ere patient with me when I was indecisive and even helped me find a second dress during their huge sale!! HIGHLY recommend.
Professional and kind! I said yes to the first dress!!

ith a warm welcome. The team always makes you feel beautiful and is patient with you. I found my dream dress thanks to this wonderful team. I would definitely recommend Olivier Couture Bridal!!
If I could give Olivier Couture 6 stars, I would. They were absolutely fabulous! I had quite a few guests with me on the day I had my appointment to find my wedding dress, and the ...
employee helping me was so patient and so kind to all of us. She was extremely helpful and was completely honest when I would ask her opinion on certain things. She also reminded me quite a few times in the dressing room that this was my choice and that the dress I should choose should be the one that I feel the most beautiful and confident in, which I could not have been more grateful for. It is so easy to lose your own opinion of things in moments like this when everyone is telling you what they think, and when she would remind me about making the decision for me, it felt like she was keeping me grounded. My experience was so much more than just trying on dresses! In addition to reminding me to advocate for myself, she helped me in and out of more dresses than i ever thought i would try on, and she never once complained or rolled her eyes about it. I truly could not have asked for my dress appointment to go any better than it did, and a large part of that was due to the employees working there! They are a great, affordable wedding dress shop with employees who like what they do, and IT SHOWS!!! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great time trying to find their perfect dress for their big day!!

rwhelming. The dresses were high quality and affordable. Jolie and her staff gave us the freedom to pull dresses that we liked, but she assisted by guiding my daughter and helping her eliminate in order to narrow down her style. My daughter felt comfortable and was able to fully enjoy this experience because of the staff's care and knowledge. Now that the wedding is over, we will entrust them with dress preservation.

e, and I was running out of time to find the dress. They walked me through the process with such patience and without any pressure, and definitely put my mind at ease. I ended up going with a beautiful gown that needed additional fabric to fill in some cutouts and they were able to help me visualize the end product and provide timelines to make sure everything would arrive smoothly. They are true professionals, had great customer service and were in communication with me throughout every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them to any bride!
The absolute best place to purchase your wedding dress! Truly couldn’t recommend Olivier Couture more :)

one. The process of ordering was easy and they offer recommendations for alterations, florists, makeup, etc. for your other wedding needs. They also offer to handle the cleaning and preserving of your dress after your big day! Thank you ladies at Olivier Couture Bridal for helping me pick out the perfect dress for our special day!
This was the first and only bridal salon I went to to find my dress! We had a Saturday appointment when they opened and still had the whole boutique to ourselves. The ladies are a...
mazing and such a great help! They make you feel like family right away and know the importance of this day for a bride. They focus on what you as the bride want and really make sure your vision is heard. Everyone was able to pull dresses and then narrowed it down from there. I never felt rushed or anything like that! They even said whenever I want to go "visit" my dress and try it on again I am more than welcome to do so. I am so happy and grateful I went to this boutique to find my dress! The experience was amazing and I hope every bride gets the same feeling I did when shopping for the dress! Would 10/10 recommend anyone to go there!!
Olivier Couture is absolutely wonderful. I went into the store to look at bridesmaid colors, and I saw the most beautiful dress on the rack. I gasped when I saw it, but I wasn't go...
ing to try it on because I was by myself. The owner suggested I try it on, and I absolutely fell in love. When I came back with my friends and family, I tried it on again and after making sure to try on additional dresses, I knew this was the dress I wanted. The ladies were so helpful and supportive, and I am very grateful for this lovely experience.
I had a wonderful experience saying yes to the dress. Jolie was so patient and helpful. My dress is gorgeous !!!!!

ivided attention. There were so many GORGEOUS dresses to choose from, and I ended up selecting the second dress I tried on! My sister was unable to make my initial appointment, but the owners quickly arranged for her to come see my dress the next day! It could not have been more special. Recommend to ANY bride!!

d all had a blast. Terry helped me try dresses on and I never felt pressured into anything. It was a very relaxed process and I was the most comfortable shopping there. Jodie and Terry are the friendliest people and so much fun to try on dresses with. We are so grateful for everything they have done to make my wedding day perfect!

