Bianca and the entire OFJCC Events Services team were amazing to work with for my 50th birthday party! From the planning leading up to the event through the night of the party, Bianca was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The venue was perfect for our celebration, and the Events Services team made sure everything was set up and ready for us. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We had an amazing night, and I really appreciate everything Bianca and the team did to help make my 50th birthday such a memorable event. The entire event staff at the OFJCC worked together seamlessly to make our two large events run incredibly well. Our main point person, both in 2024 and 2026, was Esteban. Brandi worked to fill in any gaps/questions on the days Esteban was off. We also collaborated a bit with Bianca and David. The whole team works together to respond to each and every email within a few hours, sometimes within minutes. They were always professional, friendly, and did everything they could to make our lives easier, as the parents of the bar and bat mitzvah. We had both our parties on the fourth floor conference center, with the sliding glass doors open for a fluid outdoor-indoor set up. It was beautiful! There are lantern lights that remain strung on the balcony area, adding to the ambience. Their software to map out the layout we created with them was very accurate, and they quickly made updates whenever necessary. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the OFJCC to any family hosting a significant event or life milestone!

The Oshman Family JCC located in Palo Alto, California and is one of the most beautiful venue locations on the Peninsula. This premier location offers several unique event spaces totaling 20,000 sq. feet. Flexible planning options make this an ideal place for weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate meetings, engagement parties, BNI groups, Holiday Parties, birthday parties and more. We offer an array of versatile venues to accommodate any event, from 70 to 300 people. Room rates depend on the space used and the number of guests at your event. Room rates include tables and chairs set to client specification, access to our free parking garage (while available), free Wi-Fi, housekeeping and an event attendant who will be available throughout your event to answer questions and assist with any last-minute needs or changes. We are proud to offer preferred pricing with a number of local vendors, including catering, linens, event décor, entertainment and more. We also have an array of audio/visual offerings, including virtual event options such as onsite streaming and recording, offsite streaming and recording and editing. Our Virtual event options allow you to include loved ones near and far on your special day.

We especially appreciated their attention to detail, flexibility with site visits, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything came together smoothly. They were always prepared, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Their exceptional hospitality and support truly made the experience easy and enjoyable. One moment that really stood out was when we unexpectedly ran out of paper plates and napkins during the event. Esteban’s team immediately stepped in and provided replacements from their own supply without hesitation. That level of thoughtfulness and willingness to help is a perfect example of the care they put into making sure everything was taken care of.
