Our Wedding Movie

o and the video footage and editing was great! I would high recommend Our Wedding Movie to anyone that is looking to capture a video of a special occasion. You will not be disappointed!

the best attention to detail, they also made us feel comfortable on our wedding day - everything felt organic and nothing felt too forced. We are absolutely obsessed with the final results, they captured all the best moments - from the ceremony, first dance, speeches, dance time, and everything in between! We are so happy to have these memories that we will cherish forever. We were also very pleased with their packages/ costs which we found to be very reasonable compared to other vendors. Don’t hesitate to use this company for your wedding videography :)

as nothing like that. I was told it would take 120 days to receive my video and I also paid for cinematic highlight. I received the video which looked like it could have been put together by someone's drunk uncle and NEVER got the cinematic highlight. They do not respond to calls or emails and stole my money. None of the videos they have on their site or Instagram are anything like the video I received. I could have had someone made a better video on their phone & then to top it off never receiving the cinematic highlight. Beware of these scammers. Do not waste your money!

. There are also numerous complains from the customers who are not happy with the level of service provided by the shooters the owner hires. it appears he is running some scam. Stay away from this company and do not work for them or with them.

ok the time, at our request, to add in a very special unpublished song to it for us from a local music artist, who we are grateful to have as a friend. On our wedding day they captured moments that we will treasure forever. Some faults that we found was that the videographer did not move around much to capture the entire venue. A lot of the raw footage was dark and/or blurry. Also, not all of our guests and venue were shown in the edited version or raw footage. My suggestion to the company is to have the assigned videographer contact the couple before the event and before the editing to make sure they know what and who the couple wants shown. They did send out a questionnaire that asked some of that (which they did have on film) but it would help for the videographer to ask at the event (the event coordinator or even the maid of honor) who is most important to the couple to be shown. I say this because we are an older couple, with this being the first marriage for both of us, and it was special to us that the only remaining parent we have (my mother) attended our day. She was not even shown on the edited version. The videographer definitely did not move around much at all. For a bigger wedding and venue (we did ceremony and reception at the same location), definitely get the second videographer that they offer. Overall, the price fit our budget. We did get a video with our special request song added, our ceremony, clear sound with vows, our first dance, and moments from our day. We received what we needed to get, but honestly had hoped for more. All we had requested was video of the venue, wedding, and reception (we did not use them for other location wedding hair, dress, prep, etc that they offered). We had hoped that a professional videographer and company would know what to capture in a better way, even with budget friendly pricing. We'd like to note that Guy, the owner, was very helpful on calls and with troubles with the downloading process. And again, our videographer was very nice. If you are thinking of purchasing with them, take a close look at the extras that they offer in addition to their original packages, and consider what your vision is for your final video. Also, make sure you communicate with them before, during, and after what you're looking for.

them on short notice and Guy made it happen!

throughout the process, and made everything stress-free. The quality of the final product exceeded our expectations, and the price was very reasonable for such amazing work. Highly recommend!

spoke to her. She never did any prompting for her own shots or anything which is fine but when we got the movie back it was clear she was just following around the photographer so nothing was really original. Also some issues with the audio during the ceremony video.

s absolutely horrible; missed half of my walk down the aisle, as well as my bridal party. The video was focused on the back of my friend’s head while I was walking down the aisle; my guest got better video of my aisle walk with her cell phone. Missed special key moments, such as a special dance performed. Was promised a partial refund and additional edits but never received anything months later and owner is ignoring my emails.

ing.

our video which were never sent to us. It has been almost 3 years now that my husband and I have been married and they still will not remedy the situation. We are extremely disappointed.

king and even helping us choose the perfect package for our day! Our videographer was kind, professional, and was just an overall delight to have around! He also interacted with my 5 year old which was super sweet! My photographer captured a photo I wish I could share here! I would recommend choosing this company for your wedding videos! You won’t regret it!

ided to go for it. I am so glad I did! They were easy to book online and have different packages to choose from. I just received the video and could not have asked for a better memory of the day. The video is beautiful. It was well put together with the music I asked for. Sound quality and picture were on point. I'm so glad I found them and thankful for the beautiful video they created. I will watch it over and over again. I would 100% recommend Our Wedding Movie to any couples looking for a reliable videographer.

with the video and truly appreciate the professionalism and subtle presence of our videographer, Jullian. Definitely recommend this company!

ould did it with the phone it would be better filmed than this. The price is cheap that's why you getting this bad film. Don't hire this you will regret it.