election of dresses to the customer service, it felt so personal and so special. Unfortunately, we had to change our wedding date due to my father's passing. The ladies at Olivier Couture continued to email/call to see how we were. That's the kind of people they are. It felt good to give the business to someone who earned and deserved it. If there was one thing I can recommend to a new bride-to-be, go visit this place. Your wedding stress will go away even if it's for just a couple of hours. Love these ladies to pieces!
Olivier Couture is SO personal and friendly! My mother, sister, and I laughed a lot and enjoyed every minute of our time there. I also learned a lot of useful information about d...
resses and veils and so on . They have a smaller selection than a place like Pearl's would have, but there was a really good variety of styles with very reasonable prices. I wound up finding my dress at another shop, but I was so impressed by the service at Olivier's that I found myself wishing I could have bought the same dress from them (it was a designer they don't carry).
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going to Olivier Couture if you're looking for personal service and the peace of mind that comes with being able to trust the salesperson.
Olivier is amazing! Their dress selection is just what I was looking for. This was my second stop and I wish it would have been my first. I truly felt like a bride in the stunni...
ng dresses at Olivier. The staff is so nice and friendly. I LOVE how small and personal their store is. I would highly recommend Olivier to anyone and everyone!!! Love, love love!!!!
I feel very fortunate to be an Olivier Couture bride. First off, their staff is extremely helpful and flexible. They really do love all their brides and it shows. I'd originally go...
ne to the boutique with my friend Kaitlyn to pick up her wedding gown which she looked absolutely gorgeous in might I add. Being a fellow bride myself and with the help of Kaitlyn's encouragement was drawn to the beautiful gowns they carry. Even without an appointment he owners manage to fit me in and allowed me, my own special bridal moment. I tried on two stunning gowns but feel madly in love with the second. Needles to say I found the gown of my dreams. After which, I spent the next week emailing back and forth with Jolie trying to gather all the information and payment details on my gown. Again she was a pleasure to work with and nothing but helpful. In short Olivier is a amazing place to buy your wedding gown. Small shop with a great selection at affordable prices. The staff goes above and beyond for their brides.
Loved my experience here!! They were so helpful and didn't try to talk me in to a dress I didn't love (which is what happened at a previous dress shop). I ended up buying the very ...
first one I tried on! Can't wait to go back and pick out a veil!!
I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Olivier Couture! They have a great selection that meet anyone's budget. Emily was my consultant, and she was a dream to work with. ...
I went in with one vision for my wedding dress and ended up buying something completely different, and throughout the whole appointment, Emily was patient, provided advice, and helped in any way possible. I am so obsessed with my wedding dress, and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!

t my mind off of that first dress. So I went back and purchased it. The customer service and product quality at Olivier Couture far surpassed that of any other boutique I went to. I ended up buying my gown, veil and flower hair pieces from them. Everything turned out perfectly!
I absolutely love Olivier Couture. It was the first (and only place) I went to for my wedding dress and veil. The employees are SO friendly and helpful. I made an appointment for a...
weekday morning and had the entire store to myself. I brought myself, my mom, my MIL, and my MOH. We were greeted promptly and then an employee helped us pick out a bunch of dresses to try on and then I tried them all out at a relaxed pace. I really appreciate that I wasn't rushed into my decision and there was zero pressure on me to buy. The store itself is boutique-sized; it has a great selection but not too much that you feel overwhelmed. They called me right away when my dress arrived and even steamed it for me for my bridal portraits and again for the wedding day. I would definitely recommend Olivier Couture!
I have already written a review on this site, for which they had taken down because they do not want anyone else to know how I have been treated.

fe a living hell with the stress and anger I have experienced in the last 3 months. Not only did they order my dress in the wrong size (3 sizes too large!!!!!) but they denied they have ever made a measurement mistake and tell us ALL SALES ARE FINAL even though they are the ones that screwed up.
To top it off, they held my rhinestone headband hostage for nearly 2 weeks out of spite! They received my headband at their shop on January 31 and did not send to me until February 11. My maid of honor called January 30 asking where the headband was since it was supposed to be delivered to me by mid-January. How do I know they did this? Simple. They left the tracking number from the designer on the box so I was able to track exactly when they received the package containing my headband.
Thankfully I was able to order my dress in the correct size at a wonderful boutique in Baton Rouge and it was delivered to me in 6 weeks.
After visiting a few bridal shops in the New Orleans area and not finding anything that fit my style or budget, I decided to google a few on the northshore. I only made it to one: ...
Olivier Couture. This place is the best!!! It is so lovely inside and their dress selection is incredible. They have a little bit of everything. I was looking for something a bit more unique and found my dress almost immediately. It was the last dress I thought i'd ever end up falling in love with, but that further confirms my love for this shop! On top of the amazing service, gorgeous dress selections, and adorable atmosphere, the prices were THE BEST. After seeing what other boutiques had to offer, Olivier Couture definitely beat everywhere else I went on price and dress selection. Every single dress was stunning. My dress also came in 2 months early!!! They don't do in-house alterations which is somewhat of a bummer, but they did give us a recommendation. Overall, this place takes the (wedding) cake. Like I said, best bridal boutique ever! Don't miss this place!!!
Everyone at Olivier is so friendly and nice to talk to. I went to bridal shops with hundreds of dresses and did not love a single dress I tried on. When I went here, they had a goo...
d selection but it was not overwhelming. I also loved 3 dresses and would have been happy with any one. My mom found her dress here and I also got my jewelry from here. I loved the whole experience, and they are the only shop I recommend!
Incredible. We ought a dress whose designer was no longer making gowns. They gave us the name of a seamstress who could make it fit my daughter and they were correct - it is a ma...
sterpiece. They helped us find the perfect veil and consulted on the length and trim to highlight the dress. They were always so accommodating and friendly and seemed to have the bride's happiness in their vision. I recommend them to everyone!
I did not purchase my wedding dress from here however I did purchase my jewelry as well as my cake pulls and my mother purchased her dress. The Jewelry was by the company Haute and...
was crystal encrusted! Absolutely beautiful!!! My mother had an issue with the dress and they sent it back to the seamstress and had it fixed immediately with no hesitation and no charge. Things don't always go perfect and when they don't the family at Oliviers will make it right!!! This says a lot about a business. I recommend this specialty shop above all others.

