From first contact to the day of the wedding, Angie at Onset Bay Center was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was constantly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and kind thr...
oughout the entire process of settling on costs, answering my never-ending questions, accommodating my many requests to come in with various family/friends/vendors to work out logistics, as well as providing the equipment we needed to work on said logistics. And, even though we ended up not needing the space on the day (it was our Plan B location directly across the street from our original ceremony location), she even let our day-of coordinator (Brianna Rose Events) borrow their ladder to get our decor in place across the street! Angie worked with the town to get us answers on guest parking in the marina lot next door so we didn't have to play phone tag with them. She really was so much more helpful than I think she knew.
The space is also really lovely! By the time we would have used it, it had gotten a fresh coat of paint inside as well as brand new wood floors. The view and natural lighting in early spring is exquisite, even on a rainy day (there were a few rainy/cloudy planning days spent there, and we never once thought to turn on any more lights than the basic runners overhead.)
Finally, I'd like to add that this location is a great way to support the local community, as the funds for events go into activities and education for young and old as well as maintenance of the local ecology. You really can't go wrong booking this place (even as a Plan B location!)
