On the Mic Entertainment

helpful and communicative, Devin helped make our vision come to life. Our cold sparks did not work for our entrance, but Brian was super helpful in giving us a refund and the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend On the Mic for any DJ services!!

e reception entrance, and Devon did a great job pivoting and picking the perfect song for them. We really appreciated his flexibility and professionalism, and he helped make our reception such a fun and memorable night!

better DJ! He absolutely killed it, kept the vibes going for hours on end and our dance floor got so many compliments. We are so grateful to him, for making our night so special, thank you again! 100% worth the money, the professionalism is insane, they will go above and beyond for you so if you have any doubts, take this review and absolutely book them immediately

uch a fantastic job procuring the exact vision and vibe we were going for, and was so exceptionally kind and patient through the whole process. I would highly recommend the entire team!

He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

worked well with us and was very accommodating. We were a little indecisive before the wedding, but he was able to find and add in our last minute details and requests. He played a good selection of quieter music during the cocktail hour and dinner. I think he played most everything we requested and ran a good playlist of other songs that fit with our vibe. The dance floor was hopping whether with our older guests, our friends and cousins, and the little kids. Many guests commented to us that the DJ was great, and we agree! Thanks to Michael and to Brian, the owner of On the Mic!

ating happened a few days before the wedding. We were told we would have to pay more than what our contract stated because there was a two-hour gap between the ceremony and reception. However, I had already explained the exact hours we needed when booking and had also paid extra to have them provide music for the ceremony. Thankfully, we were able to get that resolved. The biggest disappointment was the “Dancing on the Clouds” effect. We paid $250 for this special moment, and the effect was bare minimum. It only looked the way it was supposed to at the very beginning of my daughter’s first dance, then quickly disappeared, leaving almost no cloud effect for the remainder of the dance. Afterward, I contacted the owner, who told me he watched my daughter’s wedding video and agreed that the cloud effect only worked correctly at the beginning. He initially suggested the venue’s air conditioning may have caused the issue, but I explained that our coordinator had the air conditioning shut off before the dance even began. He then told me that the machine itself did not fail and that the DJ had put 40 pounds of ice into the machine. Another disappointment was the music selection. My daughter had provided a list of 10 “must-play” songs that were especially important to her and her husband for their reception. Unfortunately, only 5 of those songs were actually played. We took the time to carefully create that list because those songs were meaningful to them, so it was very disappointing that half of their must-play selections were never played. While I appreciate that they took the time to review the video and discuss the fog machine issue with me, I was disappointed that there was no offer to make things right for a service that did not perform as expected. My daughter only gets one first dance, and unfortunately, the effect we paid for simply wasn’t there for most of that once-in-a-lifetime moment. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend On the Mic Entertainment. I expected better communication, better execution of the services we paid for, and more attention to the details that were important to my daughter and her husband on their wedding day.

s super attentive, to us the couple and the dance floor. His kindness and magnetic energy radiates through this work. Truly a great DJ, and person. Our day was made better by him being there.

ded by us!

reat mix of music that got everyone out on the dance floor. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a DJ for their event!

sure the night went as smooth as possible! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

ur emcee and then when it was time to party we did that! He followed exactly what we talked about and did an incredible job. Highly recommend!!

ed up hours early to make sure the setup for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was perfection. Justin kept us moving on our intended schedule and had the dance floor vibing all night long. I’d also recommend adding photo booth as that was a highlight for all our guests. Abby did a great job getting all our guests in the booth throughout the night and having plenty of fun props available. I’d certainly recommend OnTheMic for anyone who wants to have a good time and packed dancefloor! A+ all the way around!

to communicate with us throughout the whole process. I'm so grateful we had him as such a big part of our day & would recommend him every time!

o friendly day of and during the planning phases. He played all of our requested songs and chose the perfect music to fill in the rest of the night! We also had several family members comment on how great he was and I cannot recommend him enough!

day itself. His online platform made planning so easy—we could organize our timeline, add all the songs we wanted to hear, and even list the ones we didn’t. About two weeks before the wedding, we had a call with Brian to go over our music preferences, and he absolutely delivered. He kept the dance floor going all night and made sure the day stayed perfectly on track. We also loved working with DJ Abby—she was so kind, fun, and helpful the entire time. We added the photo booth to our package and were so pleased with it! The photos were great quality, the props were hilarious, and we were pleasantly surprised at the end of the night with a photo book filled with prints and sweet messages from our guests. Overall, On The Mic Entertainment exceeded our expectations. They helped make our wedding unforgettable, and we’d highly recommend them!

played every song I wanted and then some. The guests were also hyped about all the songs that were played. From our first chat with Brian and Chris I knew we were in good hands. 10/10 recommend Chris and the whole On the Mic team!

r must plays songs were played and the additional songs were perfect. Our guests kept raving about Keream’s professionalism and amazing ability to keep everyone on the dance floor. I can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you for everything!

the music we wanted to hear and gave his own touch, our guests were thrilled the whole reception!

ng to end. He got to know us as a couple and helped us incorporate our dog into our grand intro. He timed the song perfectly for our dog's entrance. It was incredible! He kept the party going during open dance floor and had the non dancers dancing. I would highly recommend Justin and On the Mic Entertainment for any of your dj needs.

t have to think twice about hiring him. I hope I can experience one of his events again. Thank you Keream!!

on he honored, any announcements we needed out of the blue he got right to it and announced it, he really made the night go smoothly and professionally. The mics for the ceremony are a must one for officiant and the other for the groom, they make a difference! As for On the Mic themselves, they were very quick to reach out and were super responsive and patient with any questions you had along the process, they also do not charge until day of making the saving process so much more doable! They were amazing and we hope this review helps make your decision all the more clearer!

would recommend to anyone! I heard about OTME at a bridal show where I met Brian, the owner, and he was such a nice guy and not pushy which sold me on booking with the company. Prices were fair and DJ’s were professional and fun. Only constructive criticism is I hated the questionnaire they sent. The format was weird and I had a hard time with it. But Justin let me call him (more than once) and I wrote things down and sent him pics which worked better for me. No actual complaints :) 10/10 great company and vendor for your wedding.

ication throughout the planning process was great, and we were able to work out a plan that was tailored to our needs. Michael was super nice, knowledgeable, and kept the energy going the whole night!

lpful, and made the booking process a breeze. He always answered any question I had and kept in touch throughout the planning process, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. Devin was also incredibly accommodating, answering my texts literally 24/7 and making sure every single detail was perfect. The day of our wedding was absolutely flawless because of them. The music was spot on—everyone had an amazing time and couldn’t stop raving about the vibe. The photo booth was a total HIT and to top it off, they surprised us with a scrapbook full of everyone’s photo booth pictures. It’s something I’ll always treasure and look back on from that special day. I would recommend On The Mic Entertainment 12/10 to anyone and everyone looking for top-notch service, fun, and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond!

J that help promote the fun environment but didn't require the focus on himself. I appreciated that so much. We were so pleased with his work.

ng, played all of our requests, and even let us shut down a little early when we were all exhausted. My uncle has Down syndrome and Devin even took one of his requests that was a little off beat & didn’t draw a crowd - he made sure everyone felt included and had a blast :)
