Our Destination Weddings

of family and friends counting on you to make sure their first international trip is safe, successful, and seamless, it can be even more overwhelming. When I tell you Our Destination Wedding DID THAT!!! From beginning to end, they made us feel so comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire experience. They were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful and they went far beyond just being a travel agency. As a bride, there were so many decisions to make, and they offered genuine advice and guidance that helped me make the best choices for our wedding, our guests, and the overall experience. They made everything look so easy that I literally had guests coming to me asking if they could use them just to plan their own small family vacations out of the country! 😂 That alone says so much about the experience they provided. Planning a destination wedding is a HUGE undertaking, especially when you’re responsible for so many people, and having a team that makes you feel like everything is handled is priceless. I would recommend Our Destination Wedding to ANYONE looking for a smooth, organized, and stress-free destination wedding experience. Well done!!! 👏🏽 We absolutely LOVE them and will 100% be using them again for future travel!

down in the Dominican Republic. Carol helped us pick the resort that worked best for our group. We were looking for a resort with a fun vibe, variety of pools, good food/drinks, and an overall great atmosphere. She knew the perfect place, Dreams Onyx, which was everything we were looking for and more. The Destination Wedding group helped all our guests book their rooms, answer any pressing questions, and arrange transportation to and from the airport. We had many guests, and Destination Weddings helped us with each and every one of them. It was beyond helpful to be able to call Carol, especially during the week of our wedding with emergencies, room challenges with the hotel, and other uncertainties that arose. If you are looking for someone to help you with your wedding group bookings, look no further because Destination Weddings was the perfect fit and helped us with everything we needed.

rol and her team when it comes to planning a destination wedding. Carol is incredibly patient, kind, and dedicated to helping couples find their dream destination. She goes above and beyond to make the entire process as stress-free as possible. Her team is equally amazing and provides exceptional support not only for the bride and groom, but also for the wedding party and family members who may have additional questions. They always make themselves available and are genuinely invested in making everything run smoothly. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Our Destination Weddings. Even now, I still recommend destination weddings to anyone who's getting married because of the incredible experience Carol and her team provided us. Their guidance, support, and attention to detail helped create memories that we'll cherish for a lifetime.

sh, not only for us but also for all of our guests. The resort recommendations they provided were all excellent, and we ultimately chose Dreams Onyx. It was the perfect choice—our family and friends had an amazing time enjoying the resort’s activities, delicious food, and beautiful amenities. We highly recommend Our Destinations Weddings to anyone looking for assistance with wedding room blocks. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the planning process stress-free, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you for helping make our wedding celebration so memorable!

sive resort that checked all my boxes! They were very communicative through the entire process. They were always there to answer my questions and respond to my guests. My wedding day was one of the most beautiful days of my life. Thank you ODW ❤️ "With Love," Maylene & Randell

k the guess work out of it all, and made sure the travel arrangements were taken care of (even some very last minute changes). They answered my 100 questions and it never felt as if I was bothering them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

you!!!

nsport was flawless. The answer emails often in a timely manner especially in the beginning when they are securing you as a client. They were also helpful in narrowing down venues for the wedding. However, the true test of a travel agency is how they handle things when plans go wrong, and that is where they fell short. When we ran into actual issues during our wedding trip, they were of little help. They were notified of the issues, acknowledged they were working on a solution, and never got back to us. The don’t book travel-, I’m assuming because they don’t get a commission from it, so all of that fell on the couple to figure out and help guests with. To make matters worse, once the trip was over, we never received a single congratulation, a welcome home message, or any follow-up whatsoever. It became incredibly clear that this was purely transactional for them. I think that stung the most. Hopefully they are doing better by other brides and at least pretending like they care about their wedding and simply congratulating them and welcoming them home. Their website says they treat your wedding like it’s their own but I didn’t quite get that service.

king our dream wedding a reality. Carol was always there whenever we needed !  They handled all of the travel arrangements smoothly, answered every question we had, and made the entire process stress-free for us and our guests. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly service gave us complete confidence every step of the way. Our wedding was everything we had hoped for, and we know we couldn't have done it without their support and expertise. We are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding or special trip. Thank you for helping create memories we'll cherish forever!

ing travel details or any pertinent details regarding the hotel stay to our guests and they were well prepared upon arrival! You cannot go wrong in using Our Destination Weddings as your travel agent!

