f-state, and their flexibility in working with us was so helpful. They were so open to some of our less traditional requests, like serving fried cheese curds as an appetizer (which were amazing!). We received so many compliments on how great all of the food was, how well the family style serving we chose went, and how friendly and cheerful their entire staff was. We recommend Open Flame to anyone looking for a great caterer for their next event. Or if you're just looking for a place to eat out one night, check out their restaurant in Hales Corners!