PHENOMENAL. They truly are!!!! Our day was already off to a great start BUT from the moment our videohrapher arrived (promptly on time a PLUS) it was all magical. He captured every moment we requested and moments we hadn't thought of. He was there from the moment of the first stroke of my make up artist's brush until the last dance of the evening. The beautiful way he captured priceless moments on video have left us as well as our guests in awe. The quality is simply SUPERB!!!!!! and their prices are STUPENDOUS for the QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM and RELIABILITY that they deliver!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Our Wedding Movie Inc. to ALL brides in need of an amazing and affordable videographer.

our wedding day, the videographer was pleasant and we almost didn't even notice that he was there, yet they were able to capture our day in such a beautiful way. Both the wedding Hilite and Full Movie are expertly done, matched to our song requests and include all of the special moments from our big day. We will cherish these movies forever! I couldn't recommend Our Wedding Movie more highly.

top notch. Our videographer, Josh, was excellent--obviously, he had a wealth of experience and made several suggestions that proved extremely valuable. I wish I could give them 10 Stars, they did such a fantastic job!

were captured. David got some great shots of my husband joking around with his groomsmen, which was fun to see looking back. We appreciated the extra footage of the church before the ceremony began and the reception hall before guests arrived. Our main goals were to have our big day captured simply, with good quality and an affordable price, and we got all of those things with Our Wedding Movie. We would recommend them to anyone!

photographer worked so well together to make sure to get the perfect shots! 100% would recommend Our Wedding Movie!!!

d. The quality and the pictures were fantastic and we were very pleased with the entire experience and the material he provided for us. We would definitely recommend him to all our friends and family for future events.

video turned out absolutely fantastic! I can’t thank them enough for capturing our special day for us and our families to enjoy for a lifetime. I highly recommend 10/10!

we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a videographer. Thank you for helping us preserve these beautiful memories!” Warm regards, Anna

its, just one running movie. When I got the movie back, the ceremony was blurry and orange!!! I hired a videographer so they could cope with venue lighting and work a camera. They couldn't! The movie was only good for the audio. Throughout the wedding day, the videographer also kept asking me where to stand, what should be filmed, and reminding me about when he needed to leave. He had an itinerary for the day, and I hired a videographer so I wouldn't have to manage them. Leading up to the wedding day, the company would not return my calls even though I was just trying to pay. Thank goodness a family member filmed a back-up video on their iPhone. It was WAY better than the product OurWeddingMovie delivered. Friends of ours had a guest's teenage brother do their movie, and their film is beautiful. The brother used an iPhone, a gimbal, and a toy drone to film it. If you can't afford the crazy prices of videography companies, have someone you know do the video. They will give you something way better than this company can produce.

nd does a nice job. We are very happy with our video!

ou!

eposit and signed the contract and did not hear from him until early September after sending close to 7 emails basically begging for a response. I should have let this vendor go then!! Then comes the end of October and again, I’m chasing him down with multiple emails, my day of coordinator is calling and leaving voice mails still no response!! I was literally chasing them down to pay the remaining money owed as it says in their janky contract that the total fee must be paid 7 days in advance of your event or they reserve the right to not show up. Well, how can I pay the invoice if nobody responds?????? I truly believe that Guy was going to ghost us on the day of our event. So today, 3 says before my wedding my fiancé and I had to find another videographer for our wedding on November 12th. Thank God we found an amazing professional to do it for us!! And that we didn’t go with this sorry excuse of a business! So thankful that we did not waste close to 1K and risk the chance of not even getting our wedding video back. Again, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

d by our wedding coordinator, who's done countless weddings! T was the videographer for our wedding and he was so fun! He kept the energy going and worked well with our photographers! We are so excited to see the finished product! Thanks for helping create a lasting memory of our special day!