reviews for their attentiveness and professionalism, which ultimately led me to choose them. I started my journey with Our Destination Weddings about a year and a half before my April 2026 wedding. Initially, I had between 85 and 90 guests interested in attending, and from the very beginning, the process was easy and smooth. My booking agent and group coordinator was Carol, and she was absolutely amazing—helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable, and always available when I needed assistance. Carol made the entire process seamless. She handled all the work, including creating a personalized website with a booking link that I could share with my guests. I didn’t have to worry about travel arrangements and could focus on planning my wedding. Then came the devastating Jamaican storm of October 2025. Initially, the resort I  booked intended to remain open. However, about 30 days later, they announced they would be closing for a time period beyond my wedding date.  I didn’t want to move the wedding to another country, and there were very few alternative options available on the island. Carol was incredible throughout this entire situation. She kept me levelheaded, and while I knew I wasn’t her only client dealing with this challenge, she always made me feel like I was. Honestly, had it not been for Carol, I was so frustrated by the uncertainty surrounding the resort change that I may not have ended up having the reception I originally envisioned and wanted. We  found a new resort and ODW completely transferred my entire group. They handled all the legwork, secured the contracts with the new resort, and managed the details without placing any additional stress on me. It was definitely a stressful time, but without someone like Carol assisting me, I truly don’t know what I would have done. There were several times when I wanted to throw in the towel, but Carol was always there to encourage me to keep moving forward. She continually reassured me that my day would come, that it would be beautiful, and that everything we were going through would ultimately be worth it. After the resort change, additional deposits were required that hadn’t been part of the original plan. Even then, Carol and her team were incredibly accommodating. They worked with guests to create payment schedules that worked for everyone. Transportation was arranged, travel plans were finalized, and every detail was put into place. I truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. Traveling to Jamaica and getting to the resort was seamless. They absolutely knocked it out of the park when it came to their responsibilities and support. My wedding day was beautiful. Everyone had an amazing time, and everything went off without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend Our Destination Weddings to anyone planning a destination wedding. The only unfortunate part is that you can’t specifically request Carol and are instead assigned an agent. If I did it again, I’d want Carol..  Carol is caring, encouraging, and full of great advice whenever difficult decisions need to be made. If you’re planning a destination wedding and want a team that will advocate for you, handle the details, and help ensure everything is exactly the way you envision it, Our Destination Weddings is the company to use.

o book and took care of all of the major and minor details so we didn't have to. We would highly recommend this duo to anyone planning their destination wedding!

t the entire process. From helping us choose the PERFECT resort to assisting our guests with travel arrangements and questions along the way, they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Choosing the right resort is such a huge decision for a destination wedding, and they absolutely guided us in the right direction — our wedding weekend was everything we dreamed of and more! Our guests had an amazing experience, travel went smoothly, and everyone is STILL talking about how incredible the trip was (and asking when “part 2” is happening 😂). Planning a destination wedding can be stressful at times, but Carol & Carolisa truly cared about making sure everything came together and that we had the best experience possible. We are so grateful for all of their help, guidance, patience, and hard work throughout this journey. If you’re planning a destination wedding, group trip, honeymoon, or vacation — look no further. We would recommend them over and over again and can’t wait to work with them again in the future! Thank you both for helping make the best weekend of our lives possible! 🤍

lock, and hotel transfers to/from. If anyone had a question, they were extremely responsive, handling everything without bother the bride (much appreciated). They definitely know what they are doing and provide such calming wisdom in a naturally hectic wedding planning process!

th a consultation with Carol, and she was so helpful in answering all of my questions. She assisted with getting me connected to the resort when communication was difficult. After two weeks of trying to solidify a date, Carol was able to help secure it and get consistent communication moving. From the room block, guest questions, travel concerns, and everything else that came up, Carol was always available to assist. I highly recommend their services. The customer service was amazing, and I have no complaints. The website was easy for guests to use, and the booking process was seamless. I absolutely loved working with them and would use them all over again. Even when two rooms canceled the week before the wedding, they were a huge help with communicating with the resort and assisting us through the process. Wedding Location: Dreams Onyx / Punta Cana, DR (4/11/26) Highly recommend!

my vision and budget. They were fast at responding to my emails and all of my questions. And even more helpful once my guest started booking their rooms and flights. They helped me keep up and track my guest count so that I didnt go over my budget. And they also kept me in the loop when I reached certain perks. Overall great experience. I was married in the DR May 2026. And although nothing went as planned it all went there way it was supposed to and I wouldn't change a thing.

