We first had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren Fleer who we loved & checked in on us multiple times throughout the planning process even though that’s not part of her job! Our day of coordinator through On Trend was Libby Kopinski and oh my gosh I could not say enough good things about her!!!! She fought to make sure every single one of my plans & visions was executed, and she worked SO hard and set up our entire wedding decor single handedly!!! As a type A bride I put a lot of work into the decor and had a vision and my GOODNESS did Libby slay. On top of the decor, Libby was organized, made sure we always had a drink in hand, and was there to help me calm my emotions when I couldn’t stop crying due to excitement 5 minutes before the ceremony 😂 all of my family and bridal party members loved Libby, and she’s one of the people who I will truly never forget from my day. Book her!!!!

There are truly not enough words to give Lauren the credit she deserves! She is absolutely AMAZING, and hiring her as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. I have ZERO regrets! Our entire wedding day ran ahead of schedule, and I genuinely felt zero stress from start to finish. I was able to completely trust Lauren and enjoy every moment of the day, knowing everything was being taken care of. She was always one step ahead and somehow had a solution for everything—including knowing exactly how to get a makeup stain out of my dress before the ceremony! 😂 Our entire vendor team complimented Lauren’s timeline and organization and told us how smoothly everything ran. Even my maid of honor was able to fully enjoy the day and be present with me instead of worrying about logistics. Lauren went above and beyond in every possible way. She made our wedding day feel effortless, organized, and stress-free, and we are SO incredibly happy we chose her to be our day-of coordinator! our actual wedding day… I would have never been able to do it without Lauren! There definitely would have been a lot of things that I did not think of, which would have made the actual day of our wedding pretty chaotic without her. From planning a detailed and impeccable time line to coordinating all the things before, during, and after the ceremony & reception - Lauren made sure I was comfortable with all the plans and I never felt like I did not have control of my big day. She had so many great ideas for us, which really helped because I had no idea what I was doing. During rehearsal, she ensured everyone knew what to do & when to do it, and she carried it out so well on our wedding day. I can truly say, I don’t know what I would have done without her! Our wedding day was so perfect and special, all thanks to L + A Wedding Planning!

coordinator and we met multiple times over Zoom leading up to the day to review every detail that we had planned. Lauren checked in multiple times and confirmed all of the details, timelines, and events for our wedding and made sure everything was printed out for our wedding. I know there were so many things that were happening behind the scenes the day of our wedding, and I’m so grateful that we didn’t have to stress or think about a single detail- we just relaxed and enjoyed every moment of our day. I HIGHLY recommend On Trend Events and just want to give a shout out to Libby since she worked so hard behind the scenes (and saved us by getting our marriage license out of my locked car and bringing it to the ceremony). I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her there for our day❤️

From my very first phone call with Lauren before we even officially booked her, I knew she needed to be part of our vendor team. I instantly felt at ease and like I would be in the best hands if she was there on our wedding day. Not only was she a fantastic partner with us and all of our vendors, but she became a friend along the way too. Lauren made our wedding day go perfectly and smoothly (even despite challenges that inevitability come up on a wedding day and despite our wedding day being very rainy). She and her assistant Libby made sure that every little detail was set up and seen through to perfection. I had a good amount of decor, signage, a big memory table, and more little touches here and there that they set up. When I finally came into the reception space and saw it all, I was floored with how great it looked. I had a vision and trusted those that I hired to carry it out and they delivered. Lauren not only coordinated on our wedding day but coordinated our rehearsal the evening before. This was extremely helpful and comforting for us as the bride and groom and for our entire wedding party and family. In addition to the set up and coordination of vendors on the day, Lauren made sure to check on me several times and ensure I had everything I needed. She goes beyond just the practical parts of coordination and makes her brides/couples feel so loved and supported. If you’re looking for a wedding or event coordinator/planner, look no further. Not only did Lauren walk through our wishes minute by minute of the wedding day, but she also provided great insight into things she has seen go well/poorly throughout her career as a wedding planner. Lauren was a professional throughout the entire process and made us feel like the most important people in the world. I never felt like Lauren was "too busy" or like I wasn't her sole priority. The best part is that day of, I didn't have to do a thing besides enjoy my day. I am sure things went wrong, but I never knew about it or had to make any last minute decisions. Lauren took care of it all and it allowed me to just enjoy the day with my now husband!
