Hiring Olivia was truly the best decision we made for our wedding! She brought our vision to life perfectly and took so much stress off our plates. Olivia made the entire planning ...
process easy, seamless, and even enjoyable. Thanks to her, my husband and I were able to focus on each other and truly be present on our special day, knowing she was taking care of everything behind the scenes. We can’t recommend Olivia enough—she is simply the best!
After seeing Olivia help plan my sister's wedding, we knew we had to get Olivia to help with ours. We were planning the wedding from out of state, and she was able to help navigate...
us through the planning process with ease. She was always available to help answer questions, has tons of resources for suggestions and planning steps, and she helped us keep very organized. She made the planning process so easy and stress free. Where Olivia really shines is the month and day of the wedding. She followed up with all of our vendors with 1:1 meetings/calls. Ensured everything was going to be correct for our day, while taking care of the last minute details. Then on our wedding day, she was amazing. From start to finish, she made the day go so smoothly and allowed us to really relax, and enjoy our wedding day. She made sure decorations and details were set up correctly, were on top of all of our vendors to make sure they were set up and timing was correct, and helped with any issues/emergencies that arose during the day (ex: stain on the wedding dress). She did all of this and so much more all while keeping us on a tight, organized schedule, that never felt rushed or stressful. Olivia's hard work allowed for us to enjoy our day stress free and really focus on each other. I would highly recommend Olivia to anyone else getting married.

stay organized and top of everything. She contacted all vendors and created a timeline and helped to keep everyone on track and on time. She made sure we actually ate food and drank water the day of our wedding. We seriously could not have done the day without her! We had SO many compliments on or wedding and how smooth everything ran, but it wouldn't have turned out that way without Olivia! Hands down the best thing we spent money on for our wedding was using Olivia's services! Highly recommend.

voking questions that help to shape the wedding day. Olivia’s questions and expertise helped us develop plans and ideas for parts of the ceremony and reception that had previously not occurred to us! Olivia’s high level of organization eased all of my concerns about the wedding day which allowed me the space to enjoy the ride. I ended the night with complete awe of her and how she coordinated everything behind the scenes… I would argue that our wedding was indeed perfect and I owe much of that to Olivia. She is worth every dollar and more - what she does for your peace of mind is priceless. Selecting Olivia was one of the best decisions that I made for our incredible wedding day.

thly, and turned a darker venue into a beautifully decorated space for the reception. Olivia is very organized and had the day laid out in a structured yet realistic schedule that she shared with me a few weeks in advance of the wedding. She helped me round up a very large group of family members for pictures and made sure I had what I needed for anything photo related. She was also very attentive to the bride and rest of the wedding party, checking in often and making sure everyone was where they needed to be.
I highly recommend hiring her to make your big day go a smoothly as possible!