planning from afar much less stressful and helped us through every step. We’re so thankful for their help and would definitely recommend them to other couples planning a destination wedding.

in many Mexico/Jamaica/Carribbean wedding groups so it was an easy yes for us after our 1st consult. They made everything with our wedding in Mexico an absolute breeze. Between helping us choose the resort, to countless emails in between, getting our loved ones there, etc it was just a great experience. These ladies are the sweetest, hardest working team and our guests have expressed wanting to use them for all their travel needs going forward. You will not be disappointed!!

out of the country. I got married in Cancun MX at Dreams Riviera Cancun, and it was absolutely beautiful. From my very first meeting with Carol, I knew I was in good hands. The entire team was incredibly professional, organized, and excellent with follow-up. I especially appreciated being able to ask Carol for her personal opinion. As a destination bride herself, she offered thoughtful insight that truly helped shape my big day. That level of care and experience made all the difference. The team was always responsive, supportive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. I can truly say the ODW team relieved so much stress when it came to booking and coordination. If you’re considering a destination wedding, I highly recommend working with them

n it came to travel. As a type A, I couldn't wrap my head around how much work needed to be done to ensure my guests knew everything necessary to book their trip & get to Punta Cana with little to no hiccups. I was referred to ODW through Rachel, the wedding planner at Kukua Beach Club (the venue I booked). Upon our initial consultation, Carol was extremely knowledgeable & honest about expectations, and gave us a clear overview of the process. Throughout the entire planning process, Carol & Carolisa were instrumental to keeping me at ease. They created the travel page for us, where guests could go to book their rooms. They also gathered flight information, payments, and sent reminders on everything related to travel, including airport transfers. They were able to accommodate changes guests made to their booking, and were responsive to many of our guests questions. When the wedding got closer, they sent email reminders about airport transfers & the required E-ticket. It was a HUGE weight off of my shoulders. Although the resort they recommended didn't end up meeting our expectations, Carol made sure she understood my concerns. She helped facilitate communication between me and resort, and stepped in when necessary. She followed up with me even after the wedding and made sure I was still receiving support. I wouldn't recommend ODW enough! Thanks to them, I truly had the best and smoothest time traveling to my wedding.

tly as promised. I cannot recommend ODW enough. They took so much stress off my shoulders and handled the entire situation like total pros. Any time I needed something—even in the days leading up to the wedding—Carolina was just a quick call away and always answered. Thank you so much for everything

both English and Spanish truly made a difference by eliminating any language barriers. They were incredibly responsive and always quick to reply to emails, even while on vacation. We truly felt supported every step of the way. ODW absolutely earned 5 stars, and we would recommend them with our eyes closed!

d making the arrangements for our transportation to the resort. There was not a single hiccup and I loved the transportation company (my husband could have talked to them for hours about baseball!) If you want someone to take care of your travel arrangements, Carol and team truly make it easy!

e celebration—so much so that our guests are already asking us to make it an annual tradition. Their warmth, professionalism, and expert coordination made everything feel effortless. We loved every second and can’t wait to work with them again on our family trip next summer! Photo Credit: @m.e.photofilms Venue: @breathlessrivieracancun Planner: @emmaweddings82

ation for everywhere was great! They helped us plan the stay and wedding of our dreams! 100% would give them 5 stars again and again!

g for. They also took care of setting up a room block for our guests, which made things so much easier for everyone. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Super helpful, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re planning a trip or a wedding, definitely reach out to them. We’re so glad we did!

een the same without them. The value was incredible — they worked within my budget, fought for the best rates, and made sure my guests had options they were comfortable with. Every penny felt like it went toward peace of mind. But what truly set them apart was their heart. Their professionalism was perfection, but their attitude… that’s what changed everything for me. They were patient, warm, and supportive in a way that felt so personal. We talked almost every day, and now that the wedding is over, I genuinely miss our conversations. It felt like losing a little piece of my daily routine, because they weren’t just planning my trip — they were walking through the entire experience with me. When negative reviews started coming out about the resort after I booked, I was overwhelmed and scared. Carol never let me spiral. She reassured me, kept me grounded, and reminded me that everything would work out. And she was right. She handled every single guest, even the difficult ones, with unbelievable grace. She made me feel understood, taken care of, and never alone in the process. Carol didn’t feel like a travel agent… she felt like a sister. And I will always be grateful for her.
