Once Upon A Paper did not deliver my order by the time dated on the contract. She kept asking for extensions, which I was foolish enough to keep granting. She kept saying that they... would be done "for sure", but they never were. Finally, after waiting 3 weeks for my invitations, I fired her. She then refused to refund my money for my transaction. She does beautiful work, and is affordable (about $5 per invite for my wedding), but is rediculously unreliable. when I mentioned her name to others in my area, they would tell me this was indicative of her work ethic. I wish I'd never tried Once Upon A Paper.
