countless e-mails answering our questions, to making our day FLAWLESS, we could not have asked for a better couple to work with. They anticipated every issue and solved everything ahead of time. They were there to lend a helping hand in any way, going way above and beyond what was asked of them. Our wedding was gorgeous and perfect in every way thanks to them. We received so many compliments about the venue and how amazing it was and how great the staff was to our guests. Our groomsmen were obsessed with the bartenders (wonder why ;) ) but everyone was so friendly and awesome. The venue is stunning and has everything you need. The props that they have there for you to use literally saves you so much time, stress and money .. I can't even begin to explain how important that was to us. And on top of all that, they were all so fun!!! We had a raging time at the reception and it was a blast!!
All in all, this venue is absolutely amazing and the people running it are even better. We would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!
Took our breath away! Every single detail was just perfect. It had been raining for nearly a week straight so we were concerned about not being able to have our ceremony outside....
Well, everything dried off nicely and our ceremony and reception were a complete success. It truly was our own fairytale. Our guests are still talking about it. Billie, Ryan, and all their employees were amazing. They took such good care of us. It's as if we were royalty. We can't say enough about the venue and the owners and employees. If we had to do it all over, we would still choose Over The Vines!!! THANK YOU!!!
Billie and Ryan have such a beautiful space, we really didn't need to do much to dress it up, and all of the props they have and just let you use really saved on rentals. They and ...
their staff are warm and reliable, we were so happy to have them supporting us. They want everyone to have a great day, and will work with your other vendors to help ensure that happens. We had such a great and beautiful day, thanks in large part to the crew at Over the Vines!

d grounds and a vineyard. It was truly a dream setting for our ceremony and reception, and the pictures are vibrant and breathtaking from the day. The grounds are available for guests to use throughout the wedding, so we were able to have lawn games between the ceremony and reception, and friends and family were able to walk the grounds between songs. We were also able to use their firepit for smores at the end of the night!!
Beyond the actual beauty of the location, I cannot speak more highly of the support and help they provided consistently throughout our wedding planning process and the day of. Prior to the wedding, they were frequently on hand for calls and questions, they provided us detailed maps and suggestions for coordinating with over venues, and they hosted us a few times to view the property. I was planning the wedding from a different state, so their advice and flexibility was extremely helpful. They made sure we had what we needed at every step of the process. We also had a rain scare, and Billy and team worked with me to help get everything set up in case we did have rain.
The day went off perfectly, all the team members at Over the Vines were so helpful, kind and supportive. They brought some wine into the bridal suite to make sure we were comfortable before the ceremony, and were so fun and helpful during the reception.
From the initial moment we stepped foot on to the grounds of Over the Vines, we knew no other venues would size up to this place. The barn itself, is absolutely gorgeous and has be...
en wonderfully preserved and maintains its genuine rustic, romantic feel. The flowers and landscaping, oh my gosh, incredible!! Not to mention the wine vines! Aside from the aesthetically pleasing venue, the owners, Billie and Ryan, are ROCKSTARS. They did not try to impress us or talk up their venue--it speaks for itself--they were super down to earth, so helpful with any and all of my questions during the planning process AND extremely professional!! Billie was so patient, even though you know she is super busy! The day of the wedding still feels like a dream and I know Billie and Ryan were a crucial part of making everything seem seamless and go smoothly! They have the perfect personalities to make a bride and groom feel comfortable and the guests welcome!! I'll never be able to put into words how grateful I am to them! Thank you Billie and Ryan for helping Dave and I enjoy our most perfect wedding day! <3
