My husband and I chose to elope, so our wedding day was very small and intimate, and choosing the right photographer and videographer was so important to us. Once Upon a Time Photo...
& Film made the entire process so easy! They were so easy to communicate with, incredibly kind, and truly understood the vision we had for our day. Our content captured not only how beautiful everything looked, but the emotions and little moments that made the day so special. We are so excited to have this to look back on forever.
Once Upon A Time captured our wedding day with photo and video and did an AMAZING job. They are all so professional, skilled, and caring! The edited films especially were beautiful...

Once Upon a Time did an amazing job capturing our wedding video! We have a highlight reel (and separately edited Instagram reel) we love so much, and are so happy to have the cerem...
ony and dance videos separately so we can watch them on their own for the memories. I would absolutely recommend them for your wedding!
We had our wedding at the end of September and recently got our videos back from Natalie and Alex from Once Upon a Time. We had the Fairytale 3250 package, which included a highlig...
ht video, ceremony, speeches and dances, guestbook recordings, and drone footage, and it was perfect for us! We felt bad because we were so overwhelmed during planning and didn’t know what we wanted so we didn’t give Natalie a lot of direction with our film. No direction ended up being perfect because Natalie put together the most splendid footage and captured our day PERFECTLY! Rewatching the videos brought us right back to the beauty, fun, and emotions of the day! Both videographers jumped right in and helped the day go so smoothly! They worked really well together with our photographer. The set up process was really straight forward with a detailed form for song selection and potential shots. Natalie and Alex were the sweetest to work with! We will cherish these videos forever!
Natalie and her team did an OUTSTANDING job, if i could give them ten stars I would!! They made up a whole brand new package to cater to our budget needs and that truly meant the w...
orld to us. Most vendors nowadays make you feel terrible for not having a massive budget but once I told natalie what our budegt was she almost instantly made a pacakge fitted to us! They have great and speedy communication. WE receieved our footage back in less than a month and it was PERFECT!!! Day of they didnt rush my Husband or I and helped us ease our nerves! We will recommend them to anyone who needs a videographer! Thank you Natalie (and team) for helping our speical day become a dream come true!
Natalie and her team assembled beautiful footage of my wedding day. I can now look back at the special moments and feel the emotions of that day. Great communication, respect, and ...

eat everything turned out. They were all so professional to work with. Shout out to Kat and Alex for all their creativity and ensuring we got all the shots and video content the day of. Hire this team!! You won't regret it!

We absolutely love our wedding video from Once Upon a Time!! Natalie was very responsive and easy to worth with during the planning process and Alex our videographer on-site did an...
amazing job of capturing everything! When the bar did not end up moving to the location we were told it would and had planned for Alex to do the guest interviews at, he improvised and made sure to set up for the interviews by the existing bar so he could get as many guest messages as possible and we are so grateful for that! Once Upon a Time is also one of the only videographers I found that allows you to really customize what you want from your wedding video. My husband and I wanted something less trendy aesthetic and more classic documentary-style wedding video and we got exactly what we requested and are so happy with the results!

th our photographer and coordinator. The videos we received afterward (in a very timely manner) were absolutely beautiful, and made us tear up and feel those big wedding emotions all over again. I’m so glad to have our precious memories captured on film. We highly recommend using Once Upon A Time!!
They were amazing! I've never liked being filmed, but they made me feel so confident on my wedding day and it came out so beautifully.
We hired Once Upon A Time Films to do videography at our wedding in March, and I could not be any happier with them!!
Right from the initial outreach, Natalie was communicative, ...
prompt and proactive. The team onsite at our wedding was professional, low-key (I didn't even notice they were there half the time!), made us feel comfortable, and worked well with our photographer to coordinate shots and not step over each other.
We recently got our videos back and I am floored at what a great job they did! They provided us with our main highlight video, footage of the speeches and dances, the full ceremony, and a teaser film that we can use to show friends/family (or post on social media) that may not want to watch the full highlight film. The quality and flow of the videos is perfect!! I didn't give them much to work with (I'm not really knowledgeable on videos, and I didn't have strong preferences about style etc.) so many of the stylistic choices were theirs, and I am thrilled with them.
Once Upon A Films did an incredible job and was an incredible value cost-wise in my opinion! I will be recommending them to any friends getting married in the future. Thank you all so much!!!

all of our questions. We enjoyed working with our videographer Jason. He did an amazing job and added little creative touches during filming that made our Highlight video unique and so special. I honestly can’t stop watching it. The film just puts you right back in that moment. Everything was very well done, and our families have shared the video with everyone they know. We couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend working with them.
They did an amazing job, were super nice and professional. Would highly highly recommend them!!

uding an engagement photo session. We worked with the same photographer (Katherine) for the engagement shoot, and on the day of the wedding along with a team of others. Katherine took time to get to know us for sure, and was so kind and sensitive to personal hang ups like what side I liked to be photographed from or what lighting looked best. Everyone we worked with from Once Upon a Time on the day of our wedding was very professional, and made us feel so comfortable and happy on our wedding day. We received a bunch of beautiful photos and multiple films. All of the photos and films that we received couldn’t have been a more perfect and personalized picture of how truly special and beautiful that day was to us.

ilarious and easy to work with as well. We are so grateful to them because the videos they captured showed us a whole other side of our wedding day that we missed being caught up in the moment! So many details would have been forgotten without them. I chose to let Natalie do her thing for our highlight video and the music she chose was absolutely perfect for us. We love our highlight video and still watch it often even a year later. It perfectly captured our big day. We can’t recommend them highly enough!!

wedding day were so respectful and professional, made us feel so comfortable and caught such special moments. The highlight video is absolutely incredible and such a beautiful way to remember the day (and for us to see some moments we didn’t even know happened!). Couldn’t be more pleased and grateful.
We originally didn't plan on having a videographer at our wedding, but so glad we decided to book Natalie and her team! We will definitely cherish our wedding film for a lifetime. ...
Special thanks to David, our videographer, who was such a trooper for filming many parts of our wedding in the rain! He worked well with my photographer, had a great attitude, and went above and beyond for us. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could!
I think the only feedback I have is that it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the vows would be shorten and pieced together for the voiceover. It wasn't too big of a deal for us, but just wanted to put it out there since I know that many of us spend a lot of time and effort writing those vows. Natalie does give you the option to have one re-edit, so you do have a say on what parts of your vows you want to include in your highlight film. You also get an unedited film of your whole ceremony, so the complete vows will be captured there.
Once Upon a Time were great! They got so many cute shots, and even somehow convinced me and my husband to dance like nobody was watching. I wanted a fairytale video, and I got it. ...
The videographers were also just incredibly nice and did their best to get all the shots they could in the time we had. It took a reasonable amount of time to get the videos back too! Very professional, great price and for great quality!
David was great! He was punctual and captured some of the best moments from our wedding.