Olivier Couture is a clean, beautiful, classy boutique with extremely friendly owners and bridal consultant. I have spent years watching "Say Yes to the Dress" and was terrified t...
hat someone would be too pushy with me when I tried on dresses...the consultants were merely there to assist you, not to convince you, which was great. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome, and that no one was judgmental of my budget, tastes, etc...When I found "the dress" all of the consultants gathered around excitedly and cheered! I went to multiple other stores in the New Orleans area and this is the best - most of the other salons had rude salesgirls that seemed to care more about the sale than the bride. Olivier was also interested in helping me find bridesmaids dresses and a mother of the bride dress, where I feel the other stores didn't care as much about selling the "cheaper" dresses. Overall wonderful, LOVED my experience, finding my dress was the least stressful part of the wedding.
The ladies at Olivier Couture are truly the best in the industry. The service in incomparable, and the quality is top of the line. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to find a drea...

e suggestions were just what I needed to help me put together the perfect look. I happened to be there during one of their Designer Trunk Shows, where in addition to the gorgeous dresses they have on the rack, they are able to feature different designers that they otherwise wouldn't carry, giving you an even bigger selection to choose from.
All of their dresses are such fine quality, and they truly do a wonderful job of getting to know their clients tastes and styles in order to make customized suggestions. They are extremely attentive and caring, to a point where you feel like you are their only customer in the store when you enter, and a true friend once you leave!
I would absolutely recommend Olivier Couture to anyone and everyone who is in search of that perfect gown... If you are on the Southshore they are hands-down worth the drive, and if you are on the Northshore, how lucky you are to have this gem in your backyard! Thank you Jessi and team for all that you did to make our wedding so successful and beautiful! We couldn't have done it without you!!
Jessi took such good care of my daughter and I when we went shopping for her wedding dress. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable the moment we walked into the store. ...
She was very professional and patient. We returned several times to the store before my daughter chose her dress. Each time Jessi had a dressing room ready with the dresses my daughter was considering. She helped choose veils and accessories to go with the dresses. It was such a pleasant experience shopping at Olivier Couture that my daughter decided to choose the bridesmaid dresses there. Jessie helped me to design a dress for myself for both the wedding and rehearsal dinner. Each time we called or went into the store the staff was friendly and efficient. Our whole experience shopping at Olivier Couture was wonderful!
BEST SHOP EVER!! Love everyone and best sample sales! I felt like a queen in my designer dress!

er. They respected my preferences and let me choose what I wanted to try on, rather than bring me dress after dress to make sure I didn't leave the store. They had lots of dresses with STRAPS, yall! So hard to find! They helped me custom order a veil, hooked me up with free alterations, and steamed my dress before and after my bridal portraits. I was (still am) obsessed with my wedding dress and got it for under $1000. Olivier Couture and its staff are fabulous!
I bought my wedding dress at Olivier and went back afterwards and ordered all of my bridesmaid dresses from them! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They kept track of all ...
7 of my bridesmaids' orders and notified them when they were in! They had the perfect amount if bridal gowns in many different styles. I would recommend anyone looking for a bridal gown or bridesmaids go to Olivier!

whole staff is very warm and helpful. No pressure, no lines, and they all know me by first name when I call. Their selection of dresses is perfect: not too many, not too few, lots of styles, and the prices are really great. They also have a great selection of accessories. I got my bridesmaids dresses there too (Lynn Lugo) & all my girls also loved it there. Skip all the other stores with small selections, strict rules & pushy sales people.