ing a part of our special day :) Will continue to recommend to others.

ckage that captured our entire wedding day for a reasonable price. After receiving our wedding movie in the expected timeframe, it was beyond what I expected; it captured ALL the beautiful moments. The first time watching - it brought tears in my eyes when they captured our vows and we were able to see all the moments we missed on our day. The videographer was so EASY to work with the day of & Guy Batista has been so wonderful, communicative and super responsive throughout the whole wedding process. I highly recommend Our Wedding Move, Inc. You won't regret it!

f a wedding. They were fun to work with and I would recommend overall this company! We can not wait for our video!

ll of their work. Both were polite and courteous and were able to answer any questions we may have had. You can’t go wrong with Our Wedding Movie.

ner, Guy, he assured me all would be well if I returned the documents he needed when requested so he can do his properly. I was on top of my duties. I did have to follow up a couple times to ensure they received everything and to make final payment. A couple days before Guy, sent a confirmation of final details and who would be our videographer. Jimmy arrived on the wedding day! What a nice guy! He was professional, patient, and all though our reception was not filled with to much of the traditional speeches and dances, he was interactive and made sure to capture special moments that did occur! Our video arrived in my inbox 2 weeks before the promised date and we love it! Thank you Guy and Jimmy for capturing our special day!

ct and videographer) to give him the final payment. All immediate communication from him stopped after we signed the contract. I’m beyond upset and I hope we get our video. I should’ve paid attention to the Yelp reviews that stated almost the exact same thing as we’re going through. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

oks great, and getting the raw footage as well was a nice bonus. The other reviews' notes about communication aren't wrong; it could sometimes be worrying not to hear anything at times (just given the existing uncertainty COVID brought to everything). But overall this was a good choice and would recommend with that caveat.

out from my wedding, I have emailed 5+ times. No response. I get it, vendors are incredibly busy. But to hear absolutely NOTHING, is unacceptable. I thankfully found another videographer a week before the wedding, and cancelled with this joke of a company. Emailed to tell them we were cancelling, and still have not heard a single thing. If communication is important to you, do not go with this company. Even if the price is good, there are other companies out there who are just as reasonable. DONT waste your money here if video is important to you.

rm to fill out a week before the wedding of time and details and whenever an invoice needed to be paid but that’s it. I received no communication after the wedding and reached out several times after to find out when I would get my video. They violated our contract and sent the video over a month later than what was written in my contract and after numerous email and phone calls were made. Didn’t feel personal or like my wedding was really cared about. Price is the only good thing about this place but there is a reason why they are so cheap. Please use your money wisely and invest it into a videography company that has great customer service and really cares about you and your wedding.

that, and most of what I saw was positive. Fast forward to today, two weeks before my wedding, we notified 'Our Wedding Movie' in February that we had relocated our wedding to our back yard because COVID, and they responded back very quickly that we were good as it was still in their service area. That we WOULD receive a form 3 weeks before our wedding date to confirm venue, times, etc. 3 weeks before was last Saturday, nothing. Call, no answer, email, no reply. Multiple attempts at both, nothing, until yesterday when I called and left another VM telling them this felt very uncomfortable for me. I expressed my concerns at other reviews showing this to be a pattern of behavior from them. First thing next morning, I have the form in my inbox, no call back, no message apologizing, nothing; just a form in my inbox that I have no good feelings about. 'Our Wedding Movie' puts on a good front at first, but then when it comes down to the deadlines, they drop the ball. They leave you hanging. That is not an experience any Groom or Bride should have to have leading into their wedding day. Things can be stressful enough, why do they add to it? I would not book this vendor again if I was asked, I am already looking at alternatives to replace them, because I don't trust them.

after our wedding I would not recommend them at all. We ordered the video discs and I started reaching out 2 months after our wedding wanting an update. No response. I called/emailed monthly with no response. 16 MONTHS later I threatened legal action and they immediately sent me my wedding video. The disc arrived with only 5 minutes of audio!!! They didn't even check to see if the disc worked. I still have gotten no response from them at all! This is unbelievable. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt because of COVID but not anymore.
