Unfortunately, our experience with this wedding coordination company was extremely disappointing.
Several important details were missed on our wedding day, including our wine cere...
mony setup, memorial chair, table wines/champagnes, seating chart, staff seating, and wedding cake. My husband and other vendors had to step in and handle responsibilities that should have been handled by the coordinator.
What was most upsetting was the lack of professionalism and attitude. I repeatedly had to remind the coordinator about tasks, and at the end of the night, after I provided detailed packing lists and asked multiple times if everything had been packed, she rolled her eyes at me in front of my guests and told me she was leaving.
We later discovered missing, broken, and damaged items.
A wedding coordinator should allow the couple to enjoy their wedding—not leave the bride standing in the rain trying to supervise the coordinator’s job.
Very disappointing experience and not the level of service we paid for.
I loved Ashlee and Hannah! They were so easy to work with and very timely mannered on getting day of itineraries out, paid attention to details and really nailed the ceremony lineu...
p! They also were the best when something’s went downhill with the DJ and made sure everything was spot on & or corrected the Dj when he needed to be, not to mentioned always made sure I had a “refreshment” in my hand😉 They helped clean up at the end of the night and during the entire wedding as well which was a big help!
I cannot recommend Orchard and Oak highly enough! I hired them for day of coordination, and what Hannah and Ashlee delivered went far beyond that service in every possible way.
...
About six weeks before our wedding, our venue was going through a turnover and essentially ghosted us during a really critical time. Even though this was well outside the scope of typical day of coordination, Hannah stepped in immediately and helped us navigate the situation. She advocated for us, helped negotiate pricing, and made sure we were supported and protected when we needed it most. Her calm guidance during such a stressful moment made all the difference.
From there, both Hannah and Ashlee went above and beyond in ways I never expected from a day of coordination package. Hannah took the time to truly understand my vision and made sure every detail came together exactly as I had imagined. The night before the wedding, she even came to our home to pick up all of our décor, signage, and details and personally transported everything to the venue so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
On the wedding day, Hannah and Ashlee executed everything flawlessly. They worked seamlessly together to ensure every setup detail was perfect and that the timeline ran smoothly. I never once had to think about logistics or stress about what was happening behind the scenes. Hannah helped me through dress changes and kept everything on schedule, while Ashlee was constantly making sure everything was set up correctly and running exactly as planned.
At the end of the night, when most coordinators would have already wrapped up their responsibilities, they were still helping in ways we never expected. They packed up our entire bridal suite, organized all of our belongings, and helped load everything into our friends’ and family’s cars even using her own car to help transport items. She then personally drove us back to our hotel after the wedding, which was truly above and beyond.
What we received wasn’t just day of coordination it was genuine care, dedication, and two people who were fully invested in making our wedding day perfect. Because of Hannah and Ashlee, we were able to relax, be present, and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day.
If you’re considering Orchard and Oak for coordination services, book them immediately. Even if you’re “just” hiring day of coordination like we did, you’ll receive a level of support, professionalism, and heart that far exceeds expectations. I would recommend them a thousand times over.
Hannah and Ashlee were AMAZING to work with for our recent wedding. Throughout the whole planning process they were always so responsive and helpful. It was such a relief to work ...
with someone whom I trusted and I never once felt like I needed to worry. As for the day of everything went so seamlessly. Hannah and Ashlee took care of every last detail and it was so nice to not have to think about a single thing and actually be able to enjoy our day. I had multiple people comment the next day that they felt like everything was perfect and how nothing seemed to go wrong and I contribute that all to The Orchard and Oak Collective
"From the outset, Hannah and Ashlee were nothing short of extraordinary. Their ability to listen to our ideas and transform them into a cohesive, stunning reality was remarkable. ...
They navigated every aspect of our wedding with professionalism and passion, making the entire process stress-free. The day itself was flawless, thanks to their meticulous planning and coordination. We were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our wedding, knowing we were in the best hands."
