How did I get here? One day while talking on the phone with family telling me about how their day is and some of the amazing things she had to do. She is an entrepreneur and wears many different hats, with many different rolls. While speaking with her always rooting for you even you are at end of why this is always happening. So, after a long conversation I took an interest in what she was doing and was wondering how I can do what she is doing. She also mentions looking at videos on YouTube and Facebook to build community or network with people. So, I attend an ice breaker meet up online with Carolyn Gray. There I was able to get a better understanding of what being a Public Notary is or can be. After her session I signed up with the state, I live in to become a Notary. Got my Commission then O & E Insurance. The stamp. Then I signed up for Mark Wills Loan Signing System Program to become a signing agent. After seeing several videos about making so much money as a signing agent I was sure I knew this was it. I changed mind after a few days later because I saw I could just do General Notary work and it would work out well. After many conversations with other Notaries some of them had full-time jobs like I do, family and did this part time so they don’t have to work a second job. Information overload was happing 24/7. One minute I want to Inspection, Wedding Officiant, Power of Attorney, I-9, Real Estate, Schools, Apostille, Permit Runner, and everything community. But one day I came to understand what I needed to choose. So, I decided on a few things and stick to it until I became better at it. I am still a Mobile Notary, the owner of Only Notary Etc. LLC my niches are General Notary, Loaning Signing, Wedding Officiant, POA, and soon RON online notary service since I just took my CEU credit for the state. That is also required every 2 years education training. After being in business for 2 years, I can now make good business choices because I listen to others and take my time to make money not let the money make me. Best feeling in the world for me is everything on me for REAL. If I show up for work or not work, it on me to Win! And you can do it to by just showing up for yourself every minute, hour, days, weeks, months which will turn into years. By Antoinette Drake
